Slab Leak Repair
We had a slab leak-the hot water pipe had broken. Ed took my call, even one after hours. Just from talking to him I knew I was going to hire him. He came, gave estimate which was a lot lower than I feared. He came next day with his sons and did the repairs. All three were professional and respectful. I appreciated his knowledge and ability to tackle a difficult repair without having to jack hammer the cement. Mr. Ed's will be our go-to plumber from now on.

Being a Purchaser by profession, I research and work with many vendors of various goods and services on a daily basis. It is rare that I come across a company that exceeds my high-level standards and today I was fortunate enough to have found Mr. Ed's Plumbing & Rooter Service. After waking up this morning to a flooded yard and having the City come out to evaluate and shut off our main water supply, I called Mr. Ed's Plumbing & Rooter Service. Anthony arrived in less than an hour (and Ed shortly after) to assess the situation and provide a couple of options to remedy our situation of a leaking main water supply line under our driveway. After choosing the most economical option, I was amazed with the superb workmanship they provided from start to finish. To top it off, I was able to learn a little more about Ed and Anthony on a personal level and without doubt they are both amazing individuals. I have definitely found my go-to plumbers and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family!

Anthony showed up to help. He was polite, prompt, and professional. He worked on the issue (a backup), and was able to clear my main line. He did some more investigating, and found that there was a leak in the main, but it wasn't on my side of things. I appreciated that he took the time to check that out. Now the city needs to come by and take care of the breakage. I would highly recommend Mr. Ed's to anyone. They were fair, honest, and cleaned up after the job was done.

This is my second review. I'm requested this company to return to fix a couple of new problems. Don't look any further for your plumbing needs. This company is family owned. They carry the old fashioned pride and strong work ethic that seems to be disappearing in these times. They are covid aware and come with appropriate PPE.

Anthony and Bradley are the professional plumbers that I specifically requested, to return. They are very knowledgeable along with being extremely courteous. Mr. Ed is a plumber of course of course. I called him and he was responsive. He came out and I needed more work done than what we had planned. He took care of it all. He was very professional and the work was quality. If you ever need a plumber, please be sure to call Ed. I have used other plumbing services in the past for other issues but this guy has it down. No hidden costs, he has all the costs for each thing in writing in his folder and they are very reasonable.

They came out for service as they said they would. In fact a bit earlier. They made quick work of a cartridge that had to be replaced in the shower. Very professional and quality work. I would recommend Mr. Ed's for your plumbing needs.

Great customer service, even called before they arrived to let you know he was on the way did a great job and was very polite I had some kind of blockage in my pipeline that was causing my toilets to overflow and sewage to come up in both of my tubs, he fixed it in about 30 minutes tops and it was after hours, I greatly appreciate the customer service and the promptness I would recommend them to anybody that's looking for any kind of plumbing work done.
