When we had emergency pluming issues at our home we called Mt Drippy. The manager Kevin, returned our call right away. Kevin listened carefully to our problem and sent workers out quickly to determine what our needs were. Then they sent Johnathan LeCroy to head the team. Johnathan is a great guy who stays ATLEAST one step ahead of any possible need on the job. Johnathan takes pride in a job well done ( a missing link in today's world of service!).Johnathan advised us of special toilets needed for our project. He did not """"drop the ball"""" on our project. He stayed a step ahead of his employees every step of this project. Johnathan thought of everything we'd need and kept us completely informed of the next steps . Over and over I heard myself saying to him """"you get 5 Gold stars"""" for how you handled this or that. Johnathan sincerely cares about his work and the people he is dealing with during this unexpected, rough time for them. His coworkers Nate & Rodney are exceptional also. Mr.Drippy deserves 5 Gold Stars for their fast, efficient service. They are unbeatable for their personal concern for the customer. I've never seen a service that communicated with their customer as well as Mr Drippy does. I wish that other service companies worked with the home owner as Mr Drippy does. Beth Simpson

Johnathan and Rebecca were great. We have a sixty year old house and plumbing. The plumbers fixed the clog and gave us the heads up on the cost for more extensive work.

I just wanted to tell yall something my hubby Charles and let me tell yall he's always blowing the toilet up and it never flushes one time he had to stick his hand down the toilet and one other time it was diarrhea all around the toilet sides and he couldn't flush it we called Mr drippy plumbing and they helped us so much they fixed our toilet and then I had to get Charles some medicine to help his diarrhea and pooping after that because I could afford to get my toilet clogged again he's so expensive

These guys are some of the best out there... friendly, efficient, and at a fair price. My job was straightforward: there was a potential issue with a shower that someone else had serviced in the past year, and we also needed a leaky outside spicket replaced. They responded to my Yelp project request in less than five minutes! After an initial conversation, JT followed up with more detail, and let me know who would meet me, and when (only 40 minutes away). Nate, our tech, could not have been more professional and pleasant to work with. While there, we determined that our 20-year-old pressure regulator also needed replacing. Nate had everything with him to provide great repair work. I'll be calling on Mr. Drippy the next time we need a plumbing expert!

Very pleased with the services received by the whole team at Mr. Drippy. The manager (or maybe owner?) JT was super responsive during the whole process providing me bundled options with various quotes. We had a leaky bathroom sink we wanted repaired and Josh came into our home and offered a free inspection of all the plumbing/gas concerns. I knew the items they were proposing were legit because we bought our home in the height of the pandemic and had a great inspector warning us not to purchase because the previous owner thought himself to be a real handy-man and screwed a lot of stuff up! Anyways flash forward to Josh/Adrien moving a new bathroom vanity in (hauling the old one off) to discovering our pipes would not fit within the layout of the new vanity and would require some re-configuration. Jonathan was sent out to re-configure the pipes and install the new vanity. He did a wonderful job and it works beautifully! He also repaired a busted outdoor faucet/pipe that extends from our basement that was leaking into the interior basement and it looks so much better than before with the new addition of an interior shut off valve! Spent the most time with Josh and Jonathan and they were such a delight. Both super knowledgeable and very kind explaining everything in detail every step of the way. Helped ease the stress of home repairs with our first baby on the way in 10 days! Thank you Mr. Drippy!

Great service. On time and very professional. The technician Adam was very personable and knowledgeable. The work performed was clear a clogged drain and replace the trap in bathroom.

I tried to make an appointment for service.. I gave the lady my address and the operator paused...then said they do not service my area. I asked why and she could not give me answer. She only doing what she is told.. I asked do you have radius of service and she could not answer that question. My location is literally 20 minutes from their office. The only conclusion I can come to is that they do not service a Black community. The operator did not even ask me what type of service I need. It was a simple we do not service your area with no explanation why. So sad.. i will make sure I communicate this situation to who ever ask for a plumber recommendation...So sad~ This company does not deserve 1 star.
