Ron was great! I felt confident in his knowledge, pleased with his skills, and exceedingly satisfied with the job. He knows his plumbing and completed the work in a very short amount of time. Definitely will be calling him back to complete the plumbing in my other bathroom. Thanks Ron!

Called at 7:45am and someone was here by 9:15 and hit water heater replaced by 1pm. Easy to do business with, friendly tech. Not sure if price was good or not.

We had 2 separate plumbing problems. One was a slow leak in the toilet supply line and the other was a leaky faucet handle. Pro's: we were able to get an appointment within a couple of days of calling, they were on time, wore clean shoe coverings and were professional. The toilet supply line repair was quick and the service tech cleaned up afterward. Cons: They wanted $185 to replace the toilet supply line and $328 to rebuild the Delta faucet (assessment fee included, which I think was $89). After declining the faucet repair, the manager tried negotiating with me on the cost, saying they'd """"throw in"""" the supply line for free if we wanted to pay for the faucet. We decided toilet repair only. ***The faucet only needed a $15 replacement cartridge that I was able to fix myself in less than 10 minutes thanks to a YouTube video.*** I will not use this company again, as they are overpriced and left me feeling like they were taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about plumbing.

Unfortunately they didn't show up two times. I've wasted a few weeks trying to get my faucet replaced

Great service. Very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend to anybody needing plumbing work done. I've used this company in the past and have never failed to be impressed with their work. Tim did an excellent job entirely by himself. The work was done the same day Tim came for his bid appointment.

I tried to make an appointment for service.. I gave the lady my address and the operator paused...then said they do not service my area. I asked why and she could not give me answer. She only doing what she is told.. I asked do you have radius of service and she could not answer that question. My location is literally 20 minutes from their office. The only conclusion I can come to is that they do not service a Black community. The operator did not even ask me what type of service I need. It was a simple we do not service your area with no explanation why. So sad.. i will make sure I communicate this situation to who ever ask for a plumber recommendation...So sad~ This company does not deserve 1 star.

When we had emergency pluming issues at our home we called Mt Drippy. The manager Kevin, returned our call right away. Kevin listened carefully to our problem and sent workers out quickly to determine what our needs were. Then they sent Johnathan LeCroy to head the team. Johnathan is a great guy who stays ATLEAST one step ahead of any possible need on the job. Johnathan takes pride in a job well done ( a missing link in today's world of service!).Johnathan advised us of special toilets needed for our project. He did not """"drop the ball"""" on our project. He stayed a step ahead of his employees every step of this project. Johnathan thought of everything we'd need and kept us completely informed of the next steps . Over and over I heard myself saying to him """"you get 5 Gold stars"""" for how you handled this or that. Johnathan sincerely cares about his work and the people he is dealing with during this unexpected, rough time for them. His coworkers Nate & Rodney are exceptional also. Mr.Drippy deserves 5 Gold Stars for their fast, efficient service. They are unbeatable for their personal concern for the customer. I've never seen a service that communicated with their customer as well as Mr Drippy does. I wish that other service companies worked with the home owner as Mr Drippy does. Beth Simpson

Great experience. I had a gas leak emergency at midnight on Friday. The Gas company shut our gas off until it could be repaired. I called several companies and Plumbing Professionals was the only one to call back. They were very friendly and up front with pricing. They had someone out in an hour and were able to identify the leak and fix it quickly. I would definitely use them again.

We had a stopped up line between the house and our septic tank, so I called Plumbing Professionals (based on the Yelp reviews). The first technician said he could clear the line, but when he called his office, they said he had to have a second tech on site with a larger machine, which would cost over $500. The machine method did not work, but they insisted I needed a leaky gas line valve replaced and a part of my hot water heater replaced. I was offered a discount if I replaced my hot water heater, for a total bill of over $2000. I refused to replace the hot water heater (which is still working fine) and spent a little over $1000 without having the problem solved. I called them back out a few days later, telling them the problem wasn't solved, and they came and looked under my sink and told me they needed to replace my garbage disposal (which is still working fine). I told them they needed to clean out the line from the kitchen. They said they would discount the kitchen drain clean out if I replaced the garbage disposal for approximately $700, or they would clear the kitchen drain for just under $300. I asked them to leave. Another plumber fixed the problem for $130. I will say that the technician, Ron, was very professional and arrived on time once he confirmed the appointment. That's the only justification for two stars.

Johnathan and Rebecca were great. We have a sixty year old house and plumbing. The plumbers fixed the clog and gave us the heads up on the cost for more extensive work.
