I tried to make an appointment for service.. I gave the lady my address and the operator paused...then said they do not service my area. I asked why and she could not give me answer. She only doing what she is told.. I asked do you have radius of service and she could not answer that question. My location is literally 20 minutes from their office. The only conclusion I can come to is that they do not service a Black community. The operator did not even ask me what type of service I need. It was a simple we do not service your area with no explanation why. So sad.. i will make sure I communicate this situation to who ever ask for a plumber recommendation...So sad~ This company does not deserve 1 star.

We had a shower that was not draining properly. They set up the appointment within two days of our phone call. They were very professional and we're able to get out shower working again! Highly recommend. We will definitely be using them again for our plumbing needs!

Called at 7:45am and someone was here by 9:15 and hit water heater replaced by 1pm. Easy to do business with, friendly tech. Not sure if price was good or not.

Jose was our plumber, very knowledgeable and professional. He located our leak and fixed it all in a timely manner. Can not say enough good things about the service I received today.
