I've finally found a professional, reliable, quality and reasonable plumbing company. Called spoke to Josh he came the next morning and explained everything that was going on with my bathroom sink. He went to get the parts and came right back and started working. He recommend something else that needs some attention and to be cautious and explain what might happen if someone doesn't know what they are doing. I'm very happy with this service.

We had a major sewer replacement that we were dreading and each person that came to provide an estimate gave us nighmare scenarios of what a mess it was going to be and the astronomical costs that were required. It was a complicated job as the house was built on a slab in 1950 and no crawl space exists. Then comes Josh to the rescue! He takes my call on a Sunday afternoon - shows up on Monday at 8:00 a.m. sharp provides an upfront cost using modern sewer pipeburst repacement technology of 1950 clay pipes and returns on Tuesday and completes the job in 2.5 days!!! The house is cleaner than how he found it all of the holes are repaired, bathroom tiles replaced to perfection, clean outs done and kitchen pipes replaced. These guys are soooo friggen good, we do not have one complaint and we are super picky!

His staff are top quality - so hard working and so careful and clean. My neighbors are asking for his card after seeing the work they did. He delivers on exactly what he says. He shows up early every day and supervises the entire job/working alongside the crew along with a project management team. There is a reason for the 5 STAR****** reviews. Look, we all hate to spend money on plumbing but it is like death and taxes, the day will come.... if you need a trustworthy and sharp plumbing company and you was to feel at ease with professionals that know what they are doing and at a fair price - look no further. Hands down the best plumbing company I have ever worked with.

We had a sewer line blockage issue, so we looked up Mr Drains along with others from Yelp. Josh got back to us within 15 minutes from the getgo and showed up to the property within 1/2 hr or so. He promptly put his equipment to work. Sending the camera down the sewer line and quickly identifying the problem. All these were done free of charge. We discussed about the options and agreed on the price and schedule. He started working the next morning with crews of several. They cleaned the line with hydro jet, excavated the broken parts and replaced / repaired the line with liners. All in all the whole job took only two days. We are extremely happy with the results. If you are looking for someone to do a nice job at a reasonable price look no further.
