I had Mr. Drains come today to do a service call for my home and ADU. This is the second time I've called him for work completed on my property since I was happy with the previous work done on my tenants property. I needed a new toilet, vanity and sink installed in an ADU and a new aerator installed in my kitchen sink.

Josh was prompt over the phone and professional in keeping me updated on the work. As before, I definitely recommend Mr. Drains for work in your home or properties. Thanks Josh for the good work!

I called Josh aka mr drains on a Sunday at 11:15am asking if there would be someone available today for a clogged bathroom sink or if he suggested I make an appointment. First off, he answered the phone ""hello"" rather than saying the businesses name. Which to shows me unprofessionalism. Im not your ""homie"", I'm a potential client. And where I come from, that's not how business is conducted. So I'm that call, he tells me to text him my location and how he would get back to me in 5-10 mins. It's been 3,120 minutes aka 2 days and some change and NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. No text. No call. Nada. My drain is now fixed due to another company I found on Yelp. If you can't rely on this guy Josh to get back to you for a basic answer, I doubt you can rely on this company. I'm not one to put negative reviews, but when a person is in need of a service, you always hope to get a company that follows thru. And sad to say, I didn't receive that here. Good luck people

I had a reoccurring shower clog that needed to be fixed ASAP. Josh (the owner) was quick to provide a quote and availability that same weekend. They're typically closed on Sunday but he offered to come out that day. He was very communicative regarding his eta before he arrived. When he arrived he was very professional and was able to unclog my drain in under 5 minutes. He was also kind enough to give me maintenance tips to avoid future shower/sink clog ups. I would highly recommend using this company again.

I had a reoccurring kitchen clog that needed professional help. I requested a quote on Yelp and Josh responded quickly. He was on time and professional. He was upfront on pricing and gave several options regarding temporary versus long term solutions. He was not pushy and listened to every concern. Although the job was much bigger than I had hoped for, I am glad Josh and his team were there to help.

Josh and his team replaced several pipes and all the work was done within a reasonable price and with warranties. His work is clean and he provides photos of all the work done. Very professional!

I would recommend this company for minor and major jobs. will definitely be calling Josh and his team in the future but hopefully waaayyyy in the future.
