They came out, and unfortunately, the shower faucet broke on the technician. They were able to get it fixed the same day. When they did not address an issue with the diverted, They came out the next day and fixed it without any additional charge.

I contacted Mr. Drain as water was backing up in the bathtub and shower for the 2nd time in less than a month. It was Sunday, so I was not sure if anyone could assist. Mr. Drain sent over Grayson that evening. Grayson was exceptionally professional, kind and patient. He explained what was happening, showed me where the water was blocked, snaked the pipes and even used a camera so I could see inside! All of this for a great value. I would absolutely recommend Grayson at Mr. Drain; you will not be disappointed.

Called Mr. Drain and had an appointment set up in no time. Collin arrived on time and was able to diagnose and provide resolution to my problem within minutes. Turns out my suspected leak was water knocking in a supply line. Super knowledgeable dude. Had other plumbers attempt to resolve my issue and were here for much longer with no clue how to proceed. I can't believe that I contacted your business if that's what you wanna call it? You sent a tech out that charged me $350 and lied to me he didn't even fix the issue and I called out another Plumber for a second opinion which he came out and ACTUALLY FIXED THE ISSUE FOR A FRACTION OF THE COST. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND NOR WILL I USE THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. They were trying to tell me that I needed more work done costing $10,000.!!! How do you people sleep at night.

Wow! Just wow! Our shower stopped working so we called them out to fix it. They were very prompt and came out the following day, but the guy that came out used some tool to look in the wall and told us that our shower cartridge was broken, and they tried quoting us $3000 to fix it. AND he said it would only be temporary. Now, mind you, I immediately went on Google when he told us what the issue was and it says on Google that it should cost between $200-$400. So then I sent out messages through yelp to three other plumbing services and told them what our issue was and asked how much they would charge. Two of them quoted us $285 plus the part, and another one said that it should cost between $200 to $400. So we went with one of those guys they came over and fixed it with no issue, and it was $340 total after buying the part and a brand new handle for the shower. These guys here are a complete rip off! The guy also kept staring at all of the art and pictures on our wall (that was definitely not worth anything) as he was talking to me. I got the feeling that he was trying to gauge how much money we had and then gave us that ridiculous quote.
