William Banks was the drain specialist who came the same day we called. He texted and called to update us that he was slightly delayed as the prior job he was at took longer.

This company is great. We had a problem with our water on a holiday (July 4th). We went to a parade, came back and no water! It was 100 degrees out and we have 2 little kids. I submitted a request on Yelp. Mr. Drain was the first to respond.

Greg got to me house literally 20min later. There was an issue with a sticking valve (I will admit - it was a simple fix but I am not a handy person). My problem was fixed in less than 10min.

I'm keeping their card and definitely using them for all plumbing issues in the future. Great service, great value.

They sent someone to diagnose the problem with my kitchen faucet. Manny was great. He called to give us a heads up on his arrival. He was very professional and personable. He did some investigating and discussed the problematic behavior of the faucet with us. He gave my daughter and I an idea about what was wrong. My daughter felt she could fix it. Thank you so much!
