I was riding my bike on my neighborhood when I saw Mr. Drain trucks near my house. I asked casually if they could fix my shower drain. They were at my home and fixed my slow-draining drain in about 5 minutes. And, Greg, the Founder, wouldn't let me pay him because they were already down the road. Excellent service.

Very strong 5 stars. Just a pleasure to work with. Saved us money by properly diagnosing our issue. I will not hesitate to bring them back again for any plumbing needs. Fair price, courteous, timely, and all around good people. Highly recommended!

They seem very nice and thorough. They said they discovered a bigger problem under the house. If it's true then I will likely use them to fix it but I'm going to hire a private home inspection company to go under the house to make sure I'm being told the truth. Sad that we have to go to such lengths these days but such is life. I'll update this review once I have the report from the home inspection company. There was one negative that concerned me about this company but I'll post it later. It is a very minor thing but a concern. I'll give them a 4 star for now but will update later

UPDATE: upgrading my 4 stars to 5. Greg came out to give us a quote. Took the time to go under the house and assess the issue. I'm comfortable with what Greg said and that it is consistent with what his employee said earlier. Greg also provided us with photos of the area that needs attention and he addressed the minor issues that caused me to give a 4 star instead of 5. All in all Mr. Drain appears to be an honest company and Greg (the owner) cares deeply about the reputation of his company which means that he is going to take good care of his customers.

OMG y'all! We found the Holy Grail of plumbers -- finally! Greg was so great. Not only did he fix our long-standing issues in, like, minutes (primary bathroom faucet flow and laundry room drain), he was a joy to be around -- skilled, communicative, and super personable. AND his fee was totally reasonable, better than ""the competition."" Highly recommending!

My husband called Mr Drain to descale our tankless water heater. They gave us great advice on how to maintain it and were very honest and helpful on how we could do the service ourselves. They didn't charge anything and freely helped my husband. Any time I have any plumbing issues I will definitely call Me Drain.

Great service! We sent a request through Yelp and they were the first to respond. This was on a Friday night. I called Sat morning and they were able to provide same day service. Our tech was Bill. He was super friendly and called to let us know when he would arrive. Our issue was an easy fix so it took him maybe 10 min. Rates are reasonable. Would definitely recommend them for service!
