This company is great. We had a problem with our water on a holiday (July 4th). We went to a parade, came back and no water! It was 100 degrees out and we have 2 little kids. I submitted a request on Yelp. Mr. Drain was the first to respond.

Greg got to me house literally 20min later. There was an issue with a sticking valve (I will admit - it was a simple fix but I am not a handy person). My problem was fixed in less than 10min.

I'm keeping their card and definitely using them for all plumbing issues in the future. Great service, great value.

They sent someone to diagnose the problem with my kitchen faucet. Manny was great. He called to give us a heads up on his arrival. He was very professional and personable. He did some investigating and discussed the problematic behavior of the faucet with us. He gave my daughter and I an idea about what was wrong. My daughter felt she could fix it. Thank you so much! When I or any of my neighbors need a plumber, we will call Mr Drain!

I had something fall into my toilet and it wouldn't flush properly. I requested a quote on yelp and Mr. Drain replied back right away and was able to come out the same day. Greg came out in less than 30 minutes to my house and was able to retrieve what I dropped in the toilet and get everything working again. I hope I never have an emergency like this again, but if I do I will definitely use them again. The cost was reasonable and less than what I was scared it was going to be.
