The specialist at Mr. Clog were courteous and professional. They came to our appointment on time, and went straight to work. They able to diagnose the problem with our kitchen faucet and give us a good quote for service.

I was assigned this company by my home warranty company for a plumbing issue. They came out and assessed the problem and I paid them their $60.00 visit fee which is required by the warranty company. This amount is the maximum needed to be paid to the plumber fix the problem. He then left as they needed to obtain a part to fix. After three weeks, no return and even the warranty company stated they could not reach them. I eventually paid someone else for the repair. I requested a refund and they refused.
(Choice Home Warranty also refused to assist). Ripped off for sure. Theft?
Senior abuse? (70 years old). Not done with attempting to get my money back and advising all to not to call or use this company as many of the other reviews also have stated.

I would give them zero stars if possible. They are not reliable and Will Not come when they state. Choose a different company at all costs. Trust me they do not care about your service and should not be min business!!!

I feel giving one star is too much for this company, as with all the other reviews he is a con artist trying to upsell everything.

Comes out through Choice warranty to fix a simple water leak at the water heater, within 10 seconds he starts telling me how I need a new water heater and he will submit a claim to Choice and make them pay but that I will have to come out of pocket to him for $500.00 to get a $2700.00 water heater for only $500.00.

Also he leaves the house without fixing the water leak which will cause added damage, when I called as others state he starts to argue and interrupt and try to not let you talk, a very uneducated person as most of the words he does not even know how to use in a sentence.

I will contact the appropriate associations to file formal complaints and as I am an attorney in the state of Texas file cause for relief against his company via a class action lawsuit.

This is the first time in my life posting a 1 star review, never wasted a minute on posting 1 star review before.

This company is the WORST in an exceptional way!
I have a home warranty & that's how they were assigned the job, they will brake something in your house that is not covered to make you pay them to fix.

Obviously the owner is very insecure & unprofessional person that cannot hold up a conversation, he will hang up on you and your money is gone!

Trust me, you do not need this kind of company to give your business.

I am suing these people, someone will need to learn their lesson.

STAY AWAY - Troy, the owner of Mr Clogged Drain is extremely rude and unprofessional. His customer service is terrible and he seems to be okay with horrible interactions with his customers. He has horrible phone etiquette and kept talking over me and cutting me off. He was very arrogant and rude and attempted to extort money for a 1/2 done job. He refused to come out and finish the work unless I paid more than what we originally agreed on. He also refused to give me an itemized invoice so that I can know what I paid for to determine why there are suddenly more charges. Do not use his. He is dishonest and unprofessional. Had I read the other reviews first, I would have never dealt with him.

VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL!
The owner of Mr Clogged Drain, Troy is extremely rude and unprofessional. His tech was nice and even advised me to blog his boss's number because he is known to be "passionate" about his work. This must have been a code word for aggressively, rude, disrespectful jerk. The owner continuously cut me off without allowing me to finish my sentences, overtalked me when I was speaking and was extremely disrespectful when I asked him to let me finish. He even hung up in my face. He also attempted to extort MORE money from me for a job that was half done and refused to come out and complete the rest of the work unless I paid more than why we originally agreed on. He's a thief that doesn't understand the meaning of customer service or respect.

They will cheat you and charge you an arm and leg. Very rude and sneaky, always looking for a way to cheat and lie.

Similar to another reviewer, this is my first time to write a Yelp review. The service at Mr. Clogged Drain was SO bad, that I felt I should say something to protect others. I would NOT trust this company. They took my money and provided almost 0 service. They also provided me with no way of getting a refund, and they refused to return my calls.

First time, they came out, they were late. They could not figure out why or how my bathtub would leak into our kitchen. They cut a hole in our ceiling. They said there was no issues. They left the hole in my ceiling, and charged me to come out. The bathtub still leaks, and I had to pay to get my ceiling repaired out of pocket.

Second time, my warranty company sent them, they came out and didn't fix anything. They also showed up late again. We were having water pressure and heat issues. They said they were going to replace the shower cartridge, but they needed to order the part. They said they weren't going to fix the other issues.

Third time, they said they were going to come to replace the cartridge. The guy tells me the previous tech didn't take a photo so he didn't order the part. He would have to turn off my water, take a photo AGAIN of the part and then MAYBE he would be able to replace it. However, he was going to show up so late into the evening he wasn't sure if the parts store would even be open.

Then they said they weren't going to complete the service AFTER taking both money from my insurance company and taking my co-pay. The owner was rude, talked over me and then wanted to lecture me on how to act after calling me out of my name. I asked for a refund for my out of pocket expenses. I have still yet to get a return phone call or my money back. STAY AWAY. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Repeatedly late. Repeatedly rude. Ask your insurance company to send you elsewhere. I tried to switch before they came the 3rd time, but their company took the funds from CHOICE. So I couldn't switch vendors.
