LESS than one star. This sham of a business treats customers unprofessionally and disrespectfully. **DO NOT CALL THEM!!
My home warranty company sent this vendor to my house to diagnose a simple leak under the kitchen sink. The technician walked into my house with no business card, no I.D., no toolbox, not even a pad or pen. He looked under my kitchen sink and diagnosed the issue in less than five minutes, collected the $85.00 service fee, and left, after telling me that the angle pipe was a "very simple fix" and would take ten minutes to repair, and he would return the next day to repair it, as soon as the claim was approved by the home warranty company. I had asked him to please repair the pipe because I didn't have enough water pressure to even wash dishes in the sink or run the dishwasher. He left anyway saying that his office would not let him do the repair at that time.

The claim was approved immediately, but I never heard back from the technician, nor anyone else at the "company", even after several phone calls which went immediately to voicemail. This company is a joke.

Three to four days later after calling them repeatedly and getting voicemail, I received an automated reply and replied that I was upset because not only had the repair not been done, but they had not even reached out to me OR the warranty company to schedule a day & time for the repair. A man called me and at first said that he would send the technician back to do the work, but then decided that he couldn't come until the next Monday. When I told him that I can't even wash dishes and needed it repaired sooner, he got rude and told me that basically my job wasn't worth the trouble and he would tell the home warranty co to reassign the claim. ZERO concern that I still have no use of my sink.
Then a woman from the company called me back and was rude and ugly. She then sent me a "warning" via text message. Guess they didn't like that I asked them to do what they were supposed to do?

Don't EVER call this business or have anything to do with them. You will regret it. Because of my home warranty provider assigning them, I am now a week into trying to have this leak repaired and have to start all over again, and am getting threats from people in this "business" because I asked them to be professional and get a repair completed. Crazy, crazy.

This company is fraudalant. BEWARE .. They came out in March 24 , 2023. First technician was that came out was too big to fit in attic . stated that I needed two parts replace that my Home Warranty Choice paid for .. I waited over a week thinking they were waiting for parts. messages and calls were ignored. Finally got through to I'm assuming a manager and he came out and all he had to do was liget my pilot on my water heater I was told by the manager they will contact Choice home warranty and cancel the part since they did not use it it is now July2023 not even 4 months and again my pilot went out. Fortunately I was able to light it myself I contacted choice and was made aware that this company was given funds to go and pick those parts up that they never use for the customers. This is a very crooked company. There EXCUSE IS ONLY WARRANTY PEOPLE COMPLAIN.. no be AWARE , they will falsify issues needed so they check from the warranty companies and never pick up parts and install and they will ignore you when you're supposed to return. It's a quick easy way to GET Paid . And will HALF DO OR NOT DO WORK CORRECTLY. If they even diagnose problem right .. step 1 ..

company was dispatched by my Home Warranty company. As soon as the guy entered house he wanted his service fee. I understand bout the fee, but not even to ask what the problem is first, not good. anyway, the assistant tech as I found out did something, contacted the master plumber and diagnosed the problem. They contacted the warranty company and before the guy could leave had approval. This guy was not allowed to install on his own, so another appointment was made for 3 days later. NO SHOW! another appointment made for a week later, NO SHOW, now claiming part not in stock. never heard back, I hired a different company, fixed the same day.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They tried to cancel on me 30 minutes before my appointment for the initial inspection. I expressed my frustration and they ended coming out to College Station that day and assessed my issue. I then got a call back from the scheduling guy two days later letting me know that they could come do the repairs the following Thursday. I called, and called and called, to confirm the appointment, leaving multiple voicemails, to which I had no response. It was imperative that I confirmed, as the job was in college station, and I resided mainly in Katy. After failing to get a hold of anyone, I called my home warranty company and they got a hold of the tech that said they would come out 5/23, between 11-3. I called the tech this morning, and was told he doesn't remember that conversation, and that they were not going to be coming out, "because a $40 job is not worth the gas it takes to get out to College Station." That's fine, but then DON'T SAY YOU OFFER SERVICES THAT FAR OUT. I wish they would have told me that upfront, rather than wasting two weeks of my time, and asking off of work, for them to cancel. If that's their "philosophy"-- which is to only offer services if it benefits them, then I would have cancelled the initial inspection. Now, I have to start all over, while I have a hole in my ceiling, and a leaking toilet.

I would NOT select this company on my own. Had to use them because my home warranty sent them out. Wanted the money BEFORE they would look at anything. Looked at my water heater for a few minutes and all he did was turn up the heat. Called to try and get copy of receipt regarding work done and got the runaround and one man I spoke to was rude, Told my HW company I never wanted them sent to my house again!

This company is running a scam with home warranty companies. They send someone out to estimate (which is way over priced) submit it to the warranty company. If it is approved at their over priced amount they send out someone that is suppose to be a master plumber. The person that finally showed up to repair our toilet didn't know how to fix it. The flange was cracked. The warranty company approved the repair that was submitted and the guy that was suppose to fix it took it apart, said it was installed wrong, told the warranty company which they in turn wouldnt approve the repair. He left without putting the toilet back together and we have a one bath home...... I had to find someone the next day and had to pay emergency repair rate. On top of all the issues with the repair person; the person that answers their phone is down right rude if she happens to answer and could care less about your issue. She is the owner's daughter. Nepatism at it's finest. Good luck to you if you use this company and be prepared foe a couple of no shows before someone actually shows up

These are Con-Artist. CHW sent them. They will show up, not prepared to perform any work at all. But still want the $85 deductible. And then tell the Warranty Company services they know. For sure that are not needed. Just so they can charge you more. Than what is actually needed. Please ask CHW for PERFECTION PLUMBING- NELSON. 713-240-5754. They show up ready to work. And trying to run a Scam. I support my Black Owned Businesses. But not this this one

-5STAR!!! What a bunch of scammers. They billed my home warranty company for work that was NEVER performed!!! They wanted $1400 from me for repairs they claimed my home warranty company wouldn't cover. Crap....my warranty company approved. Then, Troyln wanted me to pay $5000 for possible new drain pipe. Long story short, I still have the same issues, unresolved and tomorrow marks a week with no indoor plumbing available. They've already billed my warranty company. I've filled multiple fraud complaints. I wouldn't allow them to plumb a barn spickets!!

Do not use. They are very unprofessional at best. They were dispached by HWA to change out a water heater that was under warranty. I drained the water heater for them and they said they'd spent 1.5 hours at the last house draining the water heater. Demanded payment prior to starting work. Claimed it was a HWA requirement. When I explained it was not a HWA requirement the phone rep hung up on me and had the boss tell the plumbers to leave. I called back and tried to speak with the boss, but he hung up on me. The group of plumbers was so rude to my wife that she was crying after they left. They also did not turn the water back on to the house which required a special tool.
