If I could give 10 stars, I would!! When Matt and Shannon showed up, they were raring to go and determined to find the reason for my backed up plumbing. They even ended up on the roof, after clearing two clean outs. No wasted time. Extremely reasonable price. I have no hesitancy in referring them to any and all who need their services. How unprofessional and RUDE. I call him on Tuesday for an appointment. He tells me he will be here on Thursday between 9-11am. I stay at home and wait for him. He's a no-show with NO call and NO update. I finally call him at 11:40 and I ask what his ETA is. He says 45 minutes. Then I ask him if it's customary for him to not contact a customer when he's not going to show up. He says, ""Yeah, uhh... call someone else"". Then he hangs up on me. I call him back, he sends me to voicemail. I leave a voicemail telling him that I'll be informing my friends and family about my experience, also that I will leave accurate reviews and tell my 140k social media followers my experience as well. This was completely ridiculous and shocking. I had a job for him to do that cost over $1500 and I'm so glad that I won't be giving him my business. How rude and unprofessional. I'll be informing everyone I know to avoid this plumber.

They have been our plumbers for many years and I highly recommend them!! They do good work, and try to do what's best for their customers.

They fixed the entire plumbing in our home after the original plumber caused severe damage to our home. Haven't had an issue since and that was over 15 years ago!!

terrible service. Employees ar4e disrespectful and are unprofessional I had a bad experience with this company they were late and very rude about it.Matt did hardly anything but smoke in front.Employees left a mess after .I wouldn't hire them again.

I can't sing Matt's praises enough. He had been my dad's plumber for a few years doing jobs here and there. Last month I finally convinced my dad that he really needed a total repipe, his house still had the old galvanized plumbing through out, not to mention leaks and drainage issues. Matt came out and gave us an extremely fair quote for a copper/pex and ABS repipe, and we agreed to hire his crew.

Matt and his crew showed up right at 9:00am on the agreed upon day, we did a quick walk through confirming everything, and his guys got to work. Matt said if any issues came up, don't hesitate to call him at his number. Happy to say, never had to. His guys showed up everyday no later than 9:30 for the entire week. They were professional, friendly, and cleaned up as they worked.

Worked started on a Monday, but ended up being a little more extensive then previously thought, so the crew had to come for a total of 8 days rather than the 5 previously estimated, They came back the following Monday and wrapped up by Wednesday. Am happy to say that even though the work took longer, he made sure his crew still came on time on those extra days and didn't miss or skip a day.

There was only one morning that the crew was running behind and Matt was courteous enough to call us first thing and let us know he had a vehicle that broke down and the guys would be late. The crew still made it by 10:30am.

Like I said, I couldn't speak higher of Matt and his crew. Additionally, he uses all American made parts and guarantees the work. Now my dad's house has the water pressure he never had in years, no more yucky smells, and no more invisible leaks. Do not hesitate to hire Matt and his guys, definitely our plumber for life, thank you for everything Matt!

I would give them three stars but I am knocking off stars for being late AND being asses about it. We live in LA - there is traffic. Plan ahead. Don't be rude to your customer and leave dirt in their shower. I didn't select them (my slumlord did) but I would never use them. Rude, Rude. Did I say RUDE? And late... I do not tolerate LATE or leaving a mess in my shower. Even if the work was done correctly.

Just recently bought an investment property and the house was in serious need of plumbing work. I went out and got bids from several different vendors from the area. MPD plumbing came in as the most comprehensive and most reasonably priced proposal. I also received an excellent referral from Matt's long time customer of 10+ years. Once I agreed to the deal, they came in and did the work right away. I had galvanized water pipes and drains original from when the house was built in 1948. Galvanized pipes collect lead internally and after some time they corrode and eventually you get smaller streams of water, brown rusty water and lead. Which is very unhealthy. The pipes was long overdue for a replacement. Matt and his team came in and replaced all the water lines with American made copper. He also replaced the drains as well. He also added a clean out port to the drain, included a fiber optic video inspection of my drain going out to the street. He was able confirm that my drain was in good shape. When the work was done, I looked under the house floor and I was able to see brand new copper lines with shiny welds connecting them. The drains was also installed very nicely. Every single piece and angle was done by an experienced plumbing craftsman. MPD plumbing has done an amazing job for my house and I appreciate their efforts and quality of work. I would do business with them again. Thanks again!
