This is just a note of thanks for the great, professional, friendly and fairly priced work conducted at my home yesterday and today. The guys were awesome and the work well done!

I talked to a couple other plumbing companies and reached out to a few others before making the decision to hire Mountain Park. The others were arrogant, very expensive or they just couldn't be bothered to return my contact via phone/email.

It is rare to have service providers actually schedule a specific time AND actually show up when they say they will!

Kudos to Mountain Park for great training and hiring great people!

We called and made an appointment for a plumber to come out to replace our disposal. Mike called and said he could come earlier which worked out better for us. Mike arrived and was very pleasant and professional. He got right to the job of replacing the disposal. We asked several questions about water pressure which he kindly answered. He even looked at a couple of questions we had after he was done with the disposal. He was very efficient. We will definitely hire Mountain Park Plumbing if needed (and you know we will eventually) again. What a great feeling that someone actually did the job and did it well. Thank you Mike!

Matt was great to work with. He responded quickly to my request for an appointment in Ahwatukee, and got out quickly since my main water line was broken and leaking badly. He couldn't do the major repair the day he visited, but he immediately got water to the house working temporarily until he could return to do the whole job a few days later. Including having to cut the driveway to get a line from the street to the house, there was also a fair amount of landscape ""tear up"". Matt and his crew got everything looking great again before they left, and it felt really good working with someone so professional and trustworthy. I definitely recommend Mountain Park Plumbing and will use them again!
