I have used MPP for many years and have always been very satisfied! They are on time, honest price and quality work! Today I called and said I can't get my shower drain unplugged even after I had put some drain cleaner in. I was calling MPP to have a guy come over. Matt told me to try to plunger it first and that it should work. If it works it would save me $125.00 for a visit and clean out. It worked. Customer service doesn't get any better than that!

This is your plumbing company! We have been using Mountain Park Plumbing for at least 15 years (Matt's Dad owned it when we started). My stories of honesty, professionalism, job amazingly done, timeliness showing up to the job, timeliness getting the job done once you place the phone call, and industry-fair pricing are endless! We have three houses that Mountain Park services - these houses are in the best hands when they are there. I love these guys so much that there are times that I'm not even home and they are there without me. I just give them the garage code.

One more thing that I love...they pet my dogs and talk nicely to them when they're here! :-)

I was very impressed by the professionalism and courtesy of Matt and Jake at Mountain Park Plumbing. Before they came out, they made sure they knew what replacement parts were needed so that 2 service calls would not be needed.

Integrity on steroids! Matt promptly returned my call. I explained my problem. He gave me a troubleshooting idea to solve my issue without having to pay him to come to my house. I literally had to pause for a bit. I was so taken aback that a plumber would try to save me money and teach me how to fix my something over the phone. I think I even said, something to the effect of did you really just help me and don't want to take my money? I've never heard of that!

Anyway, enough gushing.... the idea he gave me was actually the perfect solution. Matt saved me $150 plus.

The owner Matt was willing to give me bids with photos over text and hold true to what he bid. His crew was on time, efficient and did amazing work.

I found Matt at Mountain Park plumbing when I asked for recommendations on a FB group for a plumber. He was highly recommended multiple times in that group, so I called him. I had a leaky pipe between the first and second floor. At some point I had 3 plumbers at my house trying to find it, including Matt. They were great, fixed my leak and charged me a reasonable fee (at least I thought so, and I am a cheapskate). I like him so much, when I decided to have a water softener installed I called him. I did not have a softener loop, so instead of charging me a large amount of money to run water lines from my water main, he actually told me a way to figure out where my water manifold was (never heard of a water manifold?, me either). Afterward, I had him install the loop (from the manifold, thereby reducing my costs a lot), and the softener. During this time, I have found Matt (and the guys who work for him) to be professional, efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him and will use him for all my plumbing needs.

Absolutely delighted with this company. Our water heater went out on a Saturday night and they helped do some troubleshooting over the phone and came over on Sunday morning to replace it with a new one. The whole process was friendly, transparent, efficient and we have hot water again! I would absolutely use them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Excellent job replacing a recircution pump. I called Friday and they were out Monday for a very quick replacement. I'm very happy and highly recommend them for quality and price.
