Great plumber and business. I felt Matt was honest and fair with the quoted price for work. He communicated well, sending me the estimate right away and when he was going to be late on the day of the job he text me with updates on being 10 minutes late. Prior to the actual work he clarified and confirmed what needed to be done and completed the job in less than an hour. He is very personable and does quality work at a fair price. I will use him again and recommend him highly!

Matt supplied and installed a 50 gal. water heater for what I felt was a fair price. the water heater worked o.k. for approximately 9 or 10 months when the sediment began to clog the shower heads in both bath roomsl. I was very concerned about the warranty and weather Mountain Park Plumbing would assist in replacing the heater. I was also concerned that Matt would charge me again for installing a replacement. Matt and his assistant showed up and spent 2 hours replacing the anode rod and removing the sediment from each of the plugged faucets. Matt explained that water softeners hasten the deterioration of anode rods which are designed to protect the metal lining of the water heater tank from corrosion over time. I was very happy that Matt understood 9 or 10 months was a bit premature, but not that unusual. Not only did he not charge me for any of the time he and his assistant spent fixing the problem, he also replaced a part in the shower that could not be unplugged. I would without hesitation recommend Matt's Mountain Park Plumbing because of his integrity and fairness.

I've used MPP in the past but it had been quite sometime. Again, they delivered amazing service. I had a dripping bathroom faucet (and a increasing water bill) and the shutoff under the sink was stuck. I spoke to Matt on the phone and he was able to get TJ scheduled for the same day :) I had also reinstalled some faucet handles that had fallen off and didn't do a great job - called Matt back - asked if those could be corrected too - yep no problem. TJ arrived exactly as scheduled and completed everything within 30 minutes. These guys are incredibly professional but also just easy going and genuinely nice, informative and honest. Pricing is reasonable and their work is quality every single time! Thanks MPP you guys are what all home improvement/repair companies should strive to be!

Had a pretty small routine job to get done but unfortunately, my landlord made it incredibly difficult to get done efficiently.
