Although COVID created a little hiccup in scheduling the work was impeccable. The team was professional , trustworthy , prompt and the pricing was fair. I will continue using this company and recommend them to anyone.

If I could give negative stars I would this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with especially the employee Tony he lied for 4 days straight on coming out not having the equipment to do his job, getting stuck in traffic what ever lie he could think of he did one of the 4 days he was suppose to be there at 10:30 in the morning kept calling like always he had an excuse why he was late finally after talking to him repeatedly that day along with all the other days he had the nerve to tell me that he would have to charge over time if he showed up after 5. I am beyond disappointed and disgusted in this company if you don't know what your doing Tony don't schedule appointments. Also just a friendly recommendation to the owner you might want to teach Tony some social skills and language barriers.

The most unprofessional company in flagstaff. Have called several times for work, and each time the employee has lied and not shown up at all. Called them back, and the employee gave a flat out lie about why he couldnt show. How does this company still exist when they never keep their word. I would give negative stars if possible!

I wish I could give 0 stars. This company was working on the house next door to mine & they left their trailer parked in front of my house for 10 days straight...without touching it. Blocking my regular parking spot in front of my own house.


Then when they came back to work on the house, they DAMAGED THE TELEPHONE WIRE TO MY HOUSE WHERE I LOST POWER FOR 3 HOURS.

They were using a mini tractor that they clearly don't know how to use & somehow raised it & went threw my power line...I'm not making this up. Look for yourself.

The man was extremely rude & unprofessional.

Super quick and efficient. Someone was here day after I called. Plumber who arrived was professional and friendly and agreed to help on an issue not on work order. Affordable. Would recommend and use again.

I had my water heater replaced by Demarcus last week. He was prompt, personable, courteous and very professional. He went out of this way to wrap the water heater and pipes w insulation. This is the second time MHP has helped me, the first time was to replace a leaking outside faucet. I was told by a different Plumber it could not be fixed but MHP fixed it.
I will call them again should the occasion arise.

I have used Mountian High for a few years but I'll never use them again.
I had them come out for 2 simple things that I use to do myself.
To clean out the sink drain and to fix the drain stopper. It took two weeks for a one hour job. I had to call them (the owner) several times to finish the job. When they finally finished the job I had to call them back out because he (the owner) did the repair wrong. They couldn't show up at the agreed upon times and never called.
The only one that did their job was the person answering the phone. She seemed to be embarrassed at the whole thing.
When your self employed it's imperative to learn from your mistakes.

If I could give this company a zero I would. The level of unprofessionalism is on a level I have never experienced before. On day one that our toilet stopped working we called a plumber out and he told us we needed to replace a part and he would order it and have it in by Monday. When I followed up on Monday, I was informed that plumber from Saturday did not order the part. They then asked for us to send a picture of the part to them via text. We explained we did not know exactly which part is the issue, but we sent a couple of pictures. The plumber said that he could work with the pictures we sent. He ordered the part and would install it that Wednesday. On Wednesday the plumber came and said he ordered the wrong part because he ""guessed"" on what we needed and guessed wrong. When asked why he guessed when he had the pictures from us, he said the pictures were not helpful. I don't understand why he would not have told us at the time on Monday instead of guessing or moreover, come to the house and see the part for himself (and I should let people know that this company installed the piece not even 6 months ago, so they have the documentation of the piece and we reminded them of this since day one, but they could not be bothered to take the time to look it up). He ordered the piece and came on Friday to install it. On that Friday, 6 days into not having a single toilet in my house, the plumber came. He tracked sewage from his boots all over my area rug despite having more than one way around the rug. I then had to get my rug professional cleaned. He asked to use a towel to pick up some of the sewage, but then I discovered he left the dirty towel in the corner of the bathroom. He did not remove it with his waste. He left my bathroom a disgusting mess that required me to use bottles of bleach to clean. We tried to resolve this issue directly with the company and we were treated with such disrespect from the manager and the woman who answers the phone. At no time did we ask for anything more than to have our concerns validated and they were incapable of doing so. This company and their lack of professionalism is disgusting. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!

Had a great experience with Mountain High. Kyle was right on time, was very professional, worked quickly, and cleaned everything up before he left. We had 3 small jobs; install a new toilet, replace a kitchen faucet, and fix another toilet that was running. All were done perfectly and the bill was very reasonable. Happy customers here!

Terrible company. Charged $105 for a five minute consultation which said they couldn't do anything without putting in a whole new gas line. When questioned about the bill, they said they charge that for 5 minutes or one hour and that other plumbers charge the same --- which is far from true. My recommendation to anyone who needs a plumber is run as fast as you can from this one and find a reputable one.
