Excellence Service!!! I can't say enough good things about Mountain High Plumbing, and I give them my highest recommendation. I've utilized their services several times when drain line and plumbing issues arose at our family's old house. The whole staff from Jimmy the owner, to Juile and Crista in the office, who are very helpful and friendly - Most of all knowledgeable field technicians Bird and Mike. They are not interested in up-selling and they put themselves in your shoes to help you make the best decision for your situation. The best solution is not the same solution for everyone, and this is key to understand. Your house design will play a major part in figuring out the tradeoffs so you can get the best value.

If you're having any issues with your plumbing or heating, I can't imagine anyone doing a better job getting you all fixed up quickly, confidently and affordably. Five Stars without a moment of doubt! - If I could rate 10 stars I would! Keep Mountain High Plumbing on your speed dial!

We called another well-regarded plumber, but they couldn't get to us for two weeks. They suggested Mountain High which we thought was a meaningful endorsement. We're very glad we did. Bird, from Mountain High was out the next day and let us know we had a problem with water leakage, rot, and mold, and that we should call a restoration service. Once we had that taken care MHP was back, promptly, and the job was completed in a very professional manner in a couple of hours. He even let us know that further work we thought we needed was in fact not necessary. They're good people to deal with, and we can recommend them without hesitation.

Had a relatively simple repair for a leak/drip. Our house is 40 years old. The repair involved replacing a ball in the tub fauset. It required a ""tub/shower kit that fit a delta with stainless steel ball single lever. The kit did not include a required screw. The plumber did not have a screw that fit. We had 2 choices - pay while the plumber went to get a screw or pay and go to Home Depot and get the screw and finish the job ourselves. We chose the later. This scenario would be like a hairdresser who had to go to the beauty supply to get the right hair color while you are waiting in the salon. Needless to say we are not happy with our experience.

Years ago Mountain High Plumbing installed our sprinkler/drip system in Avondale. Operated flawlessly for many years. More recently, 2022, MTH Plumbing supplied all major plumbing materials for our 2nd new build in Prescott. They stayed on top of the supplier and kept us informed during all those ""Supply Chain"" issues. The owner, Jim Velez, has been accessible and given us great advice over the years!

I made an appointment well in advance. They said that they would show up between 8 and 12. At 12 I called. They said that the fellow was just finishing up his previous job and that he would be here shortly. An hour later I called again. This time they said that they had no idea when he might arrive.

Things started great. They gave me a good recommendation and saved us some money on what we thought was an emergency. But then didn't follow through when it came time to actually do the work we tried to hire them for. No show, no call, nothing. Waste of time.
