Zero stars. Just had the most horrible experience ever with this company. I called at 8 am this morning about our broken air conditioner. The person in the office said that we might be able to get service in the morning but she wasn't sure. She would call to let us know. She never did. Without a call, we went to the beach for my son's annual beach trip. She said ok and to call on our way home. We did. At 2:30. She said she'd tell the technician. She called 2 and a half hours later to say they weren't coming. She then proceeded to berate me for take the time to go to the beach with my family. The house is currently 92 degrees and I have an 8 week old baby. She didn't seem bothered by any of this. Just that the technician was tired. I would steer very clear of this business. They don't have time for common human decency. I've never been treated less humanely.

Another great experience with M and H plumbing!

Scott came over to the house of a friend of mine and fixed several problems. Everything works perfectly and the bill was better than reasonable.

Have had good service in the past. But have had new plumbing projects and they have been very unresponsive.
Have made multiple correspondences and have had Morrow & Holman Plumbing in to quote projects twice since mid April and have yet to receive quotations.

I have left messages, emailed & called Joan is friendly but have not been quoted for any work yet delaying project.

Beware! This company does not give accurate pricing. It's a small job but hits you with a big bill after the job is done without even discussing with the owner first.

I do not recommend this plumber. Very unresponsive and unprofessional. They charged us more than double what they quoted, wanted to charge us 90 minutes of travel time (total, for two trucks) when they are about 5 miles away from my house, sent plumbers that blamed the grossly underestimated quote by the receptionist because ""she's a girl."" We had to have another plumber come in and fix what they refused to fix because they installed the toilet wrong. I have never had such a bad experience with a business.

Customer service is terrible. I have no idea if the work was done acceptably. They have come and left without notice the past three days. Meanwhile I sit here and wait. I highly recommend they improve on their customer relations. They just leave. I assume they will charge for the hours they ""disappeared ""

Overcharges! We had someone out from Morrow & Holman to just drain a water heater. He started to drain it and we asked is he could just check another toilet since he wouldn't be doing anything as the heater drains on it's own. There was no stoppage in the toilet and then the plumber disappears. I had questions for him but he's nowhere to be found. Now we get a bill for 3 hrs of work to drain a water heater? Ridiculous!!

I'm really really not someone who has good luck with plumbers.

My building uses two plumbers mostly. One was utterly horrible. Like ridiculously bad to the point where everyone else in my building was like ""oh yeah I know them, they're terrible."" They gave me Morrow & Holman's number instead.

So once, I called Morrow & Holman before this and they did what needed to be done on time. The only knock on them was there was a some miscommunication going on about them letting me know how much it would cost before doing it, whatever, they got the job done and the price was about as expected. Though the guy did spill dirty water on my carpet.

This time... at 10:30am I called them, got an appointment for sometime in the early afternoon. Got called back, they told me they needed to probably see my downstairs neighbors place. I told them I'll call to see if they were in and call them back. I called my downstairs neighbor, found out their schedule, called them back. It took about 15 minutes. They said the person just left apparently for my place. I told them to call me to confirm. This was around 1:00pm.

It's 4pm. I've called them twice. They never were the ones to call me even though they said they'd keep me in the loop. The latest word from them is: they're not coming. I've waited at home on my day off for half the day waiting for them and they're not even going to come.

The last time I called them they said they would try to schedule me for tomorrow but had to check a few things and then call me back. Well, it's an hour and a half later and they haven't called me back.

This is the worst possible way to do business. Basically tell people they HAVE to stay home to get work done but then in the end never show up. If they had just told me ""we can't"" then that's totally fine. I would find someone else and I know I can call M&H first next time. Hell, even if at 1:30pm they told me things changed and they can't do it anymore that would be ok. To string me along until 6pm is a slap to the face. You've just wasted hours of my time.

The lady on the phone was very pleasant as was the plumber that talked to me briefly, but seriously wasting my day and then telling me I can take another day off work instead is pretty insulting.

Looking at Debbie P's review down below, I guess this isn't an isolated incident. If they follow through they're fine, but be aware that you might wait the whole day for them and have them not show up so be prepared to waste your entire day waiting for them and not have them show up. It's a real risk.

This company cannot get more honest with their diagnosis and estimated costs of repair. I got a quote for $4000, one for $6000, and Morrow and Holman did it for less than $2000. I'm thinking the other guys are rip offs and/or don't have the experience to properly estimate the job so they aim high, real high! The next job same deal as I thought maybe I was just lucky on the first one. They came in and did it for half of a competitor. Customer for life!!

I am soooo frustrated. I cannot get them to follow through on their work. They installed a water heater that is not venting properly. I have called them at least FIVE times and have been waiting weeks and weeks for them to come back and fix it as they promised.
