Dependable and competent. Customer service is excellent, response time is reasonable, and their prices are far better than their competitors. I had two toilets running and my heater wasn't working. Fred came out, quickly took care of the toilets and resolved my heating issue. I highly recommend Morrow & Holman and if you should use them, rate them because 3.5 stars is not accurate. They have a good reputation and I've learned that they've been in business for decades. It's such a relief to have people who take their work professionally and are reliable. The cost for the repairs were practically free. I trust them.

I've used M&H at least a dozen times. They don't show up about half the time. When I call back, often they don't even know that there was a call, or that they didn't show up. Mostly fine when they do show, but the quality of the individual plumbers can vary considerably.

When we had an emergency where our toilet broke, I called several local places, and fortunately, discovered Morrow & Holman. They immediately answered their phones, thoroughly explained their process, and we had a new toilet all within a few hours. Their service was prompt, their customer service was through and diligent, and a stressful situation quickly turned into a resolution. I highly recommend!

I was hoping to work with a local plumber but they do not know what they are doing. They sent a man who came in and eyeballed the problem, touched the area and said there is a moisture on the wall. He was not sure where it came from and said he could open the wall to find out. He had no tool to detect leaks. It took 2 min to walk into the house and say I don't know what to do and walk out. They did not give me a solution or alternatives to check where the leak is coming from and yet they charged $110. I will never call them again and I do not recommend them at all.

We have counted on Morrow and Holman for several years now for all of our plumbing and HVAC fixes and re-dos in our triplex- so a-lot!

I have gotten to know nearly everyone in the office and on the site- and all of them have always been kind and decent people who take their jobs seriously.

As an owner and liaison for the past few years- Morrow and Holman have been great to work with on jobs that can be sometimes urgent, sometimes complicated, and sometimes big and dreaded.
-They put the time in - and I really appreciate it!

I called for repair on 2 faucets. Kitchen was fixed quickly, the bathroom faucet was taken apart, plumber took the part to his truck then returned saying he could not fix it. He left me with a mess. I turned for alternative plumbing service and it was repaired quickly and with ease. What kind of plumbing service leaves you without fixing what their profession calls for?

I can't tell you how many times M&H have saved our bacon! Our house was built in 1924 - during the Coolidge Administration - with plumbing from that era. Fortunately, we have M&H and they have seen this all before, and know exactly how to get stuff working again! Everyone who has ever worked here over the last 30+ years has been polite, friendly and competent - what more can you ask? Actually in the process of setting up a visit for a couple of issues right this minute, which prompted me to write this review! We LOVE M&H!

This place was recommended by Nextdoor. I set up 2 separate appointments with them and they didn't show up. The first time I called them to set up another appointment, the second time I didn't even bother.

This company is totally irresponsible. I called them 5 times in one week around New Years to schedule an Appointment as my heating quit. Twice they did a no show without even calling and 3 times they said they would call back and didn't. I was told on nov 29 that they would order a part needed to fix it. Again, no follow up. The last 3 times I called, I asked them to tell me the name of the part and they couldn't tell me that either. It was cold and I was sick, which I told them, and they just left me hanging. This was inexcusable treatment for a long time customer. I strongly recommend not to give them your business.
They are the worst business I've ever dealt with.
