My sister loves yelp, so I decided to give it a try. Extremely delighted that on my first try I found someone who knew what they were doing! My in-laws called ""a plumber guy"" who came to unclog our drains. The house toilet wasn't working and it all backed up and out through another toilet. The ""plumber guy"" unclogged a drain but the next day everything backed up again and now through a drain that's next to my door (I live in the back). Rain was forecasted all week so I bought sand bags to help keep the rain water away from my door. Unfortunately, the whole back yard got flooded and it was a scramble to keep all the water away from going inside. ""Plumber guy"" came back, didn't know where it was clogged from and said he would be back the next day with someone who had a camera. All this happened while I was at work. I came home, saw the mess and got on yelp. Closest plumber to me, read the reviews, asked for a quote and then called. He quoted me 2 prices depending on what he had to do. He suggested if I waited until the next day it would be less, but I was worried about the rain so asked if he could come right away, it was already 6pm. I sent him my info and he was at my house within 15 minutes. Took him less than 5 minutes to figure out what was wrong and then another 30 minutes to run (I'm guessing) a snake through a vent on the roof that went under the house and into a main drain. When he said he was done, I was like ""huh?"" That's it? I couldn't believe it! Checked all the drains, water was gone. Flushed all the toilets and they worked. You have no idea how good it feels to know I won't have ""floaties"" in my back yard or wake up swimming in rain water! This is a number I'm saving in my phone! Did I mention he was friendly and easy to talk to and didn't mind my nosy neighbor hanging around watching him work, lol.

I have used him for many years because he does a good job, and called him to replace a water heater in an apartment he tried to fix several months earlier. When I call him for service, I always want to know the bottom line, what is it going to cost me. He said he would charge me what the store charged for the water heater, his delivery fee, his labor fee, and COST OF PARTS, but that is not what happened. Since I ordered the water heater I knew the costs, but did not need to order parts. I told him there was a miscommunication when I received his bill. I explained to him what he had said earlier and thought being a long time customer he would resolve the issue fairly, but that did not happen. I reluctantly paid what he charged me to replace a water heater including ""HIS cost of parts"" that were extremely higher than those quoted from the store.

I used Gabriel this evening for AC services. I called yesterday and he showed up today. Very ethical and honest. Will use him again.

I don't usually write reviews but good guys need the exposure. I called Moreno's about an A/C issue at my office building. He turn me over to his A/C guy Gabriel. Everywhere else I tried was pushing the appointment out 3-5 days. Gabriel showed up in a half an hour (no charge when everywhere else was $75-$100 to show up), diagnosed my a/c AND already had a brand new part to fix it in the work vehicle. Done in less than an hour. These guys are the real deal. USE THEM!

I had a main like blockage and called at 630 am. Jose gave me a quote and arrived at 7 am the same day. He unclogged the line extremely quickly and I am very satisfied with his work. For reference he had to go on my roof since my house does not have a clean out fitting. Something the other plumber I got a quote from charged 130$ extra for. Jose charged exactly what he estimated even with having to go on the roof!

Great service and affordable. I had a drain problem and called the drain dudes first and they didn't fix it and ran off with my money. I called Moreno plumming and they fixed the issue and for much cheaper. I highly recommend them

This is my very first Yelp review, and unfortunately it is a very bad review. I have always wanted to write a review on all the great restaurants i find on Yelp, but i guess i am going to have to get this one out of the way in order to warn others of this. I first called this guy to hook up my dryer since i didn't want to mess with the gas line. He hooked it up and did a fast good job. Since i had him there, i asked him to take a look at our second bathroom that was having some trouble draining. Well, that was a big mistake! We had just bought this house and the bathroom was clean and somewhat working. When he was done the bathroom was flooded with toilet water and the bath tub had crap in it. Yes, literally crap. It smelled disgusting. He gave us a BS reason why we couldn't use that bathroom any more. He originally charged $85 so that covered the dryer hook up. He ended up charging $100 for ruining our bathroom plumbing. It's one day later and the bathtub still has feces in it. We are so disappointed. Horrible experience.

My family and I are extremely happy with Jose's services! Our two toilets and showers were clogged and no store bought products were working. He arrived on time, found a solution and fixed the problem in no time! He charged a very reasonable price considering that we called him late in the evening.

I found my plumber Moreno plumbing. My water heater went out and I called Moreno Plumbing for service. Jose informed me to check with the manufacture to see if it was still under warranty. Not many would do that I really appreciated his honesty. Long story short I got the replacement parts and Jose came over and in less than an hour my problem was resolved.
