I'm usually a do-it-yourself guy. But when my main sewage line backed up, and nothing I did could fix it, I knew it was time to call someone.
The reviews here on Yelp were entirely accurate. Jose was here fast, and he took a real interest in making sure my problem was fixed. He charged me exactly what he quoted, despite the fact that my particular issue took a little extra work. He's a very knowledgeable, down to earth guy and really easy to talk to. I would definitely employ his services again, and I recommend him to anyone in need of good quality plumbing work.

I called several weeks ago to see if they could come flush the pipes because my Mother in law's Washer was overflowing because this house has been here since Eisenhower was in office. They gave me a quote for how much it would cost and told me around what time they would be here and they showed up rather promptly and fixed the problem quickly! Thankful for Yelp. We had a plumbing problem in Gardena (a bit of a ways) for
them and Jose (Moreno) answered the phone. We described the problem (stopped drain -- toilet flush caused tub to fill) and asked for a range of costs. Previous plumbers I called wouldn't tell me. Jose asked about what type of drain opening we had and stated an estimate and a range of times he can come over 11am to 1pm. 10 min to 11 he texts me back saying he'll be over 11-11:20. He comes over 11:05, does the jobs and charges what he stated. Honest, fast, and came over on a Sunday (!) (many were closed or charged more that day) when we needed him. Will definitely use him again.

Jose is a great plumber. He came out and took care of the clogged drain in no time. We even discovered a leak and he fixed all on the spot. Reasonable prices and speedy arrival. I have called him for a couple of other jobs and recommended him to friends and family.

So, we just bought our first home. Both exciting and terrifying. We needed vendors to address items listed in the property inspection report and few other issues, and to make sure there were no hidden red flags. I met with 3 plumbers. The first told me he was too busy (I came to find out that our ""job"" wasn't enough $$$ to merit his time). The second provided an estimate that seemed impossibly high. I told him that I had never been down this path so the price might be right. However, rather than educate me, he told me to take it or leave it. The third was Moreno Plumbing. Jose walked through the property and the report with me, telling me what needed to be done, what could be done later, and what improvements we may want to consider when we are ready to make upgrades. When I asked him ""how much"" for the necessary items, he gave me a terrific price and made time to complete the job that day. Excellent service, honesty, no games, and someone I am happy to refer to others and who I will call in the future. If you don't at least give Moreno Plumbing an opportunity to give you an estimate, you are doing yourself a disservice.

Excellent service!!! Moreno plumbing is quick , efficient and honest. Had a leakage in my main drain and the house had a very bad odor. He came out within the hour of our phone call and identified the problem right away and saved me money from the previous quote in which was a major rip off. Highly recommend them... Reliable, reasonable Plummer. We had a backed up sink...Christmas prep cooking put on hold. Not a good thing. We called Jose he said he can take the job. He arrived at our home by the promised time and even sent a text message giving us an updates ETA. Snaked our line, educated us on a previous plummer's work. Installed a new garbage disposal unit. Great professional work and very tidy.

Awesome experience. Our two wall heaters were tagged as dangerous by the gas company and were shut off. I turned to yelp for help and Moreno was the first to pop up and they were nearby. I went to work and my mom called them they came between the time they said they would. Cleaned and serviced both heaters even cleaned our chimney (a service they don't really offer) all at a great price. My mom was satisfied and so was I to come home to a heated house! Definitely recommend.

We haven't had our wall furnace turned on in over 20 years, Moreno plumbing came in and provided us with all the necessary parts, proper inspection, and had it working with a new thermostat in what seemed to be less than 30 minutes; all services provided at a great low price. I definitely recommend them to anyone. We are going to enjoy these upcoming cold months a lot more with a working heater.
