Very responsible and reliable company. I had the main line broken under my 4plex. Henry and his team fixed that issue and redid the line all the way to the city line at a very competitive price.
I called Henry for other plumbing issues and he always showed up and fixed the issue the same day or withing 24 hours.
His team is very thorough and detail oriented. they clean everything after each job.

Just had Mora Rooter out to check out my main sewer line. Cast iron pipe was cracked by rust over a long period of time. Mora and his crew located the cracked pipe and went to work. Total time 5 hours. Pipe repair and hydro jetted. Crew very professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Price was extremely competitive. Kudos to Mora Rooter. I recommend them for any drainage issue you may have. I am completely satisfied. Kudos!!!!!!

This is one of the MOST unprofessional companies I have ever had the misfortune of hiring. My elderly mother's home needed a new water heater, I like supporting local businesses so I called Mora. He installed the water heater and then there was a gas leak, because the valve was not properly installed. after the gas leak the electronic igniter was faulty which prevented the pilot light from lighting. I called Mora and he REFUSED to come out and replace it. The water heater and all parts were under warranty and he told me to call the water heater manufacturer and ask them to send me the parts. When I called, they said that the plumber that installed the water heater needed to request the part. In the end I called AABCO Plumbing, they showed up within a couple of hours, a smile on his face and the part in hand. Was finished within 30 minutes and we now have hot water. I would not refer my worst enemy to Mora Plumbing.

I would recommend him to anyone Every person I spoke to/ dealt with from Mr. Mora Rooter was 100% professional, the technician Mr. Mora was on time, professional, very knowledgeable, informative and kind. Not only did he figure out the problem in less then 30 seconds, gave his personal recommendation on what he would do if it were his own toilet. In a nut shell he came to my house and did a good, clean and fast work, and fixed my problem. I had roots in my pipes and a clog. He fixed everything and I haven't had any issues. He's a nice guy, explained things step-by-step, and gave us a good price with no hidden or surprise cost (something I worried about ) I just remembered him because I had a plumbing issue and when I called him, he picked up, He said he would come out tomorrow but in case we need someone right away, he gave us prices on what it should cost depending on the issue so we wouldn't get ripped off by someone else... I thought that was cool even though he didn't know if we would use him again. He is definitely the ""go to guy"" if I need anything at all and I highly recommend him to family and friends

I have never reviewed anyone before, but feel so strongly about this. First time I used Mora Rooter it was fine, this time a disaster. Should have know something was up when he opened the cupboard next to my sink, not under it. If you can't find the sink there is trouble. Took him 2 trips to my house and several trips to the hardware store to fix my clogged sink. He replaced all the part to my sink and 3 weeks later all of a sudden two pipes came apart and I had a flood all over my kitchen. It was Saturday evening, but he advertises 24 hour service and after all I had paid him $300. He ask me what did I want him to do, come over and mop up my floor? That might have been a good start. He told me everything was fine when he left and he was out to dinner so I would have to wait until he could work me in. Could not give me any idea of which day or what time, but he was sure it wasn't his work! It was all new pipes, so how could it not be his work? Next plumber that came out told me Mora used cheap materials and no plumbers tape, putty nor adhesive. That plumber didn't even charge me to repair the Mora's work.
Unfortunately I paid Mora cash and I left for work before he was done so he didn't leave me a receipt so I can't even take him to small claims court!

I was very disappointed with Mora Rooter's dishonesty. They said they would come over my place to have a check or assessment on the plumbing issue of my house tomorrow. When I called them the following day, they said they would charge me 50 bucks for the evaluation. I wish they said that the first time I called him. If I had him to do the repair, I wonder how many hidden charges he will have. I would definitely stay away from Mora Rooter.
