Henry is a hardworking, knowledgeable, honest, professional plumber, with a great deal of experience & has integrity in his work. He values repeat clients and referrals. I honestly feel this way because i had two separate situations where I had two major plumbing repairs that needed to be repaired ASAP . I had 3 Plumbing Contractor's submitted Estimates for the repairs & both times Henry's Estimates were thousands of $$ less than the other two estimates that I received. Henry repaired these major tasks at hand proficiently, in one day and all within his Estimated Price. The two other Plumbing Contractor's submitted inflated estimated cost because I was in a terrible bind to have the repairs made ASAP and they knew it!

I'd hire Henry for every plumbing issue that arises at the properties I manage for peace of mind knowing the job will get done properly, at a reasonable price and if needed, I can count on Henry to return. I highly recommend you contact him as well .

Extremely unprofessional....Henry came to our house and agreed to fix the problem in our kitchen. We called him as soon as he left to schedule the date for two days later. An hour before the scheduled time he was suppose to arrive, he texted us that he will have to cancel. This was extremely upsetting because my husband purposely took the day off work. I texted him back AND left a voicemail, that if he can come later that day or reschedule our appointment for a different date. He never responded.

Very responsible and reliable company. I had the main line broken under my 4plex. Henry and his team fixed that issue and redid the line all the way to the city line at a very competitive price.
I called Henry for other plumbing issues and he always showed up and fixed the issue the same day or withing 24 hours.

Just had Mora Rooter out to check out my main sewer line. Cast iron pipe was cracked by rust over a long period of time. Mora and his crew located the cracked pipe and went to work. Total time 5 hours. Pipe repair and hydro jetted. Crew very professional and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Price was extremely competitive. Kudos to Mora Rooter. I recommend them for any drainage issue you may have. I am completely satisfied. Kudos!!!!!!

This is one of the MOST unprofessional companies I have ever had the misfortune of hiring. My elderly mother's home needed a new water heater, I like supporting local businesses so I called Mora. He installed the water heater and then there was a gas leak, because the valve was not properly installed. after the gas leak the electronic igniter was faulty which prevented the pilot light from lighting. I called Mora and he REFUSED to come out and replace it. The water heater and all parts were under warranty and he told me to call the water heater manufacturer and ask them to send me the parts. When I called, they said that the plumber that installed the water heater needed to request the part. In the end I called AABCO Plumbing, they showed up within a couple of hours, a smile on his face and the part in hand. Was finished within 30 minutes and we now have hot water. I would not refer my worst enemy to Mora Plumbing.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr.Mora Rooter! I would recommend him to anyone Every person I spoke to/ dealt with from Mr. Mora Rooter was 100% professional, the technician Mr. Mora was on time, professional, very knowledgeable, informative and kind. Not only did he figure out the problem in less then 30 seconds, gave his personal recommendation on what he would do if it were his own toilet. In a nut shell he came to my house and did a good, clean and fast work, and fixed my problem. I had roots in my pipes and a clog. He fixed everything and I haven't had any issues. He's a nice guy, explained things step-by-step, and gave us a good price with no hidden or surprise cost (something I worried about ) I just remembered him because I had a plumbing issue and when I called him, he picked up, He said he would come out tomorrow but in case we need someone right away, he gave us prices on what it should cost depending on the issue so we wouldn't get ripped off by someone else... I thought that was cool even though he didn't know if we would use him again. He is definitely the ""go to guy"" if I need anything at all and I highly recommend him to family and friends
