Call someone else. They are unreliable. Jeff came to our home to replace our bathtub faucets and to check a leak. He charged us $160 but never checked our leak. That's only the beginning. He also replaced a pipe in our laundry room and was supposed to come back to complete the job. The guy totally flaked. We called more than 6 times to see what happened and left messages with multiple people and we still haven't heard back. This all happened in July and still haven't heard back. This is very disappointing when you're trying to support Simi Valley businesses.

Awesome service. Had a main water pipe burst in the front lawn area. Neighbor referred me to Simi Valley Plumbing. Neighbor spoke highly about them so I gave them a try. High recommended! Quality work and very trustworthy. Even the person (young lady) that answered the phone was very nice. It's very hard nowadays to trust anyone. Thank you!!!

Very DISAPPOINTED in their customer service. We had them come out on 12/20 to unclog our drains..in less than a month, they started backing up again so we called to have them come back out and at least just look at them, they REFUSED saying it wasn't their problem and REFUSED to let me speak to owner, saying he was out of the country...yeah right. We have old pipes and we need to get them cleaned out once a year. In all my 10 years here, its NEVER only lasted a month. I will NEVER use them again and I will go back to using the plumber from the valley. Trying to keep my business in Simi. What a mistake.

Had an irrigation leak running into garage , Dispatch sent out a guy within an hour. Plumber Ray showed up from SVP and quickly and efficiently resolved the problem. What a great service, Highly recommend.

Last night after my daughter showered there was water all over her bedroom, the shore shares a wall with her room. My wife cleans up the mess and thankfully the leak doesn't return. I called Simi Valley Plumbing this morning around 10 am. The phone was answered quickly by an actual person, not an answering machine. Clearly they were busy, the phones were ringing off the hook. I state my problem and the guy I'm talking too tells me he will get ahold of one of his plumbers and give me a call back, in 10-15 minutes. At this point I'm thinking it's gonna 3 hours before he call back. I was so wrong, 10 minutes later the guy calls me and says a plumber is on his way.
Ray shows up, finds the leak and tells me he has to go get the part. 20 minutes later Ray is back and the problem is fixed.
What a great company, great customer service, quality plumbers, and the problem was fixed in a timely manner. I wish definitely use the again.

We had Simi Valley Plumbing install a gas line. The work and craftsmanship was great, and they even drywalled over their work when they were done, which was not something we had asked for or paid for. Very happy with the results.

I had a leak in my slab which flooded my closet. I cannot say enough about how helpful and reasonable Simi Valley Plumbing was. They worked extra hours to ensure I had water available over the holiday weekend and then came back after the weekend to re-route my leaking plumbing. They were reasonable, on time, clean and polite. I have been using them for a couple of years but this event ensured I will always use them for any of my plumbing issues. Thank you Bob and Rob especially.
