I must say this plumbing company does get the job done efficiently,and Bob and Greg the plumbers are very professional and easy to work with.I needed two jobs done-There was some delay on the first,but once they got here it was done well.The second problems-Greg didn't have the right shower handle-said he would be back that afternoon-never showed.I called the receptionist Stella the next morning.Said she had no idea what was going on-she would get back to me-she never called and Greg didn't show up for two days-I also called her the second day-again,no idea!Told her to call back if problem-nothing!Now I'm waiting over the weekend to call them Monday.Not looking forward to talking with Stella.She offered no apology,gives out a minimum of information!Doesn't seem to give a damn.

I called this company and someone came out for a tub backing up and he lifted my toilet out and went on my roof to apparently clean out the line which I do not believe was needed. He stated on my receipt that he pulled roots out and cleared the stoppage with cable and this is not true. He was still there when it continued to be backing up. The technician stated that the owner will be in contact with me on further recommendations. Well he arrived at my home without me being there and walked around my property and even opened my clean out and looked in there (totally inappropriate) without my permission. I even emailed the owner and he never responded. Also they were going to charge me for his visit and never informed me of this. I would believe that the technician should have been qualified to make me aware of what the next steps are instead of charging me for another visit. There visit was 1/9/2021 and this is how long I have given them to respond to me.

My kitchen sink was backing up. I decided to give this company a try. Called in the morning and got an appointment for the same day. Greg showed up with a mask on. He proceeded to unclog the kitchen drain. While testing to see if the water was draining properly, he noticed that there was a thumping sound whenever he turned on hot water. We were previously told by someone else that we needed to change out our faucet. He said it might be the shutoff valve, did something, and just like that, we can use hot water without the noise and the vibration. He could've just ignored it since it wasn't part of his job but he fixed it for us without even being asked to do so. Greg went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company!

SV Plumbing came out to fix a kitchen water leak. Greg was great and worked is butt off. He was here about 4 hours fixing the problem and the problem from the original construction company that remolded our kitchen years ago. We have used them before and will continue to call on them. Thank you so much Greg.

I called last night to make an appointment to have a dishwasher installed. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. The next day, I received notice that my dishwasher delivery was going to be later than my scheduled appointment. I called at 7:30 in the morning, apologized for the early call and was kindly greeted and all necessary arrangements were made. My dishwasher was installed, the technician took away my box and old dishwasher and was very pleasant and personable. Overall, fantastic experience.

Unbelievable job on re-route of line from kitchen and garage to main line. It almost seemed like magic, and the price was $4K less than one other bid I received. Very clean and neatly done with minimal disruption to our daily lives. The crew led by Roger was multitalented and did all the work from digging, concrete cutting, cement, stucco and stucco repair, piping and they did it in 3.5 days! As I said magic. By the fourth morning, we were running loads of laundry in the garage into a standpipe which previously did not exist. The water from the washer previously drained into the garage utility sink. Bob Perdum was attentive, honest, respectful and extremely well versed in the plumbing of homes in Simi Valley. If you have 60 year old galvanized pipe under your home, and need a re-route job, Simi Valley Plumbing on Los Angeles Ave. is the absolute right choice. My lawn is growing back perfectly also! The job was permitted and a very cursory inspection was all that was needed, because the Simi Valley inspector is obviously very familiar with quality work. Thank you!

Excellent same-day service from this local company! Called this morning, lovely fellow came round this afternoon and quickly identified the problem, which could have turned into a very serious issue if not corrected! Repair effected in the same visit at a very reasonable price. I'll certainly use these folks again if I need plumbing services! Oh, and my Security Team really liked him!

Call someone else. They are unreliable. Jeff came to our home to replace our bathtub faucets and to check a leak. He charged us $160 but never checked our leak. That's only the beginning. He also replaced a pipe in our laundry room and was supposed to come back to complete the job. The guy totally flaked. We called more than 6 times to see what happened and left messages with multiple people and we still haven't heard back. This all happened in July and still haven't heard back. This is very disappointing when you're trying to support Simi Valley businesses.

Awesome service. Had a main water pipe burst in the front lawn area. Neighbor referred me to Simi Valley Plumbing. Neighbor spoke highly about them so I gave them a try. High recommended! Quality work and very trustworthy. Even the person (young lady) that answered the phone was very nice. It's very hard nowadays to trust anyone. Thank you!!!

Very DISAPPOINTED in their customer service. We had them come out on 12/20 to unclog our drains..in less than a month, they started backing up again so we called to have them come back out and at least just look at them, they REFUSED saying it wasn't their problem and REFUSED to let me speak to owner, saying he was out of the country...yeah right. We have old pipes and we need to get them cleaned out once a year. In all my 10 years here, its NEVER only lasted a month. I will NEVER use them again and I will go back to using the plumber from the valley. Trying to keep my business in Simi. What a mistake.
