Best Plumbing company ever! I see some negative reviews and I have to say, There's no way we dealt with the same company!

Any time i have plumbing issues, they're always here on time, and as polite as can be. I would never suggest a bad company to my friends and family, and I always tell them to call Simi Valley Plumbing. The woman who works the office is also a pleasure to speak with! She's always so professional and bubbly!

I would have to give them 5* they definitely deserve it!

Do Not Use!! Did not fix any of the plumbing issues and when calling the office the girl there is extremely rude, not wanting to help and could care less if there employees do their jobs or not.

I came home Friday evening to find my hot water heater had blown out... yuck! I called Simi Valley Plumbing around 5:30PM. Bob answered and said that he would need to call me back at 9:30AM in the morning because the place he orders water heaters from is closed? okay? about 10 am no call so I called him. Bob said he would be out in an hour or so. again, no Bob... around 12 i called him and he said he was on his way. He showed up around 1 pm and looked at the water heater and quoted me $1200 for the job. He said he was going to pick up the water heater and had another stop to do to clear a line and then he would be back. Around 5 pm again no Bob. I tried calling him on his cell and service line and it said he had no voice mail. I sent him a text. again nothing. approximately 10 minutes later i get a call back from a blocked number and the lady said that Bob was sick, apparently got food poisoning? She stated that Bob was also not able to get anyone to answer the phone from his on call service? hmmm? she said I would have to wait until Monday for service? Really? i thought to my self, why am I the one that has to make all the calls?

I will leave it to all of you if Bob was really sick? I cancelled my request and told them that I would call another plumber, the lady on the phone sounded disappointed in my choice? really?

I went out of town and my mom was babysitting my 3 kids. First night away, the kids take a bath and mom discovers her secondary bathtub has a leaky hot water faucet. She calls up this company unfortunately and gets charged $252! He wasn't at her house ""too long"" she said but he stopped the leak and put back on her original faucets. I get home and it appears all he did was tighten up things, the original shower faucets all in place, no tile damage at all - basically looks like nothing was done from my perspective. I'm starting to get the impression that they took advantage of a senior citizen that happened to be babysitting her 3 grand-kids and overcharged her!! She paid $200 cash and $52 by check plus she can't find the receipt, so I call up the company to verify what happened. I speak to ""Stella"" and she needs to get more info and call me back, can't even verify if my mom got a senior discount.... I get a call back and she says they replaced a shower diverter and did this big job, much more than tightening a loose faucet. I'm afraid the technician lied! Oh, and she even verified that they did NOT give my 80 yr old mom a senior discount! I told them to keep the stupid discount! Clearly we won't be calling this company back. I'm leaving this review for others to consider - I wasn't there so I have no proof, I do know the shower barely trickles now, but my mom got taken advantage of I'm sure of it. Take my review for what it's worth....and maybe check elsewhere for your plumbing needs.

I always use Simi Valley plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. They are fast, fair, and very efficient. I've used them multiple times since becoming a home owner and have appreciated their reliability and professionalism. They are legit. And the owner, if you have the pleasure of talking to him is wonderful. Thank you Bob and team for your years of serving our community!!

Where do I start: I have used Simi Valley Plumbing for 25+ years. I wanted to use SV Plumbing for my rental property since my husand and I know the owner.
May 2015, Saturday, our tenants reported the main-line clogged The price skyrocketed, but was expected. I asked for a discount. Who wouldn't? He provided 20% off. Not so bad.
Two days later, another drain clogged, so I called SV Plumbing. This time a different tech. Upon snaking the washing machine drain, the snake went thru the pipe behind my dishwasher. $500 more. The pipe was apparently rusty and couldn't survive the drain snake.
While he was there, we talked on the phone. I asked him to snake the clean-outs in the back of the house. The tech mistakenly snaked the main clean-out...AGAIN.... that the other tech just did two days before, plus another $115.
My so-called ""friend"" was going to give me 10% off (tech confirmed). That never happened.
The office girl mailed the inflated invoice after three weeks to....wait for it!!!....my husband's ex-wife's house. And under ""HER"" name.
I called the office. Yes, I was really upset for the mishap. Who wouldn't be? The girl working there knew I was upset, but did nothing to help the situation. No apology, no kind words. She hung up on me.
My husband and I both have the owner's cell phone number, we both called, I texted, with no call back, nothing.
My husband called the office and was told on the phone that we would be given a discount of some type. NOPE, we received the full invoice to my new address. The office girl didn't even get my husband's name right. Such incompetency. Such rudeness. Such a bad plumbing company with the name of Simi Valley.
Moral of this story: If you want a plumbing company that will treat you with respect. That will return your calls. That will honor discounts they promise you. DO NOT give your business to this place.

Very affordable, great advice, great work. These guys charge very little and do great work whereas the big companies charge ridiculous prices. why not go with the little guy save money support Simi Valley and get a great price? I got a kitchen faucet replaced for about $350 including the faucet itself and labor. one of the big companies give me a quote of 1,500 dollars to replace my kitchen faucet.

Did not fix our problem and did not warranty work and plumber would not return my call. We have used them in the past but this time it didn't work out for us.

I have used Simi Valley Pluming for a few years for shower valves and water heater, but in May of this year we had three separate unrelated pipes break inside the wall walls in two weeks, each time I called Simi Valley Pluming and they were quick to respond, they are clean friendly and efficient even when I called at 11:30 at night, they instructed me on what to do to shut down the water heater and shut off the water, they were here early the next morning to do the repair. I recommend them to everyone now.

About six months ago we noticed a leak. We have been using Simi Valley Plumbing for years for various reasons and have always been happy. They immediately capped the leaky pipe and repiped our water to the related areas. This was all done in one day. The best part is it did not cost as much as we had feared because they knew exactly what to do. Simi Valley Plumbing is a licensed contractor which was also important to me. Because we trust them they are the only company we use for our plumbing needs.
