I have a customer who has an issue with her shut off valve and her install of washer and dryer. I called this company to see if they could assist in getting these issue resolved, and this company is extremely unprofessional. First I call and am told we are two weeks booked out you need to call somebody else and was hung up on before even having the opportunity to speak. In addition, the customer I am trying to assist called them right back and yet they magically had an appointment available. My company is agreeing to cover the cost and I called to see if they could accept payment over the phone and was told "WE ARE NOT WORKING FOR YOUR COMPANY SHE WILL PAY ME!" and was hung up on. This is a very unprofessional way to treat customers. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Take your money somewhere else!!! All of these positive reviews have to be fake so unprofessional!!

Friendly people, very helpful!! Went in to get a part, they didn't have it but contacted a place for us to go to! They recommended Teters on Oram in Dallas!! Very bad idea!! Please don't recommend that place to anyone!! Rudest people at Teters ever!! But thank you Moore's for your help!!

They're crooks! They false advertise free in home estimate. The guy came to my house looked at a my gas pipe and said it would be $700 to fix the cracked pipe. He did not put anything in writing he just called out different things he had to do and what it would cost and I tried to keep up. I told him go ahead because I thought he was going to go ahead and start fixing my gas leak for $700 but he came back and told me all he did was run a test and I owed him $275 for a test and nothing had been fixed. After the test he finally gave me my real estimate which was supposed to have been free, and it then jumped to $3,200. Why he quoted me $700 is beyond me if that was not going to fix my problem. It's just a tactic they use to get you to hire them then give you a different amount. When I called explain that estimate was supposed to be free they were very unprofessional even yelling and he hung up on me. He said it's not free if he has to do work. He was referring to the test. I don't understand how else they expect to get an accurate estimate without lifting a finger.

Well Dennis is my neighbor, who I met back in January after making a call to his company about a draining issue with my washer. His employees were on time, professional, and were knowledgeable of their profession. They arrived took care of the problem cleaned up after they were finished. Wow! The job was complete I paid them and they left. Now 2 months later my drain cleanout cracked so I called them to come and look at it. A new service guy answered the phone on a Saturday and said he was finishing up a job and would be at my house in 40 minutes. Well guess what not 3 hours later but 35 minutes Wow! impressed again. After meeting the new tech he looked at the problem and fixed the defective cracked part. I had him also install a new kitchen drain outlet in my double sink. This took about 45 minutes total, this man cleaned up and went outside to bring me my bill. Now after looking at the bill I ask him about the cracked part that he did not charge me for. Now wait for it, he said there was no charge for that repair because he said it may have been there fault for over tightening the plug causing the part to crack. Now keep in mind this first repair was done 2 months ago. And they took the blame for the broken part, Wow honest to. Ok folks I never leave reviews but here you go if your looking for a great Plumbing Company here you have one. Last little icing on the cake senior citizen discounts. There prices are fair, remember Moore's Plumbing.

I was so pleased with our personal experience with Moore's plumbing that I also suggested my neighbor use them, which they did. They are always friendly yet professional, prompt, and I was also very impressed at their pricing. The other bigger, better-known plumbing companies charge WAY more than Moore's plumbing. I feel like Moore's does a better job, too.

I wish there were zero stars. I had a sewer blockage in October. A nice young man came out, used two different augers to find the blockage. He couldn't. I actually had to find the two cleanouts for him. Nothing worked. He pulled my toilet, and tried again, with no success. He told me to call the city. They came out within the hour, determined it was clogged at the tap, and the next day, the city repaired the tap. The toilet the plumber pulled has leaked sjnce, even though he replaced the wax seal. I called them today, and a guy named Dennis was completely rude to me. The rudest person I think I've ever spoken with. I'm a reasonable guy, but when I originally called, the plumber should have suggested I call the city first. That's what the city recommends. It would have been without charge. Second, this guy Dennis' rudeness to me was inexcusable. I paid this company $185 to do basically nothing, which the city did for free. The young man replaced the wax toilet seal, but it started leaking soon thereafter. I didn't use the toilet or any other plumbing until after the city replaced the tap the next day. This guy Dennis...beware. He's rude, and didn't care one wit about the situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do not use this company. They are scammers, and are not honest, and apparently will not back up their work at all. Buyer beware.

I had Moore's Plumbing come out to my house on several occasions. They have done work that has cost me a few thousand dollars. I have given them plenty of my business.
On one occasion I couldn't fix a shower handle myself (due to time) so I had them come out and fix the handle at my rental house. The plumber they sent out thought it would be a great idea to use a used handle that doesn't match the other handle. The new handle spins 360° while the other does a 90. Needless to say, I don't like that type of work. It looks Jimmy Rigged and ghetto.
So I call them and they assure me that they will fix this either on that day or the next. The whole week goes by and nothing.
I call and the owner who seems flustered. I let him know about it again in a calm voice, just letting him know about again. Somewhere in the conversation he losses it and tells me "If you could have done it yourself, then you should have. I went to your house and checked for a gas leak for a half hour and didn't charge you a thing (this has nothing to do with the handle) so you can go F*%$ yourself and F*%$ you." And then hangs up.
I did nothing to deserve this type of treatment. I would suggest that you stay away and look for a more professional plumbing service.

We use Moore's Plumbing for almost every single one of our plumbing repairs. He responds very quickly and has no problem calling the tenants to schedule an appointment so I don't have to make 1000 phone calls being the middle man. Reasonable prices, quick service.
