We had our bathroom remodeled. We thought they did a good job with lifetime warranty on labor. I had scheduled another appt with Tim. No show--no call--no returned call after repeated attempts. How can they advertise lifetime warranty when they do not return calls? I felt I was price gouged in the winter during snow when outside faucet froze and burst. 10 minute job cost me $375--very shoddy work. He was not able to complete job in winterizing faucet--did not have product to finish.

Used Moore's Plumbing the last 7 years when is was owned by Debnnis, now I find out that Tim is the owner. Called needing to have a water heater replace was told that they would be at my house at 0830 when 0930 came around I called them and spoke with Tim , his response was that it would be later that evening and "and thats how things go", my response was that at least a phone call would have been nice. Again responds was " find another plumber" after which I told him I would speak with Dennis the owner. Again his response was" I'm the new Dennis and go find another plumber".

I will never used them again and I will tell all my friends about the lousy experience and lack of customer care.

He obviously has so much business that he can be rude to what was a faithful customer, NO MOOR!!

They showed up as promised. Within 24 hours after my call from busted pipes from snowmageddon 2021....fixed my pipes...cleaned up mess and did a great job at a fair price! My go to plumber from now on!

Charged me 275 for leak detection, using their old school method they missed it completely, Tim said it is in the middle of the bathroom, wanted to charge me 3175 total for fixing it, guess where the leak was, at the edge of the wall close to the boundary of the property. Wasted my 275 completely, we made unnecessary holes in our foundation, because of the wrong detection. Now I have to replace all the tiles in the bath room,, as well, there was no reason to break the foundation.

I am a potential new customer. I would like to get a quote for the installation of a new toilet, as the existing one is removed. The virtual weblink was not able to give me a price.. however after completing a contact card someone text me advising that they are unable to give pricing from the office.... sound of a record scratch....they will prefer our licensed plumber give an accurate assessment. ... there isnt anything tricky about installing. I advised that I am on a fixed budget and I dont know if i can afford..... she said give them a try... seems like a scam just to get you in the door and then who know how much you will have to pay. do yourself a favor if anyone doesnt want to quote you for doing basic work .... run to a professional company. .

Horrible customer service. Scheduled a job with the owner Dennis. He scheduled with me to do a sewer scope on 8/18/20.
His plumber never showed. When I called back to shop, to find out what was going on Plumber answered and replied, he knew nothing about the call, that was 8/19.
No one returned my call.
Called back on 8/20. No answer.
Texted owner. He texted back. He stated he was trying to get there, but my problem was not worth his time. Thanks "Moores Plumbing"
I do not recommend. I would give zero stars if possible.

My parents have used this company many times for years. They called today to inquire about the cost of a unclogged pipe from the house to the main line, when quoted the price to my elderly father it was higher than expected so he attempted to explain the problem in more detail thinking he was quoted for more than he needed. However while he was talking they hung up on him, he thought the call was just disconnected on accident so he called back and was told "No, I hung up on you because I didn't want to hear you complain about the price". What poor customer service that is. All my dad was trying to explain was that the job was easier because they thought, because they wouldn't need to dig the hole is already open.
Well we will be using a different company from now on and so will all our friends and family.
