I have never experienced the level of service I experienced with this company. We originally got in touch with them when we thought we had issues with a gas line. Jordan responded and just happened to be in the area. He came by within minutes in the later evening and confirmed for us that it was an HVAC line. Very courteous and kind.
A few weeks later we had a washer and dryer delivered. The installers broke off our water value and long story short we ended up having water damage on our wall. I called this company back and Abel came out to assist. He was swift and friendly and super helpful.
A few days after he was done I call the main office to ensure our billing was set and Meghan was the best office manager I've ever spoken to. I explained the situation that happened- as we put in a claim and were waiting to hear back from the company to get the water damaged fixed- she took time out of her day to listen to me, provide me advice (since I'm not familiar with the industry), recommend vendors, and explain the entire process. I was truly brought to tears by her kindness. Thank you to everyone for being such an amazing team and our go-to plumbers going forward!

Moore plumbing was out to unplug our kitchen Faucet 2 years ago and I was very pleased with their employee and quality of work
It happened again, kitchen sink plugged again, called Moore plumbing who once again came through for me, they had a highly skilled employee at my home the following day and his knowledge of the situation thankfully won out, he even crawled under our mobile in his attempt to clear the drain line, and finally his hard work paid off and water flowed again Highly recommend Moore Plumbing, they seem to find a way to fix the problem to my satisfaction.

From beginning to end was a great experience with this Company. I worked with four different persons at Moore Plumbing. Christy who took the initial calls; Jordan, who provided the initial estimate and oversaw the entire project and the two technicians/plumbers, Chris and Oscar who did the majority of the project (3 full days including overtime in the rain!). Poor Christie had to take my initial 'panic' calls and remained calm, understanding and patient all of which truly kept me engaged with Moore Plumbing. As a business owner, I know firsthand how important the first line of communication is as it is usually a reflection of the overall Company policy and atmosphere. Jordan answered every question I had (and there were many) patiently and in detail . Chris and Oscar were extremely respectful of our home and were meticulous with their work. Moore Plumbing and Drain is a contracted service provider for my property management company. I have had several recent plumbing repair needs and everytime I am so impressed with this company. Kristi in the office is responsive, kind and accommodating when scheduling appointments. Chris the technician is very friendly, respectful of my home and time and communicates well on his ETA prior to arriving and what his progress is throughout the visit. Today I had the handle of my bathtub faucet fall off. Moore was here in less than 3 hours from the point I emailed the issue to my property management company. I am so impressed that should I ever be able to purchase my own home, I will for sure be using Moore Plumbing as my preferred service company. And I will be recommending to all my family and friends. Great Company Jordan and the Moore team have always handled our needs in a timely manner and with respect, honesty and stand behind their work!
