From beginning to end was a great experience with this Company. I worked with four different persons at Moore Plumbing. Christy who took the initial calls; Jordan, who provided the initial estimate and oversaw the entire project and the two technicians/plumbers, Chris and Oscar who did the majority of the project (3 full days including overtime in the rain!). Poor Christie had to take my initial 'panic' calls and remained calm, understanding and patient all of which truly kept me engaged with Moore Plumbing. As a business owner, I know firsthand how important the first line of communication is as it is usually a reflection of the overall Company policy and atmosphere. Jordan answered every question I had (and there were many) patiently and in detail . Chris and Oscar were extremely respectful of our home and were meticulous with their work. Moore Plumbing and Drain is a contracted service provider for my property management company. I have had several recent plumbing repair needs and everytime I am so impressed with this company. Kristi in the office is responsive, kind and accommodating when scheduling appointments. Chris the technician is very friendly, respectful of my home and time and communicates well on his ETA prior to arriving and what his progress is throughout the visit. Today I had the handle of my bathtub faucet fall off. Moore was here in less than 3 hours from the point I emailed the issue to my property management company. I am so impressed that should I ever be able to purchase my own home, I will for sure be using Moore Plumbing as my preferred service company. And I will be recommending to all my family and friends. Great Company Jordan and the Moore team have always handled our needs in a timely manner and with respect, honesty and stand behind their work! This is most horrible plumber I ever used in San Diego. A couple of day ago on 17OCT22 Moore Plumbing and Darins claimed they fixed the leaking sewer pipe at front yard. However, last night (21OCT22) the ""repaired sewer pipe"" caused separation of sewer pipe and check valve (Sewer water everywhere). Called Moore plumbing the next day and the owner of Moore Plumbing yelled F* word at me and asked for money they fixed on Monday and additional $1500 before he can send plumber to fix the problem. Just filed complaint to CA State Contractor Board and ready to fight Moore Plumbing and Drains in San Diego County Supreme Court.

I selected Moore Plumbing to do my house repipe. Jordan was my first contact and I was impressed that he actually looked around the house rather than just sit down and gave a sales pitch. This company went well out of the way to work with my work schedule. They cleaned up every evening, were polite and business like at all times. Able and his helper were
as professional as it gets and answered any question I had. House repipes are a terrible mess, but these guys did the work as neatly and efficiently as possible. Great people to work with.

My reverse osmosis's system was not producing water. The company said they repair RO systems. The technician came out opened one of the filter casings and did not tighten it properly when he replaced it causing a slow leak that I did not discover until the next day. This ruined my cabinet floor. The owner refused to take responsibility for this mistake and said it was my issue because the system was malfunctioning when they arrived. He was unapologetic, aggressive and dismissive which is highly unprofessional. Bottom line technician was unable to diagnose the issue and was sloppy in his work causing damage to my kitchen cabinet that is now an issue. I wrote a google review to warn other consumers from my experience.

On 7/20/2022 the owner replied to my review on Google to say they had no record of me in their system basically trying to discredit me and say I made up this story... which is even more unprofessional and dishonest given that i have an estimate for $473 from his company to replace my RO system that actually did not need to be replaced and has actually not been replaced. I ended up calling the manufacturer who told me my issue was because all the filters just needed to be replaced. Which I did and the unit works good as new.

Technician didn't have any idea about why RO system wasn't producing water. Wanted to sell me a new system for over $400 when all that was needed were the filters to be changed. In diagnosing left a loose filter that flooded our kitchen cabinet. To add insult to injury the owner was rude and unapologetic.

Called Moore plumbing for a second opinion on a leak we had under the basement, other company (Big B's) quoted almost $10,000.00 and were not even sure their work would fix our problem. Jordan showed up at the agreed time and in a matter of minutes was able to detect the leak that the other company had spent hours looking for and never found. Jordan gave us an estimate of $800.00 to fix it and everything was nicely done in half a day!! enough said! you can imagine how happy we were to find a reliable and honest company to work with!! We will be calling Moore for all our plumbing needs and already recommend them to our family and friends! Thank you guys!!
