My entire first experience with Moonlight was so amazing I am trying to think of other plumbing needs just to have them back again. From the first (and many thereafter) phone calls with Rosalie to the initial consultation with the owner, Derek, and the service by Jacob, I couldn't be happier. Rosalie is a joy to work with; Derek was extremely professional and honest, and Jacob was efficient, did excellent work while keeping the areas clean. Having had so many types of service professionals in my home, Moonlight is thus far the best! I am so impressed and highly recommend.

The whole experience was great! I received a phone call from Rosalie- which she is very sweet / efficient and easy to talk to! Had my appointment set up for Monday and they were able to come earlier than expected which was great. Derek came to inspect and fix every problem we had. He thoroughly explained what he was doing and what I could do to prevent possible future mishaps with some draining /plumbing issues I may have. I would definetly recommeded them to family and friends!

Rosalie is the sweetest lady you will ever run into! She is so kind-hearted and warm, you can't help but feel taken care of after you hang up the phone. She makes sure you feel prioritized, and will work closely with you to get your problem resolved!

A special shoutout to Jacob: thank you so much! Jacob came out to fix a leak on my toilet and not only did he fix the leak, he stayed to examine my entire toilet and make sure that everything was in working shape.

The first service was great a year ago. This past time we made another appointment and no one came between the given time 3-5p with no call. We rescheduled to a few weeks out and on the day they were supposed to come, nothing. Not even a call to let us know they are running late etc. 'Update' later on the same day of given appointment, we got a call confirming an appointment for Wednesday. There was a miscommunication on there end. At least the service was completed.

I have been using Derek for over 13 years and he is one of the most honorable humans you will ever meet. He is always there when you need him with a smile. His price is always right and he never leaves a mess. And the most important thing is his work is top quality. My son is a home owner now and he is using Derek. I got a water softener installed and could not be any happier! The price was great and the service was outstanding! I paid half of what was quoted by a competitor and Derek took his time and explained everything that I needed to know to ensure a smooth transition to soft water!

What a joke! The owner Derek came out gave us an estimate to replace our water heater, we had two problems.

First, he had someone follow him to our home because he was parking in a handicap parking spot at where he was getting supplies. This person caused problems for me cussing me in front of my house calling the police and a lot of other unnecessary things. My other half got her number.

Second, the quote was less than 1/2 of what the ending cost was along threats from Derek that if we posted any of this that he would cause us legal problems.

Please avoid at all costs!

My comments mirror the positive ones here. Derek knows his stuff: he has integrity and pride in his work, with good reason. He shows up on time and if for some reason he is running a little late, he'll call and let you know. If you're trying to decide between using Moonlight Plumbing and another company, choose M.P. - you won't be sorry.

Jeremy and crew were referred to us by a coworker. They did a great job for us. Our shower was having problems and it was a simple fix. We showed him a leaky faucet and he fixed it immediately. Very honest and did not overcharge us for simple fixes. Explained all problems clearly and offered ideas on other issues that might arise in the future. Will definitely be our one and only plumber!
