Phoned them twice on Thursday, both times they were away from the phone. Left a message, and they even did an automatic text asking for more information. A day later, my leak was repaired by someone else because I never got a callback from this company. Don't know the quality of their work if they never respond back.

Don't use this company!! Takes a service fee of $100! One person says applies to work..Another one says no it doesn't! Never showed up or called for appointment that was set !! Twice might I add!!!!Not even one star!! Stay far away!!! Have to post a star just to post!! Very unprofessional!

Was charged for two workers while two workers were not at my house entire time. One worker came much later. Low height toilet needed to be installed upstairs under counter but was instead installed downstairs and needed to be switched. New sink was placed down on instruction manual and needed to be torn out from under sink. Best part was that a few days later I went to use the dishwasher. While installing a kitchen faucet they turned off water to dishwasher and never turned it back on. Wouldn't call me back or take my calls. They did not offer any warranty or stand by service on my house. Very disappointed.

We have used Moonlight Plumbing for the 9 years we've lived in Las Vegas. They have replaced hot water heaters, garbage disposals, faucets, toilets . . . Any and all work is done in a very professional, first class manner. Derek and his crew are always on time, clean up after themselves, and do excellent work.

I recently had Derek and his team replace my existing water heater and install a new water softening system. Derek and his team were on time, professional and did an outstanding job. My existing water heater was in a very awkward location that prevented me from parking my car in the garage. Derek worked with me to find a more efficient location for the new equipment that required extensive reworking of vent, gas lines, waste lines to accommodate but works much better now. They even demo'd the existing water heater stand and installed a new metal water heater stand tucked into the corner. His drywall guy even came the same day and patched/repaired/painted the damaged/exposed areas.

This is actually the second time that i've used Moonlight Plumbing. They replaced a water heater at my previous home and their work was equally exceptional.

First, communication was very good and the service was above and beyond. I felt very comfortable and was shown things with my plumbing issue I was unaware of. They didn't need to show me how to fix simple things if broke in the future, but did.

I would recommend them and will be using their service in the future again.
