Like other reviews say, Moomau is my go to plumbing company and they are fantastic, honest and reliable. I've had them out three times in the past 6 months (bad luck on my part).

The first time was a leak in the pipe to my water heater. They squeezed me in that day since it was a pretty big disaster in my basement, and did a great job fixing it at a reasonable rate.

The next time was when I was out of town and I learned from my neighbor that my water main line had cracked and I had a huge bubble of water under my front lawn. Moomau was able to come out, quote and give me all the options over the phone. Debbie was great, making sure I fully understood my options and did not pressure me into the more expensive fix. This allowed me to continue my vacation, and have the line replaced. I returned about halfway through the project, and was pleased to see that they did very clean work. They took care to not damage any plants and even the lawn that they had to remove was placed back with such care that it has all grown back. You cannot tell there was a huge trench in my lawn at one point!

The last time I had to call them was just a clogged drain and a small leak outside. Easy and affordable to fix.

These are great people and I will continue to use them if I have more plumbing needs....but let's hope that does not happen!

Frustrated, I need a plumber to do a few things in our new home. The lady on the phone makes me tell her all my details like my first name last name address and all the details of the job and finally says ""oh, we are in the middle of a huge project and we will not be able to come at east for a week. it is okay if you are bust, but tell me before you ask me what the job is and then judge it is too small for you to work on. Take your business elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience with Moomau Plumbing. They came to the house for a service call and later sent an invoice that's what I believe to be over twice as much as what a service call should cost. When I called the office to discuss the invoice the response that I got is we charge what we charge and you just have to pay it. Will never call this company again!

Simply the best. These folks are without a doubt the greatest plumbers in San Jose. I will use nobody else. Jorge is professional and so polite.He cleared a blockage in 15 mins that no other plumber/rooter service could clear.

I had a pretty bad plumbing issue down in our crawlspace and tried Moomau Plumbing because of the excellent reviews. Robert came out to my house, diagnosed, and fixed the issue very quickly. His rates were also quite reasonable compared to other companies I looked into. I'm extremely satisfied with the work he did.

In addition, Moomau has some great customer service! Debbie and Robert are both super friendly and cheerful; it was a pleasure to work with both of them. Robert happily answered all my inane questions and carefully explained to me exactly what the problem was and how he was fixing it.

About the only good thing to come from my plumbing crisis is that I've found an excellent plumber that I'll definitely use again in the future. I just hope I won't need to any time soon!

We had a couple issues going on, heater supply lines, a laundry drain that was backing up and a flow issue with hot water. Nice people, great service, reasonable and knowledgeable. Highly recommend, Moomau is our go to plumber from now on.

I have called Moomau three times - for two emergency appointments and one non-emergency. For the initial contact, Debbie is amazing. She is so assured and reassuring, she can talk all the worry out of you in minutes. And then she just works it so the job gets done!

I won't go into particulars of the complete re-pipe job they did for us, because there are plenty of reviews about the great jobs they have done. I want to focus on what is most important to me, and that is finding a company with people of integrity and honesty, and a necessity on their part to do the right thing. There are no sloppy shortcuts to hurry the job, and they did exactly what they said they would do and more. The employees demonstrate quality workmanship and treat your home with care and respect.

It is a pleasure to have found such a trustworthy organization in Moomau. Robert has done a great job of building his company.
