I don't know what happened. We started with Moomau in April 2015, they gave us 2 options, we chose option A, they completed the work. Awhile later, a problem arose with the same shower valves, they came and fixed it. Awhile later, something else arose, they came out, said they would order parts and call us when it's in... never heard from them again. Maybe our job was too small? I don't know. But I was always friendly, accommodating and patient.

Cannot express how happy I am with Moomau Plumbing. Robert and Debbie came highly recommended by family. We were without our main bathroom for a month and thought we'd never have a working second bathroom in our newly purchased home. Robert came in to inspect and came up with a completely different solution than other commercial plumbers had suggested and the very next day he had us with 2 fully functioning bathrooms. My husband made all the phone calls with Debbie and said she was great to work with as well.

I love these people! Debbie, who is the office manager, and schedules the jobs, and Robert who did all of our work. They are busy, so hard to get an appointment quickly. However, if it's an emergency situation...like we had...they are there, and work it into their schedule. I waited two weeks for them to install our garbage disposal. We had been without one for so long, I didn't mind waiting. It was worth the wait. Debbie was up front and said, they couldn't come out for a week or two out. It was my choice to wait. A couple of weeks later, we ended up with a huge, major main line blockage. They knew how bad it was, and they worked us in to the schedule. They are friendly, well priced, and great at their job.

Love this family owned company. I have had them fix plumbing issues several times over the past few years, ranging from a faulty toilet to a bathroom faucet that had no line pressure. They come on time & do the job completely and professionally. Nice people to work with and reasonably priced.

Like other reviews say, Moomau is my go to plumbing company and they are fantastic, honest and reliable. I've had them out three times in the past 6 months (bad luck on my part).

The first time was a leak in the pipe to my water heater. They squeezed me in that day since it was a pretty big disaster in my basement, and did a great job fixing it at a reasonable rate.

The next time was when I was out of town and I learned from my neighbor that my water main line had cracked and I had a huge bubble of water under my front lawn. Moomau was able to come out, quote and give me all the options over the phone. Debbie was great, making sure I fully understood my options and did not pressure me into the more expensive fix. This allowed me to continue my vacation, and have the line replaced. I returned about halfway through the project, and was pleased to see that they did very clean work. They took care to not damage any plants and even the lawn that they had to remove was placed back with such care that it has all grown back. You cannot tell there was a huge trench in my lawn at one point!

The last time I had to call them was just a clogged drain and a small leak outside. Easy and affordable to fix.

These are great people and I will continue to use them if I have more plumbing needs....but let's hope that does not happen!

Frustrated, I need a plumber to do a few things in our new home. The lady on the phone makes me tell her all my details like my first name last name address and all the details of the job and finally says ""oh, we are in the middle of a huge project and we will not be able to come at east for a week. it is okay if you are bust, but tell me before you ask me what the job is and then judge it is too small for you to work on. Take your business elsewhere.
