Spoke with Debbie the morning when my water heater broke. I explained the situation that I have a 3 year old that loves her bath time and I didn't want to disrupt that. Debbie was able to send Robert over to assess, remove and install a new water heater all within 4 hours - WOW! Furthermore, they accept Credit cards which pays in points vs. lame paper checks. Robert was very knowledgeable and conscientious. My emergency pluming and referrals will go to Moomau Plumbing.

I got home after a 2 month vacation to find the carpets in my bedrooms soaking in water. I had no idea where the water was coming from and after a few desperate calls to plumbers who were unable to assist me, I finally got in touch with Moomau Plumbing. Debbie who answered the phone understood the urgency of my situation and got Robert to come to my rescue the very next morning. Robert was a real blessing in disguise. He thought it was a slab leak and asked me to contact my HOA. He also brought in a mold abatement company ERI who gave me a clear understanding of the magnitude of the water damage. When my insurance company initially refused to cover my claim stating it was caused due to a slow leak, Robert stood by me and vouched for that not being the cause of the extensive water damage. My insurance company is now covering the damages and is working on all the repairs. Unfortunately I am unable to use Robert for the repair work as the insurance company is taking the lead in providing repair work, but if I was ever in need of a plumbing company for any reason, Moomau would be my first and only choice.

I had an urgent need for a plumber when a water pipe broke on a Sunday! Called my usual guy but never heard back....hoping he was on vacation and not ignoring my call. Got Moomau's name from a good friend when I was panicking about what to do. They weren't open but they returned my call the very next morning. Debbie excels when it comes to customer service and she sent out her best man as soon as he was available.

Soooooo very glad I got their name from my friend. Robert came out and was able to quickly assess what was wrong, what was needed long term, and how to get me water back asap. I was back in business quickly and have already scheduled Robert to come back to do more repairs.

Their team is personable, flexible, compassionate, and reasonable!
I'm now referring all my friends to Moomau and you should not hesitate to call them!

I called Moomau Plumbing on a friend's recommendation, and was very happy with their service. Billy was helpful, took the time to explain everything, and was very professional and clean. I will definitely call them again next time we need plumbing help!

Just FYI, some of the staff are able to accept credit cards for payment, and some require checks, so if you need to use a credit card, let them know when you call.

Moomau was excellent in every way. Had an emergency on a Saturday. Spoke with Debbie, the office manager and she was kind, reassuring and asked me to describe what was going on. They came over, temporarily resolved the problem and came back during the week to do a proper fix. Kind, considerate, and reliable. Took the time to explain to me what was going on, and how they suggested we fix it. Very reasonably priced.

Robert Moomau and crew saved Thanksgiving for us -- he rolled up within minutes of my calling for help with a dead water heater. I have no idea how he managed to work this job in between several others that were happening at the same time, but he and crew got the new heater bought, delivered, and installed -- and the old one hauled away -- before the day was through. At a reasonable cost, I might add, and after leaving all the plumbing shipshape and safe. (Earlier in the day, a Home Depot installer had wanted to relocate the unit, punch holes in the walls, run new pipes, demolish cabinetry, and even lop off tree branches to make the installation work -- at quadruple the cost). This is the kind of neighborhood business that really, really earns its keep, and reminds you why Lowe's and Home Depot will never replace them. Highly recommended.
