The plumber I used to replace my hot water heater was highly recommended on one of those review websites, but I would not refer anyone to him. Although he did get the repair done, it took all of one day and half of another, and I was without hot water the whole time.  In addition, he left a mess on the garage floor that he should have swept up. I hope his plumbing work was better than his clean up.

I have a plumbing problem at my house and came across Montys through Yelp. I called and told them my siutation and sadly I was not in their service area but the guy I was talking to (maybe his name is Mike) recommended other plumbers and water companies to call and was extremely helpful, even though he didnt have to be. I would recommend Montys just for their customer service I received and the fact that they helped someone that wasnt even in their area. I greatly appreciate the advice and recommendations they provided.

We used KC and his team for extensive upgrades to our 1950s Point Loma home: new kitchen, bath, laundry room, and a tankless water heater - which I love! They were professional and amiable. great plumbers they came out to my rental condo last minute which typically doesn't work with any contractor the guys that came out were professional and informative, they even gave me a few ideas for a new construction home im working on myself hey im handy but not that handy. great company great employees no clogs or complaints!

Called Monty's Monday at noon. I needed some water line work done under my house. In 20 min. they were at my door! KC and Kevin crawled under my house, cut out the leaking pipe and replaced it! They also fixed up the water lines under my sink! Quick, Professional and Reasonably Priced! Thanx guys, I'll definitely use you again!

Summary: Good price, good service, very professional, will be using them if I ever need a plumber again.

Details: I called Monty's Plumbing and left a messsage on a Sunday afternoon. A couple hours later, I get a call from KC, looking to come by and give an estimate. He was there the next day, and he and his team were very professional, and more than competent. I was very confident that they would do the job right, and not try to rip me off.

When they came out to fix the problem, my confidence was rewarded. The job was finished quickly and correctly. I would highly recommend calling them to at least get a quote, and you can't go wrong hiring them to do the job.

I was leaving for work a couple of days ago and entered our garage to find a mini version of the Bellagio's water show gushing over our water heater. KC was referred to us by our go-to handyman, Chad.

I didn't have the pleasure of meeting KC in person, but my husband was very pleased with the services rendered. Apparently, even though KC was pretty booked for the day, he was kind enough to swing by quickly after a job to take a look. It was a simple replacement of the pipe leading to our water heater, and he was able to repair with parts. Hubster said KC was very kind and a pleasure to work with. Price was also reasonable for an emergency service. I was just happy to come back to a resolved disaster. Happy wife rule successfully met.

Per my husband, KC's service and work = 5 stars. I am hoping we won't have any plumbing issues in the near future, but he's now on our list of ""professionals who wear capes"". We will be referring him for plumbing needs and thank him for his excellent service!

Roughed in our bathroom quickly and perfectly. Then 6 months later our hot water heater broke. He took my call late on a Sunday afternoon, came over the next morning and had the old one out and the new one in w/in 24 hours. EXCELLENT customer service! Friendly, fast - the type of person you want to give business to.
