Monkey Wrench has been our go-to team for all AC needs. Our AC unit broke down twice, both on the hottest days of the summer, and someone from Monkey Wrench came quickly and promptly, thoroughly fixing everything and making sure to answer any and all questions we had. I feel comfortable and reassured by this team.

These guys are the worst. If there was a minus 5 rating they would deserve it.
Our building had a broken water pipe. I slowed the leak with flex tape and plastic.
MW sent Hecter to make the repair. He didn't remove the tape or plastic and gave me an estimate of $2000.00 He could see the problem............
After convincing Hector it wasn't that bad we removed the tape. To which we replied. It can't be fixed. He suggested putting a shut off valve in the line, 30 minutes of work and he charged $500. When I asked why $500 for
30 mins he replied we don't charge by the hour we charge by the job. Really?

But wait it gets worse !!!!
Yes he put the shut off valve in ($500) but he did not reconnect the pipe he cut off.
I called MW and they sent another tech back to finish the job. He said it was an easy fix, but didn't have the parts he needed. He would go back to MW,and call with an estimate to complete the job and set up an appointment. They never called back, and haven't returned my calls (3).

I found another plumber that fixed the original problem and reconnected the severed pipe that Hector left. Total cost $325.00

MW didn't finish the job and overcharged for the work they did.

Don't walk away from these guys run. And hang on to your wallet.

My bathroom sink was clogged. My husband and I try to correct the problem ourselves, without success. I Called Monkey Wrench Plumbing. Octavio came out the same day. He was very nice helped me understand the problem. He was quick and efficient and corrected the problem. I definitely will call this company again.

Our toilet flooded late Monday evening, it was a disaster. Monkey Wrench came out to look at it promptly (for free!) and gave me an estimate for a new toilet. They were also honest and said I might not need to replace it right away. Great company, will definitely use them when it needs replacing.

When attempting to do a small plumbing project myself I realized I'd bitten off more than I could handle but was now in an ""emergency"" situation! I called Monkey Wrench and they had Octavio at my place in less than two hours. He was very personable and professional and went way above and beyond, explaining what he was doing and allowing me to watch and learn! I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

I was given a window from 8am-12pm and was pleased that Octavio arrived at 7:45am! Not only sid he arrive early, but out of respect he was going to wait until 8am before he rang my doorbell. I noticed the truck and went to greet him. He was very thorough and even checked on something I was concerned about that was unrelated to the specific reason I called. He took his time and explained everything clearly so as I could make an informed decision before going forward. He was very pleasant and didn't cut corners when investigating the problem.

David came to fix our tankless hot water heater. It was not running as hot as we liked. He took his time to really go through every part of it and found a lot of debris and filter build up. He got working in order and now it's hot and amazing!
