This place is terrific! Very efficient...I called and the person that answered was professional and organized. It took a couple of days to et an appt which was a bummer but boy was it worth the wait. Ryan came out and had our water heater fixed in about 90 minutes. He explained each step of the repair, including cost, before he did the work. He really knew what he was doing, which made me feel very comfortable and confident about the work he was doing.

I had an excellent experience with Monkey Wrench Plumbing and their knowledgeable and kind staff. Kevin, the office, was kind enough to move the schedule around to accommodate my working schedule. I was in back to back meetings and mentioned that I would not be able to pick up the phone to confirm their time of arrival. I asked if he could text me with the details and he was happy to do so. He sent Ryan, the service adviser, who was so through and kind. He was clear in explaining the issue and resolving the problem. My hot water is working great and we are so happy with the level of service!

I called Monkey Wrench Plumbing to figure out why my Rinnai tankless water heater wouldn't stay lit. My service tech was Kevin. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He checked all of the relevant parts on the unit itself, then he called the Rinnai service department for additional advice. After completing all of these diagnostics, it was concluded that the problem was insufficient gas coming from the gas meter. I very much appreciate the prompt and knowledgeable service. This will be my plumbing company of choice in the future.

My Takagi tankless water heater stopped producing hot water. Ryan arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate for the repair, and repaired the heater. I watched him do the repair. He was very efficient and was clearly well trained. Ask for him by name.

Mary sent over Ruben right away, he scoped out the situation and found the faulty part that had nothing to do with my thermostat at all (see my comment below). He was back when promised with the new part, and even changed my filters.

Exceptional service. They will definitely be my first call from now on!

FYI - I had first called my usual a/c & heating guy to check out why my heater wasn't working... it got as low as 57 degrees in the house... I was told I needed to replace my thermostat. I knew that couldn't be it since the thermostat worked perfectly when the a/c was turned on. Then he wouldn't return my calls when I asked him to come back to do the job.

I had a mixed experience with these guys. I had two toilets that were not flushing properly (taking 2-3 flushes to flush solid waste). They charged me $175 for doing a ""clean out"" of the drains but it didn't do anything. The next day the flushing issue remained the same.

On the phone they did state that my toilets were too old and needed to be replaced. Then they wanted to charge me $750 per toilet to replace it (although this price would include a pressure toilet provided by them).

Their prices are quite expensive. I bought two toilets and hired a handyman to replace them for $600. The handyman even picked up the toilets for me from Home Depot. These guys were asking for $1500 for the same service (although perhaps better toilets - not sure what kind).

Just wanted to share my experience.

Wish I paid some of the money I paid these guys to my handyman. I guess they did their job but $175 is a bit much to tell me that I needed new toilets. One positive was that they did show up the next day, so they were prompt.

Thank you Monkey Wrench to fix my sinks in the Kitchen.I was calling a lot of different company after Thanksgiving dinner but nobady responded not even the next day a left a lot of voicemails. Monkey Wrench picked up the phone right away and came very quick in the morning.Dany was awesome and also give us discount!!!!I will use them again for sure!!!
