When I called Monkey Wrench Plumbing I was frantic and nervous that the water would never stop flowing.

The customer service was amazing from whom ever answered my call to the plumber coming to my house on time.

He came in calmly fixed what ever was broken. He explained to me what he fixed, but instead of listening I now have Monkey Wrench on speed dial.

I have never had a plumber before this, but I'm OK with the thought of not having a bad experience and sticking with what I know.

I think most people have their first encounter with a plumber when there is an ""emergency"" and that is how we met Monkey Wrench Plumbing. It's funny because I was driving up Fairfax and saw their van and laughed so hard, ""Number One in a Number Two Business"". I thought that was brilliant so I wrote down their number, never realizing I would need it so quickly.

I noticed water running down our newly wallpapered dining room and I freaked. It was the upstairs toilet and water was EVERYWHERE! I called Monkey Wrench and they were SO friendly...they arrived within the hour. I on the other hand was a mess but the plumber walked me through turning off the water to prevent any further damage.

The plumber arrived quickly and took care of the problem. I was thrilled that he was so professional, had a great attitude and even cleaned up after himself! I definitely recommend them and I can now say that I have a ""Plumber"".

I was very happy with their services. They came quickly, and fixed my hot water heater. When you have no hot water, coming quick and getting the job done, is as good as it gets. Thanks guy, I would use you again and highly recommend you to anyone who needs help. with their plumbing.

There's no procrastinating when you have a plumbing problem; instead, everything else has to wait b/c its usually an emergency. One has to call for help right away. This puts the caller (victim?) in a vulnerable position, rife for exploitation by whichever plumbing service gets the call.

I found that Monkey Wrench plumbing are honest, capable, and don't take advantage of their customers' vulnerability. The fact that they have a hilarious tagline (""Number One in a Number Two Business"") puts everything in perspective: they have a sense of humor!! I found this relaxing at a very stressful time. They also arrived on-time and I wasn't shocked when I got the bill either! Their card is practically etched into my frig now.

Unfortunately I was in need of a plumber to replace the water heater in my parents home. My friend Nate hooked me up with this company, he has used them in the past and had only good things to say. Joe came down to give me an estimate, I was really impressed with the initial appointment especially since he recommended we swap out from the ancient tank water heaters to the new age tankless water heater, he explained how it will save me money in the long run.

They where able to come the next day to install the heater which was really impressive. Joe and another guy came in and were really respectful of everything in my house including my carpet they put on booties and protected the areas that they worked in.

o and their company slogan is great : "" #1 in #2 business!"" :)
