If AHS assigns Money Saver Plumbing, IMMEDIATELY REQUEST SOMEONE ELSE, or YOU WILL REGRET it.

I tried to give Alex and Money Saver Plumbing the benefit of the doubt when they were assigned to us. Now, I wish I hadn't because what Alex did, but rather didn't do, completely screwed us over.

Our water heater stopped working. Through AHS, we got an expedited work order, which allowed for Money Saver to come out same day. Alex arrived before 3pm as promised. HOWEVER...... what he did afterward was abhorrent.

He inspects our water heater and says we need a new one. Whether that's true or not remains to be seen because we have another company coming now, and if we find out he lied, then I will update this review accordingly.

When a contractor assigned by AHS, they come, do the evaluation, and then BEFORE THEY DRIVE AWAY, they're supposed to put in the work order.

I realize that he came out on December 30th and that we were approaching the New Year holiday but before Alex left he specifically said "" It's probably going to be next week sometime if I have to order the parts"". We said that was fine. We understood, but what he did was imply that he would be back sometime between Jan 2 and Jan 6th.

Here we are and it's next week. It's January 2nd, and we've heard nothing back, so we call AHS, who reaches out to Money Saver, and Alex tells them he is closed through January 9th! CLOSED!!!!

Not only is he closed for another whole week, HE DIDN'T EVEN PUT IN THE WORK ORDER YET, AND IT'S BEEN 4 DAYS!

We have been without hot water for 5 days already, and now, thanks to this LIAR, we are supposed to go another 7 days, and that's IF he has the parts?
What if he does not order until he reopens on the 9th? That could mean up to another week or two!!! What the F**K dude?

He NEVER called us to update us. He NEVER put in the work order...... and I was so careful to be courteous and patient with this P.O.S but NOTHING this guy says or does will ever rectify that he failed to follow AHS protocol by submitting an expedited work order immediately after inspection and nothing will rectify the fact that he never told us he'd be closed until the 9th.

In fact, he LIED TO OUR FACE and told us he'd be back this week.

So don't even bother writing a response, Alex, because you blew it, and we are calling you out on it. YOU FAILED.

You are a dishonest, lazy liar who had no problem compromising the well-being of a family for your own selfish reasons.

SHAME ON YOU, and as far as anyone who is considering hiring Money Saver and Alex, YOUVE BEEN WARNED.

My home warranty company sent them for my leaking water pipe repair. They sent a plumber out to asses the job. The whole time he was saying I don't think they are going to cover this when I knew they would. The way he wrote the job up they denied claim. I had warranty company send a new company and the wrote up the job the correct way and was covered and job completed. Seems like they must get something extra for getting claims denied or just didn't want to do the work. So disappointed

We had a badly clogged bath/shower drain. We contacted American Home Shield and Alex took exactly 10 minutes to identify and repair the problem. The plumber AHS initially sent, from a different company, didn't even investigate the cause of the clog, exaggerated and overestimated the repair and suggested ripping out the toilet first ?With home warranty companies, it's a roll of the dice who you get, and we'll request Alex at Money Saver Plumbing next time.

Their name by no means describes the cost of their work. They are way too expensive. too rude AND UNPROFESSIONAL, IDIOTand scam with home warranty companies, they will say you have to pay a lot of extras for a coverage you have, will twist the wordings so that the home warranty deny the coverage and then they charge triple to do the job, complete scam and dishonest. STAY AWAY.

Not sure what if there were staff changes but I had a pleasant experience with this company. I had Home Warranty dispatched Money Saver Plumbing. They called me to confirm appointment. They came on time, fixed the problem and all is well. Sometimes I think that most people already have a biased opinion on a company based on existing reviews. So most people already expect a bad experience from bad reviews. My experience with this company was very professional and satisfactory. Thank you!

Home Warranty Insurance sent them to check out a leak in the shower handle. The plumber was extremely rude and had a poor attitude. I took off the handle cover, so he can observe the leak better, and he said that ""the handle has been tampered with, he won't even bother inspecting it. Also, ""he will report to the insurance company that it's been tampered with, and he won't fix it under warranty"". He ended up being arguing with me, and complaining it would be a lot of work to get HOA permission to fix the leak and how he didn't really want to bother doing it.

STAY AWAY, Pierre the plumber came to my home 2 hours late , to replace a filler valve and flapper he was rude and angry, he did not want to answer my questions about what parts the toilet needs, he kept saying ""I don't have the time I have another job to go to"" and at one point I felt UNSAFE with him the way he was looking at me with anger when I asked questions about my toilet. He came with a huge orange bucket with dirty tools , he remove the supply hose and his bucket to collect the water couldn't fitted under the toilet to collect the water, and it was a lot of water , so my bathroom floor was flooded and I was concern the water would go down to the apartment below he had no towel to wipe up the water , he put all his dirty tools on my marble floor , He left the floor fill with water and dirt from his tools and his workman boots got wet and left dirt shoe print from my bathroom to my front door, my home was ruined, he also left about a cup of water inside the toilet bowl, I said please adjust the water in the bowl he said angrily "" No this is the way I found it"" which is a lie, bottom line I threw him out of my Home, I said "" then get out of my home and he stood there staring at me angrily, and did not want to leave"" I FELT UNSAFE AND AFRAID. The girl that answers the phone to make an appointment is also rude the whole company is bad news.
