Not sure what if there were staff changes but I had a pleasant experience with this company. I had Home Warranty dispatched Money Saver Plumbing. They called me to confirm appointment. They came on time, fixed the problem and all is well. Sometimes I think that most people already have a biased opinion on a company based on existing reviews. So most people already expect a bad experience from bad reviews. My experience with this company was very professional and satisfactory. Thank you!

Home Warranty Insurance sent them to check out a leak in the shower handle. The plumber was extremely rude and had a poor attitude. I took off the handle cover, so he can observe the leak better, and he said that ""the handle has been tampered with, he won't even bother inspecting it. Also, ""he will report to the insurance company that it's been tampered with, and he won't fix it under warranty"". He ended up being arguing with me, and complaining it would be a lot of work to get HOA permission to fix the leak and how he didn't really want to bother doing it.

STAY AWAY, Pierre the plumber came to my home 2 hours late , to replace a filler valve and flapper he was rude and angry, he did not want to answer my questions about what parts the toilet needs, he kept saying ""I don't have the time I have another job to go to"" and at one point I felt UNSAFE with him the way he was looking at me with anger when I asked questions about my toilet. He came with a huge orange bucket with dirty tools , he remove the supply hose and his bucket to collect the water couldn't fitted under the toilet to collect the water, and it was a lot of water , so my bathroom floor was flooded and I was concern the water would go down to the apartment below he had no towel to wipe up the water , he put all his dirty tools on my marble floor , He left the floor fill with water and dirt from his tools and his workman boots got wet and left dirt shoe print from my bathroom to my front door, my home was ruined, he also left about a cup of water inside the toilet bowl, I said please adjust the water in the bowl he said angrily "" No this is the way I found it"" which is a lie, bottom line I threw him out of my Home, I said "" then get out of my home and he stood there staring at me angrily, and did not want to leave"" I FELT UNSAFE AND AFRAID. The girl that answers the phone to make an appointment is also rude the whole company is bad news.

Came 30 minutes late. Their name by no means describes the cost of their work. The individual who came was rude and unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs.

I don't know how the prices compare to other plumbers but Pierre did a great job. I could tell that he had pride in the work that he did. He Took the time to communicate to me and was patient with any questions I had. I would definitely consider using them again in the future.

Home Warranty sent them. My shower runs flashes of cold while I shower. The plumber said to live with it, he won't fix it under warranty. He was Very RUDE! Do not use.

Main sewer was stopped in our older home. Home Warranty sent Money Saver - they were the second option due to horrible yelp reviews for their first choice. The people on the phone were professional and the plumber arrived within the 1-4pm window, just barely. Five minutes in he wanted $485 to remove the toilet (not covered by insurance) The external clean out was 2 in, he needed to use the larger snake (at least 4 in) so toilet had to go. I called insurance, insurance called plumbing company, plumbing company was told by plumber in my house that outside clean out was only for kitchen sink and disposal. When the larger snake/rooter didn't work, plumber used the smaller one that would work with the existing clean out WHICH he told me (at this point) did connect to the main sewer. So the toilet probably didn't need to come up. Drain cleared then came the predictions of doom (which have merit the house is old) $350 to camera the sewer or just go all out $1200 for new outside clean out. I was in a spot and felt like I was being conned. As for where the main sewer went, the plumber had just run 50 to 70 ft of cable through said sewer from the bathroom floor. At this point he had no clue the route? The larger issue of the clean out needs to be addressed but I won't call Money Saver.

On 11/4/2015 Pierre from Money Saver Plumbing repaired our cold water pipe and valve connected to our washing machine. Pierre is the most professional plumber I have ever met. He communicated with me every step of the repair and answered all my questions. Our repair was complicated because the leaky pipe was inside the wall. Pierre was very through, patient, and diligent to find the source of the leak and fix the problem. He is a very hard working meticulous plumber who takes pride in his work. Every step of the way Pierre the plumber was very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I feel confidant that the leak is repaired and Pierre's work will hold up for many years to come. If you need any plumbing service I highly recommend Money Saver Plumbing and ask for Pierre the plumber. Great service!

In October 2015 I needed plumbing repair work in the townhouse i live in which is in Tarzana. I had a home warranty policy and when I called to have repairs they referred a company called Money Saver Plumbing. I checked yelp for reviews and found some that were quite negative so I was a little lerry about using them. Since it was covered under a home warranty policy I though it would be ok since it was a fixed price to have the problem fixed.

I called the company and spoke with Mary who was polite and she sent a plumber named Pierre. It was a minor job but since I' not familiar with plumbing I didn't want to attempt it myself. The job was replacing an angle stop that was frozen and couldn't be shut off. The angle stop shuts off water to the faucet in case there was a leak. Pierre did the work quickly and answered various questions I had regarding what he was doing. He didn't mind me asking all the questions I wanted and he was very professional in the work he did and responding to my questions.

I had several other plumbing issues a coupl of weeks later where some were again covered under waranty and one that wasn't. The warranty repairs were a set price and Pierre was on time and did the work quiclkly. It involved frozen angle stops and shower valve stems that leaked. One job wasn't under warranty which was the angle stops for the washing machine where the previous owner welded the angle stop onto the pipe for some unknown reason. Pierre gave me a price to unweld and replace the angle stops which I though might be a little high so I wanted to think about it. Pierre said that I could leave the angle stops the way they were without doing the repair right away since it wasn't leaking and probably wouldn't leak, He didn't try talk me into it and didn't make it seem like it was urgent. I appreciated that he didn't apply any pressure to have it done right away. We discussed the price and he was willing to come down a little bit which I thought was fair but said I wanted to think about it. I later had him come out and replace the angle stops. He was on time and did the job quickly.

I have another shower where the shower valve stem that turns on the hot water appears to have the rubber gasket/stem that needs to be replaced, however it doesn't leak at this time. Pierre previousl replaced the shower stem in another bathroom that did leak. I watched him as he replaced the part and he explained what the parts were and how they worked. He said I could probably do the job since it wasn't complicated and he explained how to remove it and what to purchase at Home Depot to replace it. Since I previously saw what he did in replacing the shower stem I feel that I could do the job myself. If I run into a problem I will call Money Saver Plumbing and ask for Pierre. I would recommend using this company and specifically ask for Pierre.He's knowledgable, professional and skilled with plumbing issues.
