These guys are the best! We needed 40 feet of sewer line excavated and replaced into the middle of the street and connected to the main city line. They not only replaced it but made improvements to make it more efficient and got it done in 3 days.

We recently had a couple plumbing issues and called for Ozzie at Monarch Plumbing and Rooter as we had met him and a partner in a parking lot of a big box store. We are greying and they had been super polite to my husband and I struggling to load our car. A couple weeks later we called them out to remove a laundry sink and put in a high rise washer outlet tube. They did a great job and made good recommendations on ways to approach other plumbing issues. They even took away the sink. They do free estimates and stand by their work. I would definitely call them again.

Great service! I requested a quote for removal and disposal of an old water softener unit along with reconnecting of the copper pipes. They arrived on time (with masks on), recommended and explained what they are doing and were courteous. I recommend them!

I was demoing my bathroom on a Saturday for a remodel and I demoed the copper water pipe for the sink...water spraying everywhere. So with my water turned off at the main I need a same day emergency repair.

I got a response from Monarch in less than 10 minutes and Ossiel and a coworker were there an hour later for the free estimate. They fixed the leak with a great looking seal, in about 30 minutes, and all for only $150.

I will for sure try them for all future plumbing needs.

When our water bill arrived two days ago, we were shocked to see over 220 gallons a day reported as our average usage. This made no sense at all. I reached out to several plumbers (this is two days before a major holiday mind you!) and had several plumbers set a time frame for after the holiday for an assessment. We also had one unlicensed company come and suggest there were three leaks in our home (strange as the whole plumbing system is only 2 years old) and were ready to tear up the home for an unstated amount (they claimed they would not know until after they explored further). Then Ozzy and his team from Monarch arrived later in the day to do a very thorough and educational evaluation of our entire plumbing system. Ozzy confirmed that there were no in home leaks but rather the main water line running to the street from the house was leaking. It seems the former owners did not include that in redoing the plumbing system. Fortunately, Ozzy was able to bring his team out the next morning and had the water line replaced before noon the same day. It was worth the $2400 especially as the unlicensed plumber had quoted $2800 for this repair. They were also super conscientious about our new landscaping and returned everything back to it's original condition. Water is running smoothly, and the sweat is no longer running down my brow. Thank you Ozzy and your team at Monarch! I hope we do not have to call on you again but should there be another plumbing issue here in our humble home, you will be the one we contact. Lesson learned: thoroughly assess unlicensed contractors especially if they come quickly and are ready to do the work. Monarch, you saved the day in many ways! What a sweet way to end the year. We feel we are back in our flow state especially knowing we are not wasting any precious water!

Monarch helped to complete the installation of my irrigation system -- backflow preventer, master valve, and water meter. Their bid was very good, they were on time, did a great job, and even took the time to install bracing for the pipes to keep them in place. Highly recommended.
