We've been dealing with a major stoppage in our pipes causing water to back up in the tub, sink and toilet. We called a different company earlier in the week and they couldn't fix it, gave up a higher quote and said we would have to break the tile by the front door for them to get to the issue. We decided to get another opinion and we hit the jackpot calling Tom Moffett Plumbing. After hours of work, Ricky cleared the clog! He took his time explaining in detail everything he was doing and what needs to be done to avoid future issues. Where the other place was ready to tear up the area by my front door, he said it can be done on the lawn. The price tag was also a lot lower! Ricky is really a wonderful, profession man and he deserves a raise!! Thank you Ricky from the four of us!! After a week of inconvenience, you made these homeowners at ease. You're our hero!!

What a pleasure it was dealing with Chris T, from Tom Moffett Plumbing. The drain in our kitchen was draining slow so I called Moffett Plumbing. This was the second time this year that I had a problem with this drain. Chris T, came out and said the drain was covered by warranty and not to worry he would fix the problem and he did. The work was covered by the warranty and it didn't cost me anything.
Moffett Plumbing stands behind there work and that was a great relief for me.

My water heater went out. It was Saturday afternoon. I thought it is going to take forever to get a plumber over here . I called Tom Moffett and they had a plumber over in less than an hour.
He was very professional in his apperance and his courtesy. He took the time to explain exactly what he was going to do. He then went back to this truck and brought in a very impressive work bag full of tools. In under 5 minutes he had my water heater a part. He then showed me what he thought the problem was and fixed it. Just like that I had got hot water again! This young man was so nice and his expertise was amazing. He told me he was a 2nd generation plumber. His father taught him well. I was expecting some slob trying to sell me a new water heater whether I needed one or not. If you are looking for fast, top tier plumbing service you can't go wrong with this company. Thanks again Ricky for a job well done!

I had a slow sewer line. I called TMP as they advertise on the Christian Radio station that I listen to. I told the receptionist that I did not have a clean out line and that it would either have to go through the roof or the toilet. I made the appointment for the next day. As I was waiting for the technician to call to say he was on his way, I received a call from the office stating someone called in sick and they would have to cancel my appointment and re-schedule for the next afternoon or even in two days. We are talking sewer line here and I would not have bathroom facilities if it totally stopped. No apology from the receptionist. So I rescheduled for the next afternoon. The technician came out on time the following day, was a very nice gentleman. He said he could not go on the roof as it was a two man job and he was by himself (I told them about the roof access on the phone) and he could not get his machine through my bathroom door. Ok I realize I need a clean out line. He quoted me almost $5,000 for just a clean out line. Said it was a two day job. When I balked at the price, he said he could reduce it by around $800. Still that was a lot more than I was expecting. I told him I would have to get a second estimate. He replied that no one else could do it any cheaper. Then I was charged $65 for the estimate call (would be deducted if I had them do the work). I gave him $70 cash and did not get any change. I called another plummer that did the same work for a friend and for much less cost. They came out and did the work for $1000 and did it in one afternoon.
Very disappointed and will never call them again as they seem to have extremely high prices and gouge the customer.

I called Tom Moffett Plumbing to work on a leaky bathtub faucet, after getting an estimate from Mike Diamond that seemed excessively high for the work. The customer service representative was very friendly and polite on the phone, and set me up with an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I received a text with my technicians name and picture, which was a nice touch. My technician was Jonathan who brought along his apprentice (I can't remember his name, sorry). They took a look at the leak and quoted me a price that was 33% lower than Mike Diamond's quote. The team got my shower leak fixed with all new parts in less than 45 minutes. The team was very clean, friendly and professional, and even went out of their way to find some water for my dog, when they had to turn of the water to my house to do the work. Overall, I am very pleased with Tom Moffett Plumbing and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber. Thank you for the excellent job; you've earned a loyal customer.

Woke up to a constant drip in my kitchen ceiling. Called Tom Moffett and they called me within 10 minutes to schedule someone to come by. Jonathan, our plumber, came within an hour or so. I'm glad they were able to come by right away. Jonathan was friendly and detailed what he was going to do. He cut out a section of the ceiling and pinpointed the problem. He gave me straightforward pricing and fixed the leak. Jonathan had a very pleasant personality. Very friendly. I would highly recommend him. Also, Jennifer, whom I talked to on the phone was pleasant and helped me during this situation that no homeowner would like to experience.

I've dealt with a couple other plumbing companies for other reasons, but Tom Moffett has been by far the best. I'm going to stick with them.

Ricky arrived at my home on time and did a great job installing my water heater. He was very knowledgeable and told me how to extend the life of my water heater. He checked for leaks and water temp throughout the house and fixtures.

Very pleasant doing business with this company! The technician who did the work (replacing my kitchen faucet) was very pleasant as well as knowledgeable, thorough, and professional.

I initially had ""sticker shock"" when presented with the price, but after seeing the quality of the fixture and the time spent analyzing the problem, followed the next day by expert and timely installation work (taking a total of several hours) and the amenities provided to the worker by the company to complete the work in a professional manner, I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing needs. More companies should pay attention the this type of quality and customer service.

I highly recommend this company for consideration of all your plumbing needs. While certainly not the ""cheapest"" you'd be able to find, they are by far the best I've ever dealt with and well worth the additional costs when considering everything they did. ""Chris"", the technician who performed the on-site work, was a pleasure, and explained the entire process in an understandable and forthright way.

Don't use Tom Moffett Plumbing. No customer loyalty. We have used TMP in the past with plumbing charges exceeding $3000. Performance was average and included hours of chatter and sales pitching.
When we called them for service on a water heater that was not warming the water, the technician said the water heater needed to be replaced. When he was asked if it was still under warranty, the technician said NO. We paid $1700+ for a new water heater. Turns out, the old water heater was still under warranty and should have been replaced at no charge. TMP said their technician did not know about the warranty because they were not the original vender. He might have pointed out this fact and saved us $1700. Don't use Tom Moffett Plumbing. No customer loyalty.
