I can't say enough about the service we received from Moffett! We called them mid day on Wednesday and they arrived 2 hours later. Diagnosed my issue which confirmed what we thought to be a slab leak. Taylor was our technician and she was extremely knowledgeable, polite and professional. She returned the next day bright and early and finished after 6:00 pm. It was not a small job, had to replace pipes in the wall and attic. At the end of the job, she cleaned up like she had never been there. Very impressive. I signed up for their Family Club which includes many additional benefits and priority appointments. And the icing on the cake was that we received a personal visit from the owner, Jo Moffett, checking on her crew, and to give us a little goodie bag and to meet her new customers. That was a very nice surprise and really shows how the Moffett's treat their customers as family. I highly recommend using this company.

Moffett family plan really is what it states, a FAMILY plan in the sense you are treated like family. I had an issue with my AC, and since I have a newborn, it was quite ""urgent"" to get this work repaired in the hot SoCal weather. Even though my HVAC was installed by a different company, Moffett had no issue coming in and taking care of the situation as if it were their own and if I was their only client of the day. Sergio was my AC Jedi-master and was not one ounce intimidating or condescending about the job despite coming on hot day and unconventional hours (weekend!). I surrounded my ""update"" notice with 6 stars for a reason, because Moffett deserves more than 5.

Moffitt Plumbing & Air recently replaced our water heater and we got tremendous service from Johnathan and Tristan. I got a referral from family and had high expectations from what I heard. These guys exceeded my high expectations with their knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. I will definitely be recommending Moffitt Plumbing & Air to my family and friends!

I'd purchased 3 faucets and hired Moffett to install them. I've used them before and always had good experiences.

This job took nearly 6 hours instead of the quoted 3 and he'd only replaced the faucets and not the drain stoppers. There were two workers so I have no idea what took so long. All they'd say when asked at the 3 hour mark and thereafter was that they were almost done.

When I asked about the drain stoppers, he had to dig around in his truck to find them (uh, those were mine), said they weren't included in the quote but he'd do it and stomped off as I was trying to get clarification on the quote. He replaced 2 of the stoppers and quoted me for the third but by then I just wanted them out of my home.

If there had been a miscommunication, I would have been happy to discuss it but frankly, I can hire unprofessional, uncommunicative and temperamental for whole lot less somewhere else.

Very friendly and responsive. Probably a one off but the technician said my furnace was in great shape but turns out it was the root cause of my issue. I had two other companies come out and both agreed my furnace blower motor is the culprit.

For the past few years our AC unit was struggling to keep our home cool, so we finally decided to get it serviced. We had visits from other companies but they were pushing us to purchase a new AC unit, which was completely out of our budget.
Luis Nova with Moffett came out to look at our unit and provided us with different options, which included repairs to our current aging unit that would allow it to last a few more years.
After the repairs, our AC unit is now blowing cold air like it has never done before.
Great and easy experience from Luis Nova and Moffett, will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

I scheduled our annual water heater inspection. Levi came out, conducted the inspection and also installed an expansion tank on our water heater. Levi was extremely professional and wasn't afraid to acknowledge what he didn't know. He did explained the process of the inspection and also for the installation in great detail and made sure the we had no questions. I will specifically request Levi the next time we have plumbing needs and will recommend him and Tom Moffett pluming to friends and family.

I was having issues with my bathtub drain and called Moffett plumbing. They were very friendly and sent over Vincent. He was there at the time he said he would be and explained everything very clearly. He was super cool and did a great job! My bathtub drain has been good ever since!
If you guys are looking for good and quality service call Moffett and ask for Vincent!

I was having a leak issue and was stressing because I was having a party the next day. It was Friday afternoon I called around and no luck until I called Moffett Plumbing. They were so kind and understanding on the phone and told me they would send someone over. When Vince and Tristan arrived, they were so professional and listened to my concerns. Vince explained what needed to be done and got to work right away. I was so happy it was done that same day. Thank you so much.

Overpriced. But quality of work is good.

Their explanation as to why their prices are so high is because they have too many employees and equipment. So to offset their pricing, they make their customers pay for it.

Be weary of companies like Moffett that take advantage of their customers when they have a problem.

They ask if they could look at other things in your house to fix to try and upsell you.

Suggestion is just have them fix what you called them for and nothing else.

When I called to address their overpriced scheme; their excuse was that they have way too much overhead and cannot sustain a business with better prices. They provided a small discount, but for what I was paying for, I am now sure we could have gotten the job done much cheaper and at more of a decent price.

Stay away.
