I ask for a quote for the air duct cleaning. They charged $89 for just sending someone home to ""inspect"" my ducts, however, the person came for just to chat and offered a flat rate service. He pretended to take some pictures but it was obvious that they were not necessary. I later learned that most of other services don't charge an inspection fee and do real inspections. The price Moffett quoted was extremely high, more than three times more expensive than what is necessarily needed for. Don't ask a carpet leaner to clean the air ducts.

Lucas from Moffett Plumbing & Air came today to tune up our furnace. I could tell he took pride in his work and was friendly, knowledgable and patient answering my questions.
Our previous experience with Moffett in December with plumbing issues was similar. Highly recommend.

Our initial contact was with Joann who was courteous and helpful. Steve came to our home and presented our options showing great product knowledge.

We decided to purchase a new furnace.

Alberto and Jose completed the installation.

Steve came back to our home to follow up and give additional instructions.

Are having some issues with the furnace unit that Steve is going to come out and help us address.

All problems resolved.

NO ON MOFFETT PLUMBING!

Made arrangements to an agreed upon time to clear sink drain and after waiting 4 hours, they called to tell me they were not coming but could reschedule me for another date.

Called Adee-do and they came within 2 hrs and cleared drain in 15.

Moffet Plumbing is a big no! As a Veteran and public school retiree, this type of service should be turned away and take your hard earned money elsewhere!

I hired Moffet to do an a/c tune up because they only charged $90. The guys who came out did a great job. The problem is with the owner's policy. They had to charge me $300 to replace a $50 air filter. Outrageous! Won't ever hire Moffet again!

Moffett Plumbling serviced our residence recently and it was a 5-star experience. We had a service call to investigate a leak under the kitchen sink- and the team was able to diagnose the source of the leak from our old faucet. Upon a follow-up visit, they installed a new faucet and two angle stops within our range of pricing and everything works flawlessly. Exceptional service! I called Moffett Plumbing after reading so many great reviews on various social media sites. I was not disappointed. Vincent and his apprentice came to our home to replace our garabage disosal. From the minute they came into my home, they had the biggest smiles and were so kind. We haven't had good experience with contractors and I had let them know that. They both went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable with the work they would be doing before they started. I never once felt I was being upsold. Might I add I have never had anyone do work in my home who was so clean and detailed every step of the way. If you need a plumber ask for Vincent. You won't be disappointed.
