I would HIGHLY recommend Moffett Plumbing & Air!

We've dealt with installs and leaks in the past and our experience has been hit or miss with plumbers. We called their dispatch to inquire about a job and they answered right away, dispatch gave us a 2 hour window for a tech to arrive and there were 2 that arrived here within 45 minutes from making the 1st phone call. Our techs Nate and Alfredo had rolled out carpet and wore booties etc. before we had even answered the door. Both of them were super polite, ran a quote, and got down to work ASAP. During the whole process they worked together, made sure to communicate with us, and they were actively cleaning as they worked just to help keep our home tidy. They truly had pride in their work and represented the company very well. I know that Moffett Plumbing & Air is family owned and local... I would highly recommend their services.

I called Saturday morning and they sent a tech immediately to help out. Brian fixed the clogged drain and gave me different solution and price quote for a long term fix. Highly recommended.

First awesome company. I honestly can't say enough. So we had a little work done few months back, while Rudy was here I showed him ( although you couldn't miss) all the holes left by an electrician who did a rewire. 56 holes to be exact of all shapes and sizes. Rudy recommend a gentleman that they have used on their different jobs for different reasons. I couldn't find anyone to do work. I called Mateo from MDZ Construction Inc. he came in gave quote and in less then 9 hours total was in & out and you can't tell I ever had holes anywhere. Texture coated where we had it. Looks absolutely amazing. The men at Moffit plumbing are the best. They look out for their customers no matter the issue. Thank you again you all Rock.

Do not use moffett had cleaning service to my main drain scheduled for today and the plumber did the bare minimum. Additionally he did not secure the access for under my home properly nor the cover to the drain. I had to get home after a full day's work to fix both those issues. If I could do less than 1 star I would

HORRIBLE SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

UPDATE:

Received a call from Moffett management who actually looked into my complaint. Must say she wad amazing and willing to make good on the original poor service. Unfortunately I had gone with a different company but had this all been made yesterday I would have definitely given them a second chance...additionally she refunded Me my payment even tho I had not requested for them to do so.

I respect that she took the time to investigate my claims to ensure I wasn't lying. So thank you moffett maybe one day I will try your services again.

Great service all around the board! Its hard to find plumbing businesses like this, they go above and beyond to help in as many ways as possible. They are always professional on time and super knowledgeable about the trade. I recommend them to all my friends and family with hesitation and know they will get the best service possible by a company who stands firm behind their work.

Showed up but were unprepared for the work tCo be done, left with the sink not working and still had the leak in the shower. Said they needed more parts. called two days later and said they had all the parts except for one, expected it the next day. Never called back - I called them three a allater and surprise they just got the part and would be out that day between 2 - 4, showed up at 5:30. Fixed the leak and replaced sink cartridge - that they had broken on the first visit. They could not fix the sink cartridge that was actually leaking. They charged me for fixing the cartridge they had broken.

I called Moffitt plumbing because both my toilets were clogged. They were here in less then 2hrs and had them both working in less than 45mins. Brian showed me a picture from inside my pipe of the offset pipe that had caused the clog. I also knew about this previously because I had had the same issue a little more than a year earlier. They cleared my drain then also but I didn't have the money on hand back then to fix the issue. I knew it would just keep happening if I didn't have it repaired soon so Brian gave me a quote and pushed the work out a month so I'd be able to save a bit more money. I also got quotes from 2 other plumber's. Brian's was the lowest of the 3. Plus he credited the charge for the previous service call. Today Brian and his partner Brandon showed up first thing this morning. Both with great attitudes and big smiles. They were happy to explain each step and why it was nessasary. They seemed to be super knowledgeable. I was a bit uneasy due to the age of my home. I've heard horror stories about starting a job and having the old plumbing just crumble. He assured me he could get this done without additional issues and that's how it went. I'm very pleased with the work and it's guaranteed for 5yrs. I'll be calling Moffitt again when I need anything else plumbing related. Thanks Brian and Brandon you both did great work.

I had my shower head pipe torn when removing the showerhead. Rudy and his co-worker came to replace it. While they were there, I asked them to check on the other bathtub's faucet, leaking a bit while water was running. They replaced the pipe and shower head, plus adjusted my Faucet on the other bathtub within a couple of hours. As part of the $87 call fee, they did a quick walkthrough to check on dwelling water pressure and water heater. I was happy with their service, and Rudy was very professional. Rudy explained the process of what they were going to do to fix my issues.

Rudy from Moffet plumbing was excellent. On time, super professional, extremely knowledgeable, organized, and successfully repaired my shower quickly and easily. He introduced himself to me immediately, wore booties inside my house, did his due diligence, was very respectful, very thorough, and easy to work with. He carefully went through the pricing, made sure I understood everything, and was patient when he was finished with the job and I was wrapping up a work call. I will definitely use them again when needed.

Michael the owner personally came to our home in an emergency situation to assess our clean out leaking problem. He cleared our main line and let us know that our old pipe will need to be replaced!
