I had a slab leak. I called Moffett Plumbing. They came out quickly. They were nice. They were professional. My concern is the pricing and how I was charged. I was never given a contract. I was forced to pay for the job before it was complete. I'm still not sure if I needed permits. The invoice did not itemize exactly what I was charged for and it appears that I was charged twice as much as I should have been charged.
I would definitely go with a different company for my plumbing needs in the future.

Had a great experience with Moffett Plumbing. They were very responsive and the service and repairs fixing out toilet leaking by Jeremy was excellent. Jeremy was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the problem.

Vince and Scott (apprentice and senior tech) came to repair 4 faucets at my house. Both were very kind and professional. They had no issue with my dog and were very kind towards him when they entered. They did their best to fix all of my faucets and kept things tidy. I also appreciate that they wore masks and shoe covers while inside my home. I recommend their services!

After hearing the commercials on the radio, I called Moffett Plumbing because of a clogged shower. I was quoted $90.00. Their technician,Brian, came out and did a FABULOUS job. After several attempts Brian had to go back to his shop and get another tool. He got the drain unclogged without increasing the price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Moffett Plumbing. Thank you Brian.

Mr. Moffett likes to reply with incorrect information. I had asked for my two brand new, existing toilets to be installed. There was no need for new toilets, new valves or new supply tubes. IT WAS AN INSTALL ONLY*. I didn't fail to mention anything in my review. I even had brand new wax rings. (Which they said they also could not use).

*My new toilets had been removed to install new flooring.

Funny how the plumber I did hire came in with no issues with re-seating my existing toilets. NOR did he try to make me believe that I needed to replace all the new valves and tubes that were existing. But he did laugh when I mentioned your company name. I'll leave it at that.

And yes, it was a fully licensed and insured company.

Moffett Plumbing should learn how to do honest work, not point at items on your pre-printed menus of pricing.

I completely stand by my original review. Charging someone almost $600 to re-seat two toilets (which took 1/2 hour), is a complete sham.

Gained my business then quickly lost it.

First time I called them they arrived quickly and helped fix a leak caused by a tub spout I replaced recently. Thought I finally got a trustworthy plumber.

Called second time since my water heater was leaking. Plumber came out to confirm I need a new water heater and gave an outrageous quote of $6500 for a water tank replacement. Obviously said no and they collected their service fee. Most companies provide no cost estimate for water heater repair.

Won't go back for a third time.

I had a different plumbing problem arise, so of course, I called Moffett Plumbing and Air!

Every facet of my experience with Moffett Plumbing & Air was impeccable. Jessica, the dispatcher, called to let me know that Rudy, the plumbing technician, was on his way. He was on time and was so cleanly (shoe covers, gloves, face mask).

I had a clogged drain in my dishwasher that was starting to emit a foul odor. He laid down a rug and proceeded to fix the problem efficiently. He noticed my sink faucet was ""wobbly"" too so he tightened it for me, free of charge.

After Rudy fixed the clog, he cleaned under the sink and the area around the dishwasher until it was spotless. He wrote an invoice with exactly what he had done and went over the straightforward pricing guide with me.

I would highly recommend Moffett Plumbing & Air! In fact, I won't use anyone else!!! They always go above and beyond!

This week I had a major plumbing issue in my house possible slab leak. I called Moffett plumbing and air they responded right away. Brian detected exactly what the problem was lucky for me he found the problem right away repaired it and to my satisfaction did an awesome job would recommend Moffett plumbing and air to everyone dont go anywhere else they're the Bomb!
