What a great job they did replacing the water lines in my 97 year old house. Rusty was the foremen and he was very professional and knowledgeable. His crew was working nonstop to finish the job and they did complete the job within the estimate. Jordan was the original contact and came out when the job was complete to do a final inspection. I could not be happier. They also changed out my tankless water heater.

Had a leak in my kitchen sink that I wasn't sure where it was coming from. The plumber came over right on time and was a really nice guy. He found the issue in about 5 minutes and gave me multiple quotes for a few different ways of getting the job done. Will definitely use this service in the future.

I have used this company exclusively for my plumbing needs for over 4 years. Always pleased. However, a few weeks ago we had them replace our 4 year old water heater (they had installed the 4 year old one, too). They seemed to do a fine job except prior to leaving, no one reminded us to open all of our faucets to let the air out of our pipes. This caused a horrible, long and high pitch noise when we opened a faucet soon after and I'm now very worried that our pipes were compromised from it.

We recently purchased a new home during the summer and there were a few minor to mid plumbing issues we need resolved. After reviewing a number of different plumbing services, we decided on Modern Plumbing and let me tell you we are glad we did. They were not only prompt and efficient but they also adhered to COVID safety protocols as well which was a major relief. We scheduled service with their operator and less then a week later their technician Vinny arrived at our home. He sported a mask and shoe coverings in our home. Its such a minor thing but it definitely gave us a good first impression. Vinny was kind, informative and quick during the service. Prior to starting he listened to our issues. One was a leaky sink, another a wobbly toilet and last was a busted shower head. He quickly diagnosed each problem and explained the work and cost involved before even starting to make sure we were comfortable with the price and length each task would take. All of which was completely above board. When Vinny left the sink was as tight as a drum, the toilet sat firmly and the shower flowed with no interruptions. We also asked about future services and recommendations for maintenance and he was very informative about how to keep things running smoothly without trying to up sell us on anything. We highly recommend this company. They aren't the cheapest but the prices are reasonable and the work is reliable. And the peace of mind knowing things are fixed as they should be is priceless. :)

We had a leak in our front yard that wasn't the lawn sprinkler system. The technicians arrived probably no later than 30 minutes after I called. They were amazing! I will only use Modern Plumbing. It was our main service line to the house that they repaired quickly.

After calling and searching through many plumbing services, I ended up selecting Modern Plumbing Industries due to all of the positive reviews. This is by far the best decision I made as my remodeling company's handy man who installed the new toilet did a poor job as my new toilet started to have issues only after an year. Alva from Modern Plumbing Industries came and diagnosed the problem and explained exactly why I was have a leak then went on to fix the problem. Alva not only was professional, he was also very transparent in explaining what I should look out for in the future if I am having issues. Additionally, he was very helpful in providing recommendation on what products I should get for my other bedroom's older toliet. I definitely recommend Modern Plumbing Industries for anyone looking for a trustworthy plumber and I look forward to working with them on my next few jobs for both my home and rental home.

On 4/28/21 my hot water heater sopped working. I called my then Home Warranty company, and they could not fix it, On Monday 5/2/21 at 2:30 AM I awoke to a garage full of water, there was a leak beneath the floor of my house, at the garage entry, to a hallway, my kitchen and dining room of my house.I tried my then Home Warranty company and was dissatisfied with their plan to repair it. My son put me in contact with James Kerr at Modern Plumbing. He came out reviewed my plumbing problems, and gave me a reasonable estimate to replace the water heater, and RePipe my house. He explained the different types of pipe to be used, and how his company would Re-Pipe my home. I signed the estimate to start repairs. He sent a team on Monday 5/10/21 and completed the the Re-Pipe on Thurs. 5/13/21 with a team lead by-Crew leader Rusty Barnes, and team members Caleb Callin, and Mark Atherton. The team was very professional, answered any and all questions that I had, worked as cleanly as possible(as the had to cut holes in my walls), they wore shoe covers every time the entered the house. Modern Plumbing has a quality control inspector(In House), that came and inspected each pipe and fixture connection, and made sure the pipes were mounted so as not to rattle with use. On Monday 5/17/21, there drywall repairman(Arron McGrady) arrived to patch all of the holes in the drywall. He was very professional and patched all of the holes without creating anymore drywall dust. He finished on 5/19/21 and the wall were as smooth as silk. I had painters come the next day, and I cannot see where the patches were made. I cannot say enough about the professional performance, quality of work, the Plumbing team and the their drywall techician. Robert L Morgan

Tried to shower last night and the handle broke off our shower, leaving the shower water on with no way of turning it off. A couple hours of my husband trying to fix it (and shutting off the water to the whole house), we decided to call an emergency plumber! The guy called us back within 10 mins and offered to come out late at night. We decided to wait until morning, and he was right on time, super friendly, and efficient. 2.5 hours later, I have to say, our shower works way better than it did before (which I didn't even realize it was a problem until he came out). The price was honestly way less than we were expecting too. Thank God for the people who are willing to work emergencies like this during the weekend!
