Today I met one of the most professional, on time, informative and just nice Plumbing Technicians around. His name is Taylor M. and he fixed my water heater. He not only came in and figured out my situation within minutes, he never said a bad word about the company that had originally did installed the unit. His comments where always on point and discussing what took place in the unit. He was a constant professional and I greatly appreciated his work ethic. He explained my options very clearly and made the process even better. Today, I learned my lesson about not going with a Florida LICENSED Company and as they say ... """"you do get what you pay for ... and I paid for one of the best today!""""

We have used Modern Plumbing on many occasions and never have had a complaint with their work or professionalism. Today Joseph and Steven came out for what we thought was our plumbing to the street and promptly found the problem was with the city's line. Joseph and Steven were both professional and friendly not to mention thorough.

My Father and I decided to change out the guest cabinet and sink today... six hours later (with various visits to the Home Depot - total waste of money there!) and there was still leaking from the pipes.. so the emergency call went out to a plumber. Marc from Modern Plumbing was my hero tonight. He called back promptly, told me what time he would be by the house and was totally on time about it. Excellent work etiquette and very friendly, very straight up with what needed to be done and he was super at cleaning up after his work. I am so grateful for the work done tonight - super quick, awesome price and now I have plumbers I will call, and rely on, when I am ready to get my house re-piped.

Best plumbing company in Orlando, hands down! After waiting 4 days (and numerous phone calls) for one of the big box stores to call me back to schedule an installation date for a new hot water heater, I gave up and called Modern Plumbing. They were AWESOME! Friendly, knowledgable, responsive, great communication, quality work... AWESOME! I called them at 11:30am and they had my new hot water heater installed by 3:30pm the same day! Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Had to have my polybutylene plumbing replaced as required by insurance companies in order to obtain insurance. If you have to do this, realize it is an inherently disruptive activity - things have to be moved around and it's similar to a home remodel project. We got a lot of plastic sheeting and covered many things (beds, couches, etc.). That helps. However, even though a replumb is a bit of an ordeal for any homeowner, we are very happy with the outcome with Modern Plumbing. The crew was not only professional and very capable, they were very personable and engaging. They did a tough 2 story replumb in 2 days and the county inspector was there the very next morning to sign off on the job. After a few days, the drywall repair tech was available from a previous job to start our house. He had a lot to do but got it all done - including working on Saturday to complete the job. He was very meticulous, and you can't tell that the walls and some parts of the ceilings were removed to accomplish the plumbing. Modern's pricing was very reasonable compared to other bids we received and we're thankful we called them. We went ahead and had them replace the original hot water heater (from the 90's) since they had to disconnect the plumbing during the repipe (insurance companies often ask """"how old is your hot water heater""""..so you might as well get a new one). Modern's employees are all part owners of the business, so they have a vested interest to do a good job - and they do. I was dreading this project, but I'm super satisfied with the outcome and the amount that it cost.

We had a leak in our front yard that wasn't the lawn sprinkler system. The technicians arrived probably no later than 30 minutes after I called. They were amazing! I will only use Modern Plumbing. It was our main service line to the house that they repaired quickly.

They were extremely professional. I liked the fact that they included me in the app so I knew when the technician would arrive. They are not super cheap just to be honest. But I think it was nice if they gave me options after they charge me for the leak detection. Overall I would recommend them

I tried some YouTube home improvements and ended up doing more damage than good. I was left with no hot water in the house on a Friday night. I contacted Modern Plumbing and was on the phone with Cash in no time. He walked me through some possibilities based on my description of my issue and we set up for him to come out the next morning. Once he got here and assessed my problem, he walked me through the options and got me back on track. We still have some work to do to get a final fix in place, but he helped me figure out the best option to stop my emergency issue and to put together the most cost effective solution. Definitely going to get Cash back to finish up. He did great.
