Called left a message No return call Next day called and a man answered sounded good, he said they do a lot of work in my neighbor hood. He ended call by saying he would have a lady call the next morning to schedule an appointment. The next morning no call. I called the next day and a lady answered I said that I had spoken to a man, but never got a call. Anyhow I explained to her that I had an instant water heater leaking and wanted someone to look at my MB Bathtub. She said she would call me back. She did later only to say that I probably needed to replace my water heater or I could send her a picture of it! As far as a tub, I needed to find someone else whom would work on a whirlpool tub. So I said forget it! Typical.And hung up! I do not mind paying a service call, but was simply brushed off as not important!

Michael and James were awesome, came on time & put on booties:) Competent and fast, very impressed. The women who answer the phone are all amazing as well. Joan made my appt and even got me help on a saturday. I won't call anyone else for plumbing issues. Honest and very nicely run family business. A true pleasure. Thank you Modern Plumbing.

4 Stars. Have hired them twice. They were on time, flexible, knowledgeable, and kept the area clean while working. The only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars was how expensive they are. I'm not sure if they pack the price hoping for you to negotiate or if their prices are set in stone, so it could be our fault for not negotiating. Nevertheless, I needed the work done ASAP and didn't negotiate. That being said, this is by far the best plumbing company I've worked with, but I would say that they are on the very high side when it comes to value.

We had a leak under our kitchen sink so I called and was able to get an appt the very next day. The gentleman showed up on time right at the beginning of the appt window. He checked out the sink and instantly saw the problem, the garbage disposal wasn't properly situated. This didn't surprise me as we have a new home and the plumber the developer uses is horrible and when that plumber """"fixed"""" this exact situation before he just put putty on the ring inside the sink which has since rubbed off with doing dishes. Now with Modern Plumbing fixing the ACTUAL problem I now feel confident we won't have the situation arise again. The gentleman was super helpful and showed me exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it and showed me how I could do it myself too if for some odd reason it slipped out of place again. He even told me how to easily flush my water heater which everyone should do about once a year. I would give the guy a shoutout for great work, but I am terrible with names and can't remember. I would highly recommend Modern Plumbing and I will be keeping them bookmarked on Yelp in case I need a plumber in the future.

This company was a pleasure to work with! Mike showed up exactly on time, neat and professional. Took care of replacing our leaking hot water heater and it's peripherals, cleaned up and left us with an excellent and skillfully installed system. A rare pleasure!

This is the second time I have used Modern Plumbing to solve my problems. We had a second floor big leak and Taylor was just great. He came when scheduled and found the leak quickly and fixed it fast. He also replaced the roman tub fixtures on the tub that were over 24 years old and leaking. Very clean and professional in his work and advice. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs.

That's true, these people are as good as it gets when it comes to plumbing. From the woman who took my initial call, to the actual people that came to fix my problem, they literally set the benchmark for professionalism, workmanship, and overall satisfaction. Rusty and Robert worked on my problem and had the job done so quickly that it was hardly an interruption to my day, and when they see they're going to be there at a specific time, they're are going to be there. Even though the price is a little sleep, the old adage stands true, """"You get what you pay for"""". This time I paid for peace of mind. I now have my plumber for life in Central Florida. Keep up the good work.

Excellent service ! Quick, friendly and professional. I needed the hookup for my washer changed out so i could attach the hoses. What I thought was a major disaster was handled simply and efficiently. My only regret is that I didn't test it immediately because the new hoses are now on but leaking and I'm not sure what to do.
