I woke up on a Sunday morning at 4:30 to the sound of water running. It was coming from outside where the main shutoff is and was gushing water. I turned off the main. Our landlord had sent someone to fix this problem a week before, but he had no idea what he was doing.

I called M&M Plumbing mainly because the website said Sat & Sun service. Mike called back immediately and said he would be here in an hour. He showed up on time and knew right away what the problem was. He replaced the regulator and even agreed to send the bill to our landlord.

I was very pleased that Mike was willing to work on a Sunday morning and that he arrived so quickly. I think his price was pretty high, but you get what you pay for, so I am happy.

I called Mike just to get an idea of what I needed to do in order to fix my backed up shower and toilet. I told him it wasn't an emergency since it was our guest bath, but he said he'd come by later that day to take a look. He called before he came to make sure I was home (it's so nice when you have a heads-up!) and he spent a few minutes looking and knew the problem instantly. He said he could come back the next morning at 9 am to fix it, so in less than 24 hours I had a consult and a quick fix that took about one hour. What I appreciated most about Mike was that he took the time to explain what was wrong with our pipes. I feel much more comfortable knowing exactly what I'm spending my money on and most service calls just want to move on to the next client. Mike took the time out of his Saturday to walk me through the process and I will now ONLY be calling Mike for plumbing problems. He also said he'd come back to fix a clog for free since I had already paid for the roto-rooter service. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone for his services!

Mike is great. He is on time and very professional and is a great plumber. If he can't help you he has people who he will call on your behalf. His charges are very reasonable.

This is the first time I've used yelp to hire someone. Thank you all for your reviews! We had a bad leak and Mike responded immediately and kept me updated via text on the status of my special order (hard to find parts). Other plumbers said it would take at least a week to fix my problem and he took care of it in less than 24 hours. I will never use anyone else for my plumbing needs. Called Mike for a leak coming in through my ceiling. He came over within an hour, checked it out and honestly told me what the problem was and that he couldn't fix it due to the HOA. Aweosme guy! Would recommend to anyone.

I found Mike on yelp. After reading other reviews, I decided to give him a call for my leaky toilet. Without an hour, he promptly showed up at my house. After he assessed the problem, he then gave me the quote for the repair or a new toilet which I really appreciate. Within 2 days, I got a new toilet and the price is fair. Not to mention great service. Definitely will use him again.

I called to just ask a few questions that only a professional can answer regarding my apartment plumbing. No one would take the time and day to help answer my concerns including the company, L.A. Hydro-jet & Rooter Service, who had worked on my apartment issues and couldn't seem to fix the problem the first time.

Mike returned my call and throughly explained how draining systems work and helped me understand how to prevent this reoccurring problem.

I would definitely trust this guy for any job, he's honest and genuine! Thanks

My wife & I had a clogged tub in our recently purchased so we called Mike from M&M Plumbing and he was there in less than 30 minutes. He not only unclogged our pipes but also showed us with his fancy drain camera the roots that were the cause. He than sent in a handy snake thing to cut through all the roots to free up the pipes for years to come.
Gotta love the knowledge, experience & prompt service when these things happen. Thanks Mike you're the best...
