My kitchen sink was clogged last night and Mike came within 25 minutes of me calling him at 7:40. Given that it was a back-to-back problem with another unit in the bldg, he couldn't do much but I did appreciate his promptness and the tips he gave me.

9 months pregnant with a broken toilet on a Saturday afternoon? There was no way I was waiting until Monday to get this fixed.

Mike was at my place within 2 hours on an early Saturday evening. He fixed the issue, told us what was causing it, and fixed the other minor issue we were having with the working bathroom at no charge.

Mike is NOT inexpensive, but he's good, friendly, reliable, quick, and very direct (even telling me how to get my money back from the home warranty company regarding the last plumbers they sent that made a problem worse)-I definitely don't regret spending the money on Mike and would do so again.

I had broken, leaking overhead pipes and Mike came right away when I called. He was knowledgeable and personable, and also fixed a leaking faucet, coming back 2 different times to change it for free when the new ones didn't work -- great guy!

Needed more work done again. At least that was what I thought, but after Mike came out he let me know there wasn't a problem and didn't even charge me for the house call. Like always great service and even followed up to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommended.

I had a clogged kitchen sink today. The earliest my home warranty company could get a serviceman out to check things was tomorrow between 10am - 1pm. I called M&M Plumbing & Rooter Service after seeing all the positive reviews and Mike was at my home within 5 minutes of placing the call. He happened to be in the area and came straight over.

After bringing his tools and equipment; and assessing the situation and pipes, he schooled me on the nature of a clog and the risk associated with unclogging it when units below me share the same pipeline. (I live on the top floor of a 4-story condo complex.) Mike's advise to me was to hold-off until the homeowners underneath me were home so accessibility into their units were available to ensure the clog clears their unit and no further clogging, flooding, or damage is done to the units below. I took his advise.

Mike left without charging me a dime. Unbeatable response time, a lesson on clogs and good advice - all free. You can't top that kind of service. My home warranty company charges a $60 service call fee just for coming out regardless if anything was done. I canceled my home warranty appointment. Too bad M&M isn't in the home warranty business, I'd switch over in a heartbeat. Would give M&M 10 stars if I could. Very impressive.

Mike was able to track down a part that I needed, bought it out of his own pocket, and came and installed everything for free. It took about an hour and a half and he didn't even charge me for anything extra. Excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Mike!

If I could, I would give 10 stars!
I honestly can't remember how I came across M&M Plumbing (probably on YELP), but I am glad I did. The first time I called, Mike was here within the hour. Super friendly, professional and definitely knowledgeable.
He is so great...we have him on speed dial. Not only do we use him at our nightclub, but my boss uses him at his personal properties as well. Whenever we call - no matter what day of the week or time, he's here within the hour! I know he's crazy busy so I can't imagine how he does it all...so fast!
The best part about Mike (besides his amazing service and great attitude)...he always leaves us laughing with a joke!

I can't imagine anyone not being satisfied with his work!
