Mike was able to track down a part that I needed, bought it out of his own pocket, and came and installed everything for free. It took about an hour and a half and he didn't even charge me for anything extra. Excellent customer service. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you Mike!

I honestly can't remember how I came across M&M Plumbing (probably on YELP), but I am glad I did. The first time I called, Mike was here within the hour. Super friendly, professional and definitely knowledgeable.
He is so great...we have him on speed dial. Not only do we use him at our nightclub, but my boss uses him at his personal properties as well. Whenever we call - no matter what day of the week or time, he's here within the hour! I know he's crazy busy so I can't imagine how he does it all...so fast!
The best part about Mike (besides his amazing service and great attitude)...he always leaves us laughing with a joke!

I can't imagine anyone not being satisfied with his work!

I though my garbage disposal was going to have to be replaced. I just moved into my apt and when I did dishes the water backed up. I turned on the disposal and the only thing that happened was the lights flickered. I got a glove and reached in... steel wool!!! I was sure it had ruined the machine and was clogging the drain now too.

Mike was early for his appointment and was so amiable! He came in, got the job done quickly with no fuss. He told a few jokes and really made my morning! He fixed the disposal, it runs perfectly, no more flickering lights and no more clog!

Recently had some problems with leaks in my kitchen and shower. Found Mike from M&M plumbing through yelp.com and I'm glad I did! He came out later that same day and was able to fix both problems. His price was lower than I expected, and no longer have to deal with that constant dripping. So happy to find an honest plumber, that does honest work. No up-charging, or trying to sell me on things that weren't needed.

It's really hard to find a good plumber, but we are so lucky we found Mike, thanks Yelp!

He's knowledgeable, responsible, punctual, and cares about his workmanship and his customers! ...and because he knows his work and knows what's possible and what's not, he can find the most cost effective solution!!

So we just moved into a rental house, and one of the first things we noticed was a leaky faucet in the master bath. Constant dripping wasn't too bad, but it shot water out from the bottom of the handle, both hot and cold. The first plumber that came (who took almost 2 days before he came to the house) turned the faucet a couple of times and said, ""These faucets are too old to fix, I won't be able to find parts, it would be $400 to replace the entire faucet. And the leaks are not too bad."" Then to make the matter worse, he tells my landlord that the leak isn't too bad and not not to bother fixing it if the landlord doesn't want to cough up $400.

Obviously this first plumber didn't have the right intention for his customer... So we asked a second opinion of Mike Avi from M&M. And we are so glad we did!

He came in right away, looked at the leak, checked the faucet type from below the sink, and said the leak can be fixed with a valve replacement. Since it didn't require the whole faucet replacement, the cost was much much lower too.

When he came back to get the repair done (following day, after my landlord OK-ed to do the job), he came right on time, and fixed the faucet just like he explained! He was very careful not to break the old parts too. He even cleaned up 20yr old water build-up on the parts, to make sure it fits right back again.

If I ever had any plumbing problem, he will be the guy to call!

I've been burned in the past by plumbers that didnt know what they were doing and then charged me as they educated themselves.

M&M came to our house yesterday and were extremely honest and professional. We had an issue that seems to have gone away on its own, but they came in, examined the situation, and when they couldn't find anything, they didn't even charge us for the service call.

What's more, they even offered to come back again if the problem resurfaces to try and diagnose.

Really top notch company, and I highly recommend them.

I learned about Mike through Yelp and 50+ reviews showing five stars, I figured why not? It was a great call because we've had Mike out to the house on at least a couple of occasions. Today, he snaked a shower and helped troubleshoot some noises coming from the sprinkler pipes. His workmanship is terrific and his rates have been extremely reasonable.

I'll tell you the #1 reason why you might think about using M&M for your plumbing and rooting needs. More than his aptitude, it's his attitude. You can set your clock by Mike. When he says he's going to be there, he'll be there -- on time. None of this ""we'll have our service technician come by sometime between 9 and 5"" mentality. His punctuality shows that he values my time. He's also extremely warm, open, and easy to talk to. If you want to buy local and help the little guy while all the while getting your problem solved right the first time, give Mike a call. (Reviewer's clarification: I made reference to buying local, but I myself live in Northern California. I wrote this review based on work performed at a family member's home in Southern California.)
