Thank you to everyone who gave Mike such great reviews. It's Saturday afternoon, I had company for lunch, and wouldn't you know that my kitchen sink backed up ... despite the fact that I always run water in the garbage disposal and turn it on BEFORE putting food into it. Mike was here in less than 30 minutes, cleaned out the drain, and explained exactly why my drain backed up. (It wasn't anything I did ... it's the way the kitchen plumbing is installed in my house.) Mike is to be commended for providing prompt and courteous service with a warm smile. I'm happy to be a member of the M&M Plumbing fan club, too.

I woke up on a Sunday morning at 4:30 to the sound of water running. It was coming from outside where the main shutoff is and was gushing water. I turned off the main. Our landlord had sent someone to fix this problem a week before, but he had no idea what he was doing.

I called M&M Plumbing mainly because the website said Sat & Sun service. Mike called back immediately and said he would be here in an hour. He showed up on time and knew right away what the problem was. He replaced the regulator and even agreed to send the bill to our landlord.

I was very pleased that Mike was willing to work on a Sunday morning and that he arrived so quickly. I think his price was pretty high, but you get what you pay for, so I am happy.

I called Mike just to get an idea of what I needed to do in order to fix my backed up shower and toilet. I told him it wasn't an emergency since it was our guest bath, but he said he'd come by later that day to take a look. He called before he came to make sure I was home (it's so nice when you have a heads-up!) and he spent a few minutes looking and knew the problem instantly. He said he could come back the next morning at 9 am to fix it, so in less than 24 hours I had a consult and a quick fix that took about one hour. What I appreciated most about Mike was that he took the time to explain what was wrong with our pipes. I feel much more comfortable knowing exactly what I'm spending my money on and most service calls just want to move on to the next client. Mike took the time out of his Saturday to walk me through the process and I will now ONLY be calling Mike for plumbing problems. He also said he'd come back to fix a clog for free since I had already paid for the roto-rooter service. I would definitely recommend Mike to anyone for his services!

Mike is great. He is on time and very professional and is a great plumber. If he can't help you he has people who he will call on your behalf. His charges are very reasonable.
