Marco was great not only did he fix my garburator problem but left me the allan key to fix it on my own next time. I will definitely use him again.

Steer clear. Shady company directed by old republic. They didn't want to fix my leak due to the complexity so they told my insurance company the leak did not exist. Use express plumbing

Zero stars here. Choose someone else who is honest. He told our Fidelity home warranty company we had a pre existing problem so they wouldn't cover it. He then said he could do it for $60 cash or to pay with a check in his wife's name.

I watched their driver run red lights, he went straight in a turn lane almost causing an accident and complexly was driving reckless. If this is how their company safely drives, I would never use this company for any kind of service.

I knew I needed a new garbage disposal. I have a Fidelity National Home Warranty that came with my condo and yesterday I was referred and authorized to use ML Plumbing. Marco, the owner, called me today and when I called him back he said that Sergio was in the neighborhood and would be here within 2 hours.
It was not long thereafter that Sergio showed up. A nice guy and a knowledgeable guy. He knew exactly how to quickly remove & replace the unit with a new one. It must have taken all of 20 minutes. Now mess, no fuss. Super! We had a nice chat while he was working. He answered any questions I had, left the receipt, and warranty papers, and encouraged me to fill them out and mail them in.
I've always found that if you engage others, you will encourage communication and bring out the best in each other. I mentioned something about my car having recently needed repair and that I had good results from the place I used. He asked about who that was and I referred him to Brian at Henry's Auto Repair on 4881 El Cajon Blvd. May he find good service there!
That's how it works, folks. You gotta connect with people and good will come of it.
I called Marco and let him know his employee did a great job, and told him I would post good reviews on both Yelp and my home warranty sites as well.
So, GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT SERGIO, MARCO, AND ML PLUMBING!

Came out unclogged line. Noticed that clog was tougher then usual ran the camera found huge amounts of bowing and root penetration. Him finding this will save me thousands and prevent a headache in the future, Very intuitive, a true professional at his craft and knowledgeable. I bet anyone else would have cleared the line and left. Not Marco.

My sink was leaking and I have a Home Warranty..AND of course this happened on a Saturday morning!!! I called my Home Warranty and asked for them to dispatch the same plumber who helped me the last time. They did, but when I googled their work hours, they were closed!!! I had to call my Home Warranty back and ask them to re-dispatch another plumber b/c my kitchen sink was leaking and I couldn't use it...they did and they sent ML a work order...I called the number on the work order and no one answered, so I left a message 5 minutes later, Marco called. Unfortunately they were closed too. BUT he said he would call me first thing Monday and set up a time to come over.
HE DID EXACTLY what he said he was going to do! He called me and said he had my work order and could be at my house in 15 minutes!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!! Just for fun I called the first plumber they dispatched and asked when he could get out and it wasn't until Wednesday. I don't know about you, but washing dishes in the shower is not the business!!!
When Marco arrived he was polite, professional and SHOWED me what was wrong. He told me that next time something like this happens CALL him, it's simple! I felt so dumb. While he was here we talked about our dogs and he is just like me and LOVES his dogs. So you KNOW he has a good heart!
I recommend Marco and his company to EVERYONE!!!! He maybe busy (because HES GOOD) but he will ALWAYS communicate with you!!

Customer service is incredibly horrible. We had a toilet issue that needed to be looked last week on Tuesday. Got an early morning appointment made between 8-10am so I wouldn't have to miss so much work. Plumber shows up at 9:15 and leaves about an hour later. He didn't change out the toilet flush lever which was clearly broken and potentially one of the reasons the toilet was having issues. We had to call on Monday and schedule another appointment this week because the toilet kept running water and the chain inside the water tank was getting stuck and allowing water to run continuously. We also mentioned the flush lever needed to be changed, as this was common sense and we couldn't believe it hadn't been done the first time in the first place. Since I needed another first thing in the morning appointment, we had to wait until Friday for an appointment. My husband called Thursday to confirm the plumber would arrive first thing Friday morning since I was missing work again and Marcos had the nerve to be a complete asshole. First off, the only reason we needed the plumber to come back was because he lacked the skills to fix the issue the first time. NOT MY PROBLEM yet I'm the one inconvenienced. So Friday morning I wait and wait and it's 10am so I call Marco and leave a polite message requesting a call back to confirm a plumber was still on his way and mentioning the reason I was calling was because my 8-10am window had passed and I need to get to work. He called back 35 minutes later and was rude to me. He asked what I wanted?? Really!?! He obviously listened to my voicemail to get my call back number so he already knew why I was calling. All he needed to say was I'm sorry, the plumber is on his way. That could have avoided this review in the first place. But Marco chose to be rude to me, tell me his plumber was not late, since my window was 8-12 and not 8-10 and that he would show up before 12. The plumber showed up 30 minutes later and it took him literally less than 10 minutes to fix the lever and correct the issue. If the owner Marco had taken a bit of consideration to 1) His plumber was the cause for the 2nd visit 2) We had to scheduled 4 days after calling so we could get a FIRST THING IN THE MORNING APPOINTMENT 3) I had to take time off work again due to their negligence 3) Be professional and provide customer service this review wouldn't be on here. Marco, I hope no one calls you for your horrible service.
¡MANTENTE ALEJADO! El servicio al cliente es increíblemente horrible. Tuvimos un problema higiénico que necesitaba ser mirado la semana pasada el martes. Tenia una cita en la mañana entre 8-10am, así que no tiene que perder tanto trabajo. Plomero aparece a las 9:15 y deja alrededor de una hora más tarde. No cambió la palanca de inodoro que estaba claramente rota y, potencialmente, una de las razones del inodoro estaba teniendo problemas. Tuvimos que llamar el lunes y hacer otra cita esta semana porque el inodoro segia corriendo el agua y la cadena en el interior del tanque de agua se queda pegada y permitir que el agua corra continuamente. También mencionamos la palanca de descarga necesitaba ser cambiado, ya que éste era el sentido común y no podíamos creer que no se había hecho la primera vez en el primer lugar. Por que necesitaba otra cita por la mañana, tuvimos que esperar hasta el viernes para hacer una cita. Mi marido llamo el jueves para confirmar el fontanero llegaría primero la mañana del viernes, ya que me estaba perdiendo el trabajo otra vez y Marcos tuvo el descaro de ser un completo idiota. En primer lugar, la única razón que necesitamos el fontanero que volver era porque carecía de las habilidades para solucionar el problema por primera vez. No es mi problema pero yo soy el incomodado. Así que el viernes por la mañana que esperar y esperar y a loas 10 a.m. llame a Marco y deje un mensaje pidiendo la devolución de llamada para confirmar un fontanero todavía estaba en su camino, y mencionar la razón por la que llamaba era porque mi ventana de 8-10 am había pasado y yo tenia que ir a trabajar. Él volvió a llamar 35 minutos más tarde y fue grosero conmigo. Me preguntó qué quería ?? ¡¿¡De Verdad!?! Obviamente, él escuchó mi mensage para conseguir mi número y ya sabía por qué estaba llamando. Todo lo que tenía que decir es el fontanero está en camino. Eso podría haber evitado esta revisión en el primer lugar. Pero Marco eligió ser grosero conmigo, decirme su fontanero no era tarde, que mi ventana era 8-12 y no 8-10 y que iba a aparecer antes de los 12. El fontanero apareció 30 minutos más tarde y le tomo menos de 10 minutos para fijar la palanca y corregir el problema. Si el propietario de Marco había tomado un poco de atención a 1) Su fontanero fue la causa de la segunda visita 2) Tuvimos que hacer cita 4 días después de llamar así que pudimos conseguir cita al primero de la mañana 3) que tenía que tomar el tiempo sin trabajar de nuevo debido a su negligencia 3) Hay que ser

I called this company because they were assigned by the home warranty service. I had leaking under kitchen sink. This guy spent less than 2 minutes to take a quick look and said I need to reseal everything and it was outside of his scope of work. If I want to do the work with him, they would charge extra. For the $60 I paid, they only do service call. So I paid $60 deductible to have this guy coming over to my house and tell me that the problem needs to be fixed!!! Terrible experience. Do not hire this company.

STEER CLEAR
These guys are absolute jerks. The guy that came to my house was named Sergio. He drove a large truck, that he refused to park properly on my street. I have neighbors that do not appreciate a truck parked incorrectly. I asked him twice, and he told me it wasn't a big deal, and he wasn't in the way. Sergio was gruff, disrespectful, and dirty. He got my cabinets and carpets dirty with his gross hands and nasty boots. No recourse, and my pipe still leaked after he left. The worst.
