I have been a client of ML Plumbing for the last couple years. I have used them in my own home and also for an older property I manage. I have never experienced a more honest company. There is no nonsense with them. They're reliable, punctual and reasonably priced.

First American Warranty referred us to ML Plumbing and Oscar came to the house and diagnosed the problem on our water pressure regulator. He said he will call our home warranty and left. He did not say that additional work is required. Got email from home warranty and telling me that ML Plumbing is asking for additional $ 165 for piping modification. Once I read this email, I called Luke (ML Plumbing) and told her that modification is not necessary because it is a direct replacement. She did not agree so I went to Home Depot to get the regulating valve (same model and configuration) and replaced the valve.
Beware about this company especially seniors and women. ML Plumbing will try to add unnecessary work. BEWARE!!!

A simple ""Flex"" water line to the shower broke under the house. These guys showed up and would not even try to trouble shoot the problem. We had been without water for Three days, and because it was a little muddy, this Lazy plumber didn't want to get dirty. Of Course being a Plumber is a dirty job! It's part of the job! Leak Detection-Heck. Simple work avoidance! We got a second company who did what Plumbers do- Got on their overalls, went under the house, and replaced the little 18"" flex line in 20 minutes! All fixed! DO NOT USE These people!!!

Great company and very helpful! We filed a claim with our home warranty company and he showed up the same day. We needed a small part that doesn't come with our water heater and he offered to drive 20 minutes away to pick it up for us. Luckily we had the part and he installed it. Great service!

Oscar is awesome!!!!!! He is an extremely experienced and highly skilled plumber. In addition to a leaking ice maker/water valve in the wall, he discovered a crack in the pipe in the wall. He opened the drywall and removed that section of the pipe. He then fabricated and soldered a whole new section with a few intricate bends and joins and installed a new valve. We are grateful for Oscar, because he prevented a water flood disaster in the wall behind our refrigerator and he did the whole job right. He also set it up for a drywall person to be scheduled, to wrap up the drywall that was taken apart. Oscar is exceedingly efficient and reflects greatly upon ML Plumbing!!!!!!

Was sent a plumber from ML plumbing from our home warranty company.

When the plumber showed up he had an attitude from the start. He then told my wife it was her fault the toilet wasn't working and she had to have flushed something down the toilet. He then said he never deals with plumbing issues in an upstairs bathroom...

His solution was he needed to flush the line but he wouldn't because we have white carpet and he can't get his machine up the stairs without ruining the carpet.

When we told him that wasn't ok he just turned around and left the house.

DO NOT USE THEM!

We put in a claim with our FAHW and they assigned ML Plumbling. Oscar came to replace our broken garbage disposal and replace the fill valve in our main bathroom. He called me to let me know he was on his way very professional cleaned up and was in-and-out in less than an hour. I would highly recommend this company.

Horrible company, horrible service.

We found a leak in our garage, and our warranty company (Fidelity National Home Warranty) asked ML Plumbing to do an inspection. The guy spent less than 5 minute here, and filed a report saying the garage is not leaking. So the warranty company refused to follow up.

How could the technician say it's not leaking? A tissue paper is wet immediately once I put it on the pipe.

I would most definitely recommend other people to stay away from this super sloppy so-called ""ML Plumbing Service""!
I had a horrible experience with them, manipulating and a real hard time! Here is how:
They've been sent to my home in San Diego Mira Mesa area as an insurance company's contractor to treat leaks from bath faucet and a shower's head after we fully paid all asked premiums of nearely $150.00 up front for only a single repair, the screwing started from delayed contact as a 1st step! An unfriendly woman (supposedly a wife of owner) picked up the call that they supposed to make based on their agreement as a contractor with First American Home Warranty insurance and they failed to do so! She appeared hostile and very unflexible to setup a convenient time to just initial assass and defining the necessary parts they may need to obtain prior to repair, so I've got cornered to use my vacation time and stay home for them, their plumber came without a mask and booties!
He was even more robotic and unflexible than their representative over the phone! He inspected the issue, opened the leaking faucet, acknowledged what parts are needed supposedly to provide parts in advance as usually plumbers do to avoid delaying shot-off water on neighbors while shopping their needed parts! He then unlike other professional plumbers warned us that shotting off the building's main valve will be ""Our Responsibility""! And he'll not even touch the valve!
I tried to be flexible by carry that part of his obvious job by taking off from work to do what he asks! He then said he'll be back 3 more days to repair (while tons of more waters were set to be wasted for 3 more days!), I called their office to confirm defined repair's date and time to notify neighbors about the upcoming outage and confirming a 30 minutes advance call prior to arrival of their plumber which she confirmed only verbally and not practically! Their plumber arrived 3 days later, surprisingly without any advance call! He rudely start complaining why the water is not shot-off prior to his arrival! He threatened he'll leave if the water not shot off in 20 minutes! I rushed in from work and shot off water for him and asked my living mate (a woman!) to please shot the valve off for the man when he's done reparing so I can return to work! I've then received a call from home that plumber has left the repair for nearly 2 hours for apparently purchasing the parts in which he was lazy to prepare 3 days ago after initial assessment of the repair site leaving only 10 minutes to complete the entire repair before allowed neighborhood water shotoff expires! My wife also said the plumber asked her to bring him a kitchen's knife! Which she was scared off and found it weird why a licensed plumbing company who supposed to be equipped with all needed plumbing tools should ask a lonely woman at home to have a knife! He (the ML Plumbing Service technician) requested to use the bathroom he was working in and when due to COVID related issues she refused the request the plumber in revanch and to punish and also lack of skill's competence to leakless replacement of a plumb with threads inside the wall refused to complete the repair, ignoring the home owner notice of his incomplete repair left the scene not even waiting to make sure if faucet he repaired was accurately and without further leaks done!!!
First American Home Warranty then discontinued their contract with ML Plumbing and sent AMAN Plumbing & Drain company which have done great job with friendly attitude to take care and complete sloppy poor job by ML Plumbing Service.
So. If you need a rude, cheater, sloppy and conspiracy work and hours of waste of time with lazy plumber and spend time to expose cheating contractor abuse to Insurance company ML Plumping is your company! Welcome to waist a money and endless headaround by such a ""3-Amogos"" skim-Club! M stands for Micky-mouse and L for Lousy!
