Had hot slab leak, home warranty only covered direct repair, yet ML navigated is through. Discovered source of leak and capped it. Bought us time to cash out with warranty and save up for reroute. Also provided options other plumbers did not, like bypassing the slab leak with a sleeve! Unheard of! Highly Recommend!

I honestly will never ever recommended this company to anyone. 1st they were sent by my insurance and did not show up for 2 days . Then on the 3rd day the guy came telling me its better to cash out and we do the job for you cause I will bring you the cheapest faucet in the market ' he stated a 10 dollars one' . Then while being here he called the home warranty company telling them I have a faucet that has a lifetime warranty * they did not even ask him about it* . I wish i can give them 0 stars but will also report them with my home warranty company.

Our hot water heater went out last Thursday, so we called Old Republic who sent out ML Plumbing. The ""plumber"" came out shook the attachment and took pictures of the water heater and said he wasn't sure what was wrong, but that his company would call and let me know. They called and said the part would take 8 working days. I said he wasn't sure if that was the problem, but they said that was it. I asked if I could pay for expediated shipping - no they don't do expediated shipping. They also told me on Friday that they ordered the part. Monday comes and Old Republic called to check in and give me an update. The part had not been ordered and they had no idea the ""plumber"" didn't know if that was the problem. Needless to say I asked for them to send someone else. All Express Plumbing came out on Monday and fixed it in 30 minutes. It was dust under the pilot light. He called the 800 number on the water heater to verify that was the issue. I called Old Republic back and let them know that I had not had hot water for going on 5 days and that wouldn't have happened if they sent out a competent plumber to begin with. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Fast response, plumber quickly identified problem, handled to ordering of new water heater and returned following day for the installation. No complaints, would use ML Plumbing again!

Needed a plumber fast to deal with a leaking pipe in a wall. They were here within a day. Technician was respectful, helpful and within a couple hours problem was handled. Would not hesitate to recommend this company

Quite literally the WORST company I have ever worked with. If your insurance/home warranty company tries to send them to you SAY NO! Believe everything bad that you see below. It's absolutely the truth. They are entirely incapable to the point where their ""solutions and fixes"" are actually DANGEROUS. RUN don't walk.

He explained in detail why STUPID people Yelp stupid things about the insurance companies responsibility verses the contractors good service. Please allow them the opportunity to serve you.
