I am now a repeat customer of ML Plumbing!
This time I had a rather difficult new toilet installation.
Spoke to the owner, Marco, over the phone, who promptly sent his representative, Oscar, to our house for installation.
Oscar was friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job on the installation.
The cost was very fair and the service happened quickly. I am quite satisfied with ML plumbing, and will be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Super rude and unhelpful. The technician's name was Ulysses. I needed to have an obstruction addressed, and he said that if there's not water over flowing from one of the fixtures there's nothing he could do about it, which is nonsense.

a plumbing company that goes out for a leaking water heater that is not producing hot water *which almost always means a dead hot water heater that will need replacing. goes out and says to his boss that he cannot assess the hot water heater nor do any work because the open air platform in an open air garage with no walls or doors around it, is too wet for him to work on. TONY his boss, when we called, said it was too high of a liability for his worker to work on wet drywall platform due to black mold!! WTH???? its a wet platform in a garage that a hot water heater has leaks on not erupted on. its in a ventilated garage with the giant garage door open with air circulating. its only been leaking a short while. getting wet is part of any plumbers job! this isn't in an attic or even in a hall closet, its fully exposed to fresh air in Southern California on a hot day! ridiculous, absolute waste of time and we called on /friday and they could only come on Monday and gave 4hr window at end of work day, gets there at 5pm and says sorry we can't help/!

Put in a warranty claim through insurance and ML Plumbing came out to help twice and both times they were on time, great service, friendly and most importantly resolved my issue. Thank you Marco!

Very helpful. We were assigned ML by our home warranty company. ML helped me to expedite the issue with the warranty company and fixed the problem as soon as possible.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My review is based off of a 2-minute phone call with one of the rudest people I've ever had the displeasure of speaking with....MARCO. I placed a work order through my Fidelity Home Warranty and they assigned the order to ML Plumbing. They were supposed to call me within 2 business days - they didn't. I finally called after 4 business days and was met with hostility from the start. I stated I had been anticipating a call and Marco immediately said ""we called and you must have missed it"". No, not the case. He then thought it was a good idea to actually ask for the work order number and take a closer look - all while being highly argumentative. He realized that the order didn't have my phone number (a mistake from the home warranty company) and then tried to schedule me. I asked for a Saturday appointment to which he laughed. I said I work Mon-Fri and he cut me off laughing again and said in a mocking tone ""so do we"". At this point, the level of disrespect was something I wasn't going to tolerate. I ended the call and advised my home warranty company that they should no longer refer their customers to a business that demonstrates such contempt for potential clients. It takes a lot for me to write a review, especially a bad one, but this brief interaction blew my mind. Just awful.

ML Plumbing Service was sent to my home through our insurance company to fix a plumbing issue. We have a bath tub faucet that has black flakes coming out of it when the water is running, but no other water sources are having the same issue within our house. Oscar came out and switched the faucet in the tub hoping that would fix the issue. He told my wife to run it a couple of times and if there were still black flakes, to call our insurance company again to have ML Plumbing come back out.
Well we are still having issues with the black flakes in our water and needed the issue diagnosed and/or fixed so I opened another claim. I was told to call ML Plumbing to set up another appointment. When I called to set up an appointment, the man on the phone got defensive claiming that they could not fix the issue. He told me that our insurance isn't going to cover what our issue is, all while not being able to tell me exactly what our plumbing issue was when I asked him earlier. I was trying to work with him and asked if they could at least come out and diagnose what the issue was, but the man on the phone continued to blow me off and avoided answering my question. I became increasingly frustrated with his responses and lack of customer service and called him a s*** plumber. I understand that this language was not appropriate, but the man's response was entirely unprofessional and wildly inappropriate. He became irate and started streaming profanities calling me a son of a b**** and a mother f*****, along with profanities in Spanish such as c***** tu madre (which I'm told by my Spanish speaking friends is considered the most offensive thing that you can say to someone in that language).
How on earth is a company like this working with insurance companies, let alone still in business??? It is not your job to tell me what my insurance will or will not cover, especially when you have no clue what the issue is. Your job is to come to my home and figure out the issue and fix it. If it cannot be fixed, then you report that to our insurance company and they deal with it from there. You do not refuse service to me over the phone when I have been referred to you by my insurance company. What a lazy and a terrible company. Our insurance company will absolutely being hearing about this.

Absolute worst customer service. Rude, unprofessional... wouldn't recommend them to anyone. We had a claim filed through our home warranty and unfortunately got paired with this company. Martha (the receptionist) is a miserable lady who takes her unhappiness out in customers. She screamed at me on the phone because she couldn't find my claim in her system and then told me to find someone else to work with and hung up on me! The most bizarre and unprofessional experience I've ever had.

Marco was sent by my home protection plan to fix my broken water heater. He came the next business day and couldn't have been nicer. He was courteous, obviously very experienced and his top notch service and professionalism made my day. Thanks so much Marco.

I dont usually write yelp reviews because I always expect the best out of people and give them the benefit of the doubt. I gave ML Plumbing chances to fix their mistake and l9ng story short I am here writing my first yelp review. This company or I call it a unprofessional, rude, unorganized, sloppy, Sh*t show operation. They went out of their way to give me a bad service. I have never dealt with anyone as rude as them. Here it goes, went thru my home warranty to fix leaking shower faucet handle, Lady that works at ML Plumbing with bad accent barely understood, not because of the accent it's because she wouldn't stop yelling and screaming at me on the phone, called me a liar and said I have to pay again to fix what they broke in the first place. Now the handle is loose and it keeps going in circles instead of stopping. To top it off she kept yelling at me and telling me I'm lying and speaking over me while I was speaking. She wouldn't stop talking and kept cutting me off .... in my mind this interaction reminds me of someone was on a lately on TV... ummm . Either way I was being very patient with her, at the end I asked to speak to her manager since the conversation was going no where, she then hung up on me and didn't call back. I called back again and kept hanging up on me. I gave her 2 hours to call me back and she never did. I called the warranty company again and told them to send me someone else from another company. The guy from the warranty company wrote a internal review about them and the guy told me this is not the first complaint they got about them. Im surprised they even have 5 star reviews when everything they did from start to finish is very poor performance and I'm extremely unsatisfied. I wouldn't recommend this company even for my enemies.
