Marco, owner of ML Plumbing came out to our house on a home warranty call for what I thought was leaking pipes. He was up in our attic, climbing over air ducts and wires, in high heat only to discover it wasn't our pipes that were leaking.

He then took a look at another problem for us free of charge. Service people don't generally go above and beyond to try and help their customers but Marco did and so I wanted to share this with folks who are looking for a great plumber. Marco and ML Plumbing Services is who you should call.

Marco came out last year to fix garbage disposal and did a good job. Recently I needed to have my water heater replaced and upgraded to larger capacity. It involved extra work rerouting pipes. Marco provided a very good price for water heater + install. He completed install successfully and the water heater so far works great.

they were called out through our home warrenty. we had a sewage overflow. they didnt check the inside toliets or check the sewage line, or do anything other than snake an outside drain, which he did not know the part was a sewage stopper. now a week later and the the toliet is over flowing. dont bother with this awful company.

Stay away!!! They wasted 3 days of my time while I had an actively leaking tub with utter incompetence, as it appears the ""office line"" is just his wife's cell phone, then finally schedule an appointment after I had to call them back several times, only to not show up and not call at any point during the 4 hour window they gave me. When I called back, Marco grabbed the phone from his wife after yelling at her while I could clearly hear him, then proceeded to get snippy with me for calling him out on disrespecting my time. He then offered to come out only if i paid him for making the trip, which was compartmentalized from any actual repairs. This is also in addition to him trying to go behind the back of my home warranty company and trying to upsell me on a garbage disposal in our only other previous interaction.

There are too many other companies that offer the same service who are more respectful, honest, and trustworthy. Don't make the same mistake I did.

Wow, it's amazing how businesses like this are actually STILL in business.

We had an emergency sewage flooding situation under the house. Our warranty company assigned us to ML Plumbing. Hugo came, saw the sewage mess under the house and said he couldn't go down there until it was safe and sanitary. OK, that I agree with. So we then had a restoration team come next, gave us the green light to get started on the job, and then Hugo and ML Plumbing went 'poof' and vanished. Their automated voicemail said they were closed (when it was a weekday, when they should've been open), their website suddenly was down, and I had no plumber. We could not get the restoration process started until we had a plumber secured, because what good would it do to clean up the mess and a plumber didn't follow immediately after to locate the leak and fix it? We'd be back to square one with another sewage lake under the house.

Now, thanks to ML, we are delayed and cannot address this situation. We have to wait until Monday (I am writing this on a Friday) until the restoration team and new plumber can come. We had this process started since Tuesday.

The warranty company didn't believe us that ML could not be reached, so they tried for themselves and sure enough, ML was no where to be found. I know for a fact warranty companies are pretty rigid when it comes to assigning you a specific contractor, but even they saw how terrible ML was and finally assigned us to a new plumber.

Save yourself the headache and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

I've never had to deal with a plumber since I am a new homeowner. However, I felt like these people were very unprofessional. They told us they would arrive between 12-4pm and they arrived at 4:40pm. At 4:10pm, we had to call them to see if they were still coming. We took the afternoon off work to make sure we were here for them. It would be nice to have them give us a heads up that they are going to be late.

The guy that came was also very rude and unprofessional. He had to leave and come back the next day due to a part he didn't have. He left the toilet out and it just looked super messy. He left the toilet bowl lid off on the ground- at least cover the toilet back up when you leave for the day! Same with the guy who came the next day- they left all the dirty and crumbs and pieces of caulking on the floor. I'm not sure if this is standard for plumbers to not clean up after themselves but I really didn't appreciate it getting out to the hallway as well.

Maybe I have higher expectations of plumbers since I have never done business with a plumber but I feel like I did not get any sort of top notch service (or even regular satisfactory service) from them. The only reason we had them is because our home warranty contracts with them- they are probably super cheap and that's why the service is terrible. You get what you pay for!

I would just be prepared to clean up their mess if you absolutely have to deal with them.

BEST SERVICE we have ever had from contractors sent out by our warranty company! Initially we had issues with this company. HOWEVER, after poor service, the owner came out, accurately identified the problems, apologized for the original technician (who is no longer with the company), and then went above and beyond to fix multiple plumbing problems. Although our warranty company would not replace the broken garbage disposal with same quality, ML Plumbing realized that it was still under warranty, called and had manufacturer send a new one. They properly repaired high end leaky faucets instead of just doing a ""cash out"" with the warranty company. They found correct parts, came out on Saturday morning (as promised) and replaced difficult parts in leaky faucets. Positive can-do attitude and skilled, knowledgeable professionals! I recommend calling these guys when you need a plumber.
