Mitch Wright got my plumbing job done right, but they definitely overcharge. Ended up paying $325/hour for plumber and some PVC to reconnect disposal and new sink after a countertop installation. This was with the big deal price 15% off for being in the Mitch Wright club. Way out of line, and when I asked about the charge, they basically said too bad, that was what I was quoted the day before. Was quoted as a 4-hour """"complicated"""" job that ended up being less than 2 hours, with just basic plumbing 101. Their priority scheduling for members is also a joke. Had a plumbing emergency last summer on a weekday. They said no one could make it for 2 days. I called another company and they came right out the same day.

They don't know what they are doing & should not be in the business they are in. Strictly 3rd-rate amateurs. They did our whole house during construction and we've had trouble with everything they did. I would call them con artists.

I wish I could give 0 stars!. The customer service is terrible!! Larry manager of customer services should take some customer service seminars! He was so rude it was ridiculous! We had an issue with a very old furnace, we are on """"their monthly service plan"""" almost $40 a month. Technician came out to give an estimate to fix the issue, after finding the issue and leaving a quote for my husband and I to discuss, we could not get the furnace to come back on AT ALL (it use to light with a lighter) after explaining this to Larry he said we would be charged a $75 service charge unless we bought a new one at $8k or fixed the broken part $1k. When I told him I wanted the furnace back to the state it was in until we could make that financial decision he raised his voice, and told me I NEEDED to pay the service fee! After getting heated myself and using some choice words out of TOTAL FRUSTRATION being it is a week and weekend of temps down to 30 degrees and not having any central heat in the main part of our home LARRY decided to continue to raise his voice and say I had another unit in the house I could use and he wasn't sending a tech out to fix something that was already broken EVEN THOUGH it was working (yes, it may have been working half-ass but we had heat at least when we lit it) he said he needed to speak to the tech, called me back and said he would waive the service fee. WOW thank you LARRY b/c I WASN'T PAYING it anyway!!!!! It is OUR decision to make financially not be BULLIED by you!!! Tried calling to speak to whoever is OVER Larry and was told by """"the receptionist at a call center"""" that happened to be in the same building with the owner that he didn't have a voice mail, she'd be happy to take my name and number and send him an email. How convenient! You would think after spending over $7k on an a/c unit with them a few years ago and being fairly new to their maintenance plan they would be a little more customer service friendly!! So, with all that being said I will not be using MITCH WRIGHT for ANYTHING!!!!! O STARS for their POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and shame on you Larry!!!! Thanks for sending us a tech who left the already compromised unit completely unusable for very cold nights ahead!

I will never use Mitch Wright again. They lied to me, talked down to me, didn't take Covid 19 precautions without my insistence, tried to upsell me instead of just fixing my plumbing issue, and were rude when confronted with their misdiagnosis. I am left feeling like they, knowing we are renters, were trying to justify an unnecessary sewer line replacement that they wanted us to simply pass on to the out-of-state rental owners. I called Mitch Wright out because my sewage line was backed up. I requested the $99.00 special to run a snake down my sewage line. Upon arrival the tech told me they would have to charge an additional $99.00 to run a camera before they could snake the sewage line. Once the tech ran the camera he told me my sewage line was clay and had roots. He then recommended the hydro-jetter at a cost of $400 instead of using the snake. Reason being the snake could pull in the roots and collapse the clay sewage line. The tech came back about one week later to run the hydro-jetter then told me my sewage pipe was completely collapsed. While I don't know if it is industry standard, I was also extremely grossed out by the dumpage of our sewage on the floor of the concrete basement. The Tech and his apprentice left wet raw sewage for us to clean up. Mitch Wright then quoted me $14,500 to replace ~30 feet of straight line sewage pipe with no obstructions (other than a fence that could be dug under or easily removed). After receiving this absurd quote I called another local plumber for a second opinion. This plumber showed me via camera that my pipe was cast iron (roots cannot penetrate, except at joints which is rare) then used a snake cutting tool to eat up the clog. We pushed the camera through the sewage pipe again all the way to the city tap. My pipe was not collapsed!!! I then called Mitch Wright back to let them know my dissatisfaction in the tech they sent out because he lied to me about the pipe collapse and material. I asked for a credit since I paid for the more expensive option based on the Tech's incorrect diagnosis. They sent out a second Tech to justify the first Tech's diagnosis, and this Tech - when questioned about the whole collapsed issue- rudely told me not to tell him how to do his job. Their Customer Service Manager then called and told me I was lucky I was not charged more, that their tech was correct, and that I need to replace my pipe (after constantly interrupting me on the call). He also did not check the video footage. I was shocked that a local business would not want to better train their techs to diagnose issues or at least do something to correct issues that occur in the field. I will never use Mitch Wright again!

Service is immediate, on time, and professional. However, their cost on parts are way out of line. A blower cover switch should not cost over $200 dollars. Another issue is every time I call on them for a repair, they come up with thousands of dollars in recommended improvements. The high pressure sales does not foster a trusting environment.

We had them replace a toilet that had a crack and they replace it with a toilet that the tank was cracked and the wrong color, they asked for us to pay for the toilet and install before the cracked tank was replaced. We have been calling and calling to see when new tank can be installed and continue to get the run around. I have been very disappointed with their customer service. I do not recommend them.

They did a great with the replacement of our sewage line, but they were coming out every 3 months checking plumbing and air. Every time they came out it seems things ended up broken that they say we need to replace. Their cost was very high!So the last time they came out they replace something on our air conditioner they the guy said he didn't know if he broke whatever it was that he replace. So, after they left our air line frozen over. So, we called the supervisor to convey our problems they we had been having with their service. But, the supervisor was very rude and over talked my wife and I! He just wouldn't not listen to our complaints. So, we canceled our service contract we had with them. Our experience was bad with them.

Jeremy took the time to go over estimates and features of several HVAC options with us, several times, over the course of a few months. It took us that long to get in a position to afford it and do our research to make a decision. Plus my husband had undergone two serious health procedures during that time. Jeremy took time to understand our situation, was able to explain options clearly and we ordered the unit we needed, with the air purifier -that was a big incentive for me due to my husband being immunosuppressed. We also were able to arrange replacement of our ancient water heater at same time, all for a reasonable price. It was really a pleasant buying experience.

THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY BUSINESS WORKING ON COMMERCIAL HVAC UNITS. DO NOT LET THEM SCAM YOU LIKE THEY SCAMMED US. They claimed they knew our brand of units and they were confident in their ability to do our maintenance work for our business. Many times they would have multiple trucks & techs at our location because they couldn't fix our units and they were trying to figure it out. At some points they even called other companies to come assist them. Their maintenance plans are a joke. Their techs do not inspect units as they should. We found several units that didn't work after they had recently been out to do routine maintenance work on all our units. Poor quality/uneducated employees will ruin this company. They need to train and educate their techs on how to properly do their jobs. Absolutely ridiculous how they mistreated our HVAC equipment. We found a reliable HVAC vendor who showed us how poorly Mitch Wright had been treating us. Absolutely unacceptable. Very unprofessional. Do not use them for commercial work.

DON'T CALL THESE GUYS I called their office and they sent someone over the same day but it was not what I asked for. I wanted someone to come and fix the problem not give me and estimate that I had to pay for then give me an outlandish price of almost $400. to cut a 2"""" pvc drain line in my shower which was clearly exposed and it need to be move 1 3/4 of an inch to the left so I could install a new drain pan and finish the remodel. I was told of the crazy price and the individual said it would be a couple of days before they could squeeze me in. I expected the person come fix the problem and get paid, not later. I did get information from a store in Southaven MS on how to cut the pipe and what to do after that. All I needed was the tool which I found at my local Home Depot store. So much for them, call anyone but them.
