Repeat customer. Messaged around 8am this morning to schedule an appointment. Heard back within 20min and was able to get a non-emergency appt the same day. This company is phenomenal. Their dispatch and technicians are top notch and just good people. They are transparent with their pricing and do not take advantage of unknowing homeowners.

Jesse is amazing! We explained to him our situation and he did everything he could do to keep my cost down.
He's a nice guy even though my mom was down his throat and me telling him another dime is coming out of his pocket. He would smile and kind of chuckle.
He came within a 1/2 of my moms neighbor calling him and fixed whatever needed to be fixed without any issues. The best part is he's been here about 2-2 1/2 hours and he only received 1 phone call. He wasn't interrupted a million times. He was very courteous and was a pleasure to deal with. Thank you Jesse for making our experience great. Jesse is the first man in my parents house that we needed to pay for Anything! Usually, my dad did it all but unfortunately last Saturday he passed away. Thank you again Jesse, for being a nice guy and compassionate about your job.



Part 2..... Felix came out with Alex for something else. And Felix was just as amazing!! Alex my mom and I wish you the best of luck in learning all you need to learn with this company. Amazing! I've used Mitch Clemmons about 4 times ranging from easy jobs such as replacing a tub spout to them fixing a leak in my living room under our concrete slab and each time I'm reminded by I haven't called another business. They're incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and they won't charge you an arm and a leg for their services. I hope I won't have anymore issues which require a plumbers assistant for a while, but I'm glad to know Mitch Clemmons is a trustworthy and reputable business that I will use again and again.

I agreed to have this company to repair my leak issue. They diagnosed that one of the two main copper pipes inside the foundation was the source of the leak. So a technician and a minor apprentice came to perform the repair. The original pipe that leaked was behind a wall, very close the foundation, so they cut off the old copper pipe and capped it. They recommended to reroute the replacement PEX tube over my attic and did just that. Because of my concern with past rodent infestation, I emphasis the technician to drill as little and as few as possible. The apprentice was sent up to the attic to run the tube which practically the entire length from one end to the other end of the house. While he was up in the attic, I heard a really loud noise as if something had snapped. I asked after they were done if everything was alright and nothing was broken. This job wasn't cheap and they charged higher than other competitors in the vicinity (I did get a quote from several places); but I thought I'd give them a chance to prove their stellar review.

About week later I noticed that one of my furnace vent wasn't blowing air and I had to visit the attic. It only disappointed me to see how poorly the job was done. I found a broken frame which I'm positive it wasn't broken before since I do visit my attic in several times a year to inspect for rodents. The PEX pipe was poorly mounted (some part laying on one of my furnace soft pipes), and left a few unplugged wall from mis-drilling after I emphasized about the rodent issue.The lack of air in one of my vents was due to a kicked air duct that came off of the mount and left wide open. I mentioned these issues to the owner. Sure enough they denied it, and the minor apprentice also denied that he broke one of the attic frame. The owner said that it's a minor issue. Maybe it is, maybe it is not. But the fact that there was lack of transparency or honesty, during and after the job was done, really made them untrustworthy. They offered to fix it, but I declined and would prefer to have my contractor take care of it. What makes them think that I would trust them again. I was expecting some compensation to cover the repair costs, but they didn't offer a dime. I might've just been one of the many unfortunate customers, but at least I've shared my experience and I hope no one else falls victim to them.

We've used Mitch Clemmons Plumbing for years! We called in the morning and their plumber came out within a few hours to give us an estimate to repair a leak in the upstairs toilet. It's so hard to find honest service repair! Felixes honesty saved us hundreds! Stop searching for plumbers people! Whether they give you an option to save you money or recommend that you need their help you can trust that your repair will be done right!

I found MCP through a friend a I am certainly glad I did. I have used MCP for several different occasions, main water line replacement, gas line extension, new vanity plumbing and fixture installation, and slab leak detection and repair. Every time I have used MCP, their pricing has been fair and without any surprises, they have been on time, job site left clean, and they have all been very nice to work with. Mitch has built a very good team, and I trust them to work on my home, and those of my friends and family.
