Mitch Clemmons Plumbing was easy to schedule (available same day), showed up when they said they would, and got the job done. On top of it all, Jesse was great! He called me when he arrived and was understanding when I told him I was a few minutes away from home. He assessed my situation and gave me my options. Lucky for me, the cheapest option worked and he even took the time to give me some pointers.
It's great when companies don't try to upsell or force products/services on you. Jesse is a stand up guy and Mitch Clemmons will definitely be my go to for future needs.

After getting the run around from Alvarez Plumbing through my home warranty program we decided to check on yelp to see what they offered as the tech came out was very rude, walked on my floors with his dirty boots and used his auger. He was not able to fix the issue and recommended a service that would cost over $1000.

Contacted Mitch Clemmons and they messaged me back and actually sent someone within an hour. Robert was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue with his auger when the other tech could not.

They were fast. We called at the last minute because another plumber cancelled a few hours before he was supposed to arrive. He was efficient. Got right to work and finished within 30 minutes. Not bad price wise- they were $50 more than the other plumber quoted, but considering he came within a few hours of making the appointment and showed up on time, that's worth it. He did good work. He installed a new bathroom faucet. It looks great.

Simply put, made an appointment for them to come out and give me a quote on converting a conventional water heater to a tankless. Three o'clock came and with no call and no show. At the very least, unprofessional.

Robert, my technician was fantastic!! He was honest and very knowledgeable. If I asked him a question, he explained thoroughly what he was doing. I made an appointment in advance, and I received a courtesy call prior to his arrival. I really appreciated that. And he was on time!! I had several plumbing issues, and he did a fantastic job at the right price. I will definitely be using Clemmons Plumbing again, and I highly recommend them.

Service was very professional and courteous, I was able to get a service window for the same day, and my professional plumber arrives actually ahead of schedule. Robert was my service provider, he did a wonderful job, explain everything before hand, and make sure that I was comfortable with everything he was planning to do, make sure that all questions were answered before and after, finally got the water pressure down to a safety level inside my house and don't have to worry about leaks!! I will gladly use this service again!
