Customer service is horrible, company was originally contracted through home warranty, upon non resolution through warranty I then contracted paid deposit that was requested. I literally did not hear back from them and after it was 2 weeks I attempted to get some sort of update. Whomever is the person answering their phones is completely rude and not customer service driven. I was promised to hear back the same day which I did not and when I called the next day the same lady placed with on hold while I was still talking. I would not recommend.

I had a major problem with my hot water heater I got a hold of Mr Plumber and they had someone out there faster than I ever could expect. Kory installed my hot water heater he was very polite and did a thorough job I would definitely recommend Mr Plumber for all your plumbing needs.

Absolutely useless! They tried to replace my faucet w something that didn't match my kitchen and after I paid then the $100 I couldn't get anyone to even call me back to give me options to replace my kitchen faucet! Do not use this company!! I wish I had read the reviews prior!! I wish I could give zero stars but after reading the reviews I can see they obviously don't care about their reputation

Do not use this company. When your home warranty dispatches Mister Plumber immediately call them back and ask that they dispatch someone else. The office staff, especially Brittany elevator doesn't leave the basement floor; not quite sure if the cables are connected. They are so unprofessional. What they reported to the home warranty company had nothing to do with what they were dispatch for and didn't bother to follow-up with the home warranty to inform them what the issue was that was actually covered. And had the nerve to tell me they could do for $350 dollars.

Made no attempt to repair the two main issues I was having, but made plenty of excuses as to why he couldn't or wouldn't. Clearly his goal was to get in and out as quickly as possible and to do as little as possible. I guess that's how they make their money. They were assigned to my job by my home warranty company, American Home Shield, and it has become apparent that their business model is based on poor service.
The cold water in my bathtub flows at about half the pressure of the hot water even though every other faucet in the house the cold water runs fine. He said this was probably because ""New Orleans water is bad"" and there was probably some blockage somewhere in the line but if he cleared it out it would just block right up again. What? That makes no sense. If there's blockage, then fix it! I'm thinking that the valve stem probably needs to be replaced, but when I mentioned this to him he balked and got defensive and mocking in tone and was unwilling to even look to see if that could be the issue. In the end, he did absolutely nothing. My cold water still has low flow in the bathtub. Thanks for nothing!
The 2nd issue: The stopper in my bathroom sink is not functional. The part at the top that makes the stopper plunge up and down doesn't move anymore due to corrosion. I asked him to get it working and maybe replace it with a functional fixture and he said that it ""isn't a plumbing issue."" Are you serious? Is this backwards day? His genius solution was just to pull the stopper out. Thank goodness I got a professional out.
The only other thing he actually did was pull a little bit of hairy gunk out of the sink. Was that hairball worth my $100? No, it was not. On the paperwork he wrote that he pulled out the hairball ""as a courtesy."" It's not a courtesy, it's your job! I still have the same plumbing issues as before he came and I'm now short $100. That was an expensive hairball.
And on top of all of this, this wasn't even the first time a guy from Mr Plumber came out about these issues. Another guy came out a few weeks prior and didn't address any of my main issues then rushed out to another job. I then had to sit on the phone for an hour waiting to try to talk to someone in India for American Home Shield to get Mr plumber back out. Clearly poor customer service is an integral part of their business model. The home warranty company makes it nearly impossible to actually get anything repaired so that in the end they make money, Mr plumber makes money, and I lose money and am left with the same plumbing problems I started with.

After seeing the Yelp reviews, I debated calling my home warranty company to switch companies; however, I was optimistic. I received a call to schedule an appointment shortly after Mister Plumber opened. They arrived on time and wore face masks (very important to me during this time of COVID-19). The problem was quickly diagnosed and resolved. They were friendly and professional. I am happy I stayed optimistic!

Horrible Company!! If I could give this company ZERO stars, I would. Our home warranty sent this company out to replace a hot water heater. It took two weeks to get it replaced and when the technicians came out, they cracked the ceiling. It then took 6 weeks of them lying to us, telling us their handyman would fix it. They also tried to give us $150-200, when both estimates to fix were $650 to 700. They were hard to get in touch with as I would leave messages only to have nobody return my phone calls. They finally recognized our number and would answer, but it would automatically go to voicemail to leave a message. Every once in a while, someone would answer only to be told they were gonna fix it. The office manager, Lauren, is the owner's daughter. She will never let you know that though. She lies and makes up stories to act like they care. Bottom line is the owner finally did call us, but only gave us $350. They should be out of business because there are so many bad reviews and the good ones come from Lauren and her assistant office manager Autumn. I would never do business with them again and stay clear if you need any plumbing issues. If your home warranty recommends them, DON'T USE THEM. I would never treat anyone the way I was treated. HIGHLY INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!!

My kitchen sink is clogged. Mr plumber took this repair order through a home warranty program. The plumber showed up and said he cannot find a clean-out so cannot clean the stoppage. He charged for the service fee and wanted to charge ~$180 to access the underground pipe. I declined his request.
Later, we found there is a clean-out in the front yard. Both the warranty company and I called this company several times, but they refused to come back to fix this issue.

If It were possible to give this company less than a star in order to post a review I would. Let the Consumer beware. Do not use this company. Everyone is unprofessional from the office staff to the field. This is another incident where this company was contracted by my home warranty company. I called my warranty company because there's a problem with the toilet. It was obviously backing up. Man came out looked at the toilet then claimed he had to go outside to talk with the office. He comes back in after talking to the office and tells me that this service is not covered by my home warranty, they don't cover a partial stoppage only a complete stoppage of the toilet. So I am supposed to wait until the toilet floods my bathroom to request service??? Then he tells me that they can run an auger 6 feet for an additional $45. So my son, who is desperate to get the toilet unclogged because it's causing a terrible odor in the house, gives them another $45 cash. The guy turns off the water, brings the auger and tries to route out the toilet. You know you're not gonna route out a toilet with 6 feet of line.
I got on the phone with the warranty company and they said that I was not to give the plumbing company anymore money. In the meantime the so-called plumber is telling my son that they will need another $80 to pick the toilet up and route it out with the router. That would make the total call, $225 just to route out a toilet WHICH THEY'VE TOLD MY WARRANTY COMPANY IS NOT CLOGGED! Now if the toilet is not stopped up as they claimed,why would I be pay $225.00. to unstop it? I told my son not to pay the $80 because a stoppage IS covered by my warranty then my son tells me they left and didn't even turn the water back on. So they made $145 in about 15 minutes and didn't do anything including not giving my son a receipt for the $45 extra he paid! When I called back and explained that service man left without giving us a receipt and without even turning the water back on, the receptionist said that they were gone for the day and that I would hear from them tomorrow. I asked to speak with a manager and she claimed the manager was gone. I asked the managers name and that's when she started saying ""hello hello I can't hear you you're breaking up."" I called back and she did the same thing. This is outrageous in the time of this pandemic that a company would conduct itself in this manner. This review is completely true and I just wish the owner would get on this website and try to defend this horrible service. I guess that's why he has such terrible reviews and I will never again use any company without reading the Yelp reviews first!

This company is a FRAUD and I hope that everyone considering to use this company will read all reviews and also check the BBB before giving them one red cent.
This company was extremely unprofessional to me on the phone. The company knew that they would be unable to fix the issue and still took my money as well as the money from my insurance company to come out and fix my issue. They never called back for the follow up appointment as promised once the funds were received.
They lack knowledge, professionalism, tact and education when handling my plumbing issues. Lauren R. (Office Manager) and Autumn (Office Assistant) was unprofessional and very condescending. Lauren stated that Mister Plumber would get their money regardless which meant from myself and the insurance company.
The only positive review on here is the review from the ""Office Manager"" with the same last initials as the owner. How convenient right!
