They claim their slogan is If you are not satisfied with our work,
we will do the job again for free. They do not stand behind their product. They installed an air conditioner with a pin hole size leak. The past two years we have had to PAY to put freon in our system and now they are coming out to fix it, AND MAKING US PAY FOR IT. Not at all satisfied! Would NOT recommend!They only got 1 star because I had to put one. Now they are charging me $1200 for 2 HOURS OF LABOR!!!!

So disappointed in this company! Pay very close attention to the equipment they sell you...it's not always ""new"". Only explanation from them was, ""we would have no way of knowing that happened""!!??!!??
$6000 and only 4 years old now needs thousands of dollars in repair because I received 2009 equipment. They tell you, ""it's ok, you still got full warranty but you only had one year labor so you need to pay $1130 to have heat again and $220 right now. I get to replace that 10 year old part sold to me as new just a few years ago and didn't share that...but had no idea that happened. ?. It's over a thousand dollars!!!!
They take no responsibility and offer no apologies. No big deal to them but I won't be calling again and will be sure to share my experience as much as I can.

I would rate this company as 0. I called to see if I could have a person come out and evaluate a problem I was having with a leaking shower head and was told that there would be an $89 service call and I said ok as usually that is deducted from the bill when the work is done and I like to work with local Shawnee businesses. I figured it would be the next day when someone was able to come but within minutes they called and said someone would be there between 3-4. Maybe 30 minutes later they called and said some one would be there between 12 and 2 and I said ok but I would be gone until 12, I drove in the drive way at 11:30 and the truck was there. I explained the problem and the plumber looked at it and said it is an older Delta faucet that are known to have issues and if it was just the cartridge it would be $490 and if it was the whole fixture it would be between $975 and $1020. Since I had contacted a retired plumber friend who no longer lived in the area to ask his opinion and he too told me that Delta single handle shower faucet was know to have leaking issues after several years. I knew that the prices were way out of line and told the man it was not a good quote and said with prices like that I don't imagine you have many older clients, which we are. He said maybe I can find you a $50 coupon but that wasn't even going to put it in the ballpark of the price that was acceptable. I said I was not interested so he said you owe me $89 for the service call. He was here all of 15 minutes. I figure they send out men who just comes to give a high quote that they know will not be accepted and maybe spend 15 minutes looking and talking about the project and then demand the $89 payment and leave. When you think about it if a employee can do 2-3 of those calls in an hour then he is making the company $178-$267 in an hour. I found another plumber today and he came out and had to replace the whole fixture and the bill was $344.75.
He came from another local Shawnee plumbing company and I will recommend them and make sure if anyone I know wants to know of a good plumber the Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling name will be given as a company under no circumstances you should call

Kyle came to my house to add freon to my air conditioning unit. He was amazing. On time, courteous and professional. He noticed a gate on my property need some screws to fix and he repaired it! I can't say enough how great the appointment was. Fixed my issue and for a fair price.

Had a water faucet valve that broke while I was cleaning the sink trap. It was Christmas Eve and they were ope and well rated. Brian was our plumber and from time to call to time he arrived was only 45 minutes. The repair took less than 30 minutes. He helped explain how I could address the issue in the future (I try to DIY as much as I can until I need an expert for help) and was able to get me checked out on his phone. He helped make the price as competitive as he could. Would recommend their business for future needs based on prompt service and clear communication.

Hired Mission to replace a toilet supply line after checking online reviews of plumbers in the area. They seemed competent and reasonably priced. One of those was correct. They responded promptly, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and performed the necessary repair. 45 minutes later everything was fixed and was handed a bill for $289.00; 200 for the repair and 89 for the trip charge which to be fair I was aware of in advance. (Hey wouldn't we all like to get paid that kind of money to drive to work.) I understand they can t drive all over the city giving estimates for free but shouldn't this apply to the cost of repairs should you contract for the job?

After speaking with the manager, he agreed to apply a $30 credit for an online coupon. Whereas this was helpful it didn't address the issue of charging over $200/hr. (I priced out the part and it was less than $25.00 retail and readily available at any hardware store)

A friend has subsequently recommended a self-employed plumber with low overhead and much more reasonable pricing structure who I will be using for future needs.

1. Tech sent out put thermal couple incorrectly as the pilot light did not reignite. Charged us for cleaning that was done in the hour already billed but then billed out a separate charge for it.
2. Sat in truck outside property for 30 minutes and billed us for that time. We had already signed any necessary paperwork so additional paperwork was not needed. The manager we spoke to also approved this fraudulent practice.

They have serviced my A/C, my heater, and my water heater. They are always easy to communicate with. They are prompt, have great manners, work efficiently, and perform excellent differential diagnoses on what they're working on. Sorry for that medical terminology! They will answer questions while they're working, talk about what they're working on and potential causes and ways to prevent problems in the future. They'll even answer questions only somewhat related to what you called them out for. The pricing is right and you will know what your costs will be before they begin repairs. I hope to use them less in the future, but you never know!

So disappointed in this place. I tried to email them to make it right but I got no response. I have also never written a bad review ever! We put our trust in them during a difficult time and I feel like they could have completely robbed us if given the chance. Such a shame because I love local Shawnee businesses. This unfortunately is not one of them. Or at least, not one that can be trusted.
