Sent someone out who gave the wrong age of my HVAC units, didn't check the outside component. He was in a big hurry, gave us an estimate and left.
More than once I was given a 3-hour window of when the technician would arrive and then no one would call to say it would be outside that time because they were running late. For my last appointment I waited at home for the 3 hours and no one came and apparently my appointment hadn't gotten registered initially. I have been a Comfort Club customer for a few years but it's time to try another company.
No I'm sorry. It was kind of a shit show with Mission. I scheduled Monday for 2 bathroom vanity installs. The lady was very nice and told me it's a long job so it would be first thing. I took off work. He shows up and basically tells me he can't do what he's there for and it couldn't be today. I told him it's my only day off and I will find someone to do it. He makes some calls and finally says some guys will be over in the afternoon. I wait until 2:00 and 4 guys show up and just complain about how this is an all day job etc etc. I told them I knew that which is why it was scheduled for morning. So they start and keep saying oh it will be way longer than 3 hours. (It took 2.5) I called your office and talked to a lady about all of this and said we'd receive a discount and someone would get back to me today. Nobody did and it was still $2400. I also asked them to look at my toilet flusher in the master and they replaced it with a cheap crappy one you have to hold for 3 seconds to get it to flush. So no. We will be going back to Essary. We gave you guys a shot and it couldn't have gone more wrong.
I called yesterday (Sunday) we waited a few hours for tech. He finally called and informed us he was only one on call and our job would need something he didn't have. We got pushed to Monday with sewage standing in our basement with no concrete time on when they would be coming. I could have called another company in that time frame but now I'm just sitting here with the problem getting worse.
called to get an estimate for a whole system replacement. was given a 2 hour window. no calls or texts to update me on when they would arrive. I called them with about 15 min left. all they could say is the tech was running late, could not tell me how late. Tech was still supposed to call me but failed to do so. If they could text or call to say they were running late before the end of the window could adjust my schedule. instead I waited for not even a phone call.?
I do not give a lot of reviews, but this one is necessary. I called MISSION PLUMBING & HVAC to get a water heater installed and also auger a drain clog. Upon arrival, I was given a quote of $2500 for the 2 projects. I already had the water heater so it was just for labor on that project. The plumber that came out said $2100 of that was for installing the water heater and $400 was for the drain clog. I thought the labor for water heater install was very high, so I agreed to let them use auger machine on drain for $400. The employee proceeded to break the pipe coming out of wall while attempting to clear drain. He stopped after breaking our pipe and stated that the new price would be $1200 to clear the drain and now replace the pipe. I said that was unacceptable. He then charged us $288 for the drain work. So we got nothing accomplished or fixed, was charged $288, and was left worse off than before calling MISSION PLUMBING & HVAC. I then called the manager Adam to voice my complaints. He said they would refund the $288. Well, weeks later and still no refund. In the meantime, a person named Rick texted me to see if we wanted MISSION PLUMBING & HVAC to do the 2 projects. The quote is now $3300 for the 2 items. I said no. We did get the water heater installed by a different company and their charge was only $750 compared to $2100 from Mission Plumbing. So if you like VERY high prices and INCOMPETENCE, then you should love this place. I however do not. Thanks for nothing MISSION PLUMBING & HVAC.
Tried to sell me a whole new ac unit when one was not necessary. Tech misdiagnosed initially. Told him I wanted a repair and they sent a sales guy to try and sell me a new unit the next day. It was 100* & told me 2 weeks to get a part that another company got the next day. Tried to charge me $1600 for a repair that another company charged me $875 for. Tech and sales guy were super nice but went for a smaller company that was not trying to sell me something I did not need.
Got an estimate from Mission Plumbing for 1 days work and 1 plumber to run approximately 25 -30 foot of gas line in an unfinished area of my home. Estimate was just under $10,000 for 1days work. I am a women and believe the estimate was based more on my gender and what the plumber thought I could afford than the actual work to be done. I am totally offended by their estimate as it is more than double of other estimates received. I questioned the man giving the estimate as to how much per hour he gets paid and his response was ""not nearly enough."" So I then asked if he got paid $10,000 per day? No response. This company intentional charges what they want based on the wrong factors.

Got charged a high price for a simple drain cleaning. Plumber also identified a leaking spray hose in the kitchen sink. Took 3 days to call and say he found the parts then said he would come next day. Never came never called. Then I called office to complain. Nice lady there said she couldn't help me but she would have plumbing manager call me. He never called.

I was able to easily set up an appointment online within a time frame that would work for me. They called prior to the technician coming out. The technician was professional and friendly and I feel like the quote they gave me was reasonable compared to other companies. They do charge a $49 service fee normally but that's relatively lower compared to other companies. The technician waived the service fee which was extremely nice and not expected.
I did end up going with the company I normally use but only because they quoted me a lower price for the same thing but I would consider using Mission in the future if needed.
